Can’t complain about this hotel considering everything, very clean and great location. Inconsiderate guests are not the fault of the hotel and people are inconsiderate of others for the most part everywhere. Loved the beachfront room with king bed including sofa, etc. breakfast was better on Wednesday than it was Tuesday. Great area for dogs and they don’t rip you off with fees, etc. Will definitely return.

Our family of four stayed in room 302 for five nights with a dog. The view of the ocean was amazing from our balcony. The room was extremely clean and huge for a standard double queen room, there was so much space in the room, enough to put a queen air mattress on the floor and it not be in the way our entire stay. The mini fridge had a big freezer which was awesome. The pool and poolside bar were great, drinks at the bar cost between $4 and $12. The walk to the beach was short! Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, bagels and so on. Coffee was always ready 24/7. They have a nice outside pet area. The staff are all amazing and very informative. There was construction going on during our stay, but it didn't inconvenience us at all.

What a wonderful place from the time we arrived we were greeted by summer at the desk and she did her best to make us feel at home. The room was great. The ocean view was fantastic. The service was great, The breakfast was not too bad. It needs a better Coffee, I will come back here definitely. if you decide to come to Cocoa Beach, this is the hotel to stay.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Summer from the front desk was excellent from the start — going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. That alone makes the vacation so much better. Rooms were large, clean, and the one we stayed in recently renovated. Loved the upgraded LVP in the room — especially having pets. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here the night before a cruise. This is in a great location, and I had no problem getting an Uber to the cruise terminal from here. We also loved how close it was to the ocean. The staff was friendly when we checked in. We stayed in Rm 108, and the room overall was more or less clean. The deadbolt did not work, and the bathroom floor was dirty to the point we put down towels to walk on the floor. Also, early on Saturday morning at 6 am, there was major construction noise. Overall, it is a great location for a quick stay.

Stayed for 5 days and found cockroaches three of the days we were there. They sprayed twice for roaches so the room smelled like bug killer the whole time. They came and did a "deep" cleaning, but you could see they didn't actually move anything just cleaned what you could see. Every employee is on their cellphones half the time. Bartender not saying anything to guests with glass bottles at poolside and kids running and jumping into pool splashing everyone. The pool is too small for the number of guests in the hotel, but nice thing is the location. Beach access and pier right next door. Rooms are good size too and nice views. They are renovating so maybe in a few months things will get better, but not if you have employees who don't care for the property. For now, find a cheaper hotel along or near the beach because you'll get probably get the same experience for a lot less money.

The oceanfront balcony was amazing. My elderly father really enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. The room had been recently renovated— very clean and comfortable. I like the retro style of the building. (Old but well-kept)Also, the staff were so friendly and accommodating— we would definitely go again.

Room: We got the 2 queen room, it was not one of the updated ones. The view was amazing, bed was decent, and it had a TV. Service: It would be a 5, but our TV wasn’t working when we got there, and after calling we were sent to people other than the front desk. It was fixed. The elevator lights did go out but was fixed. Location: Just. Amazing. Perfect place to take the kids or to have a peaceful vacation with the family. Right on the cocoa beach pier so you get easy access to meals. The hotel has a clean pool that goes from 3ft to 6ft, a pool bar selling mixed drinks, beers, other alcoholic beverages and even sodas. There is a walkway to the beach , and it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the ocean. A hose to wash feet off, and clean chairs to sit on. Overall: Definetly would come again. Great place.

There’s a lotta good things about this place. I just have to question who had the idea for the bedding to be two sheets with a blanket (which was very rough feeling) sandwiched between?? No. Just no. It’s enough to keep me from coming back and if I do for some reason I’ll bring my own blanket. But Gabi at the bar was awesome!!

Worth the extra money to stay in an oceanfront room! We loved the view and the sound of the ocean. Rocket launch the first morning we were there was an awesome surprise! Pool area is nice and we spent a couple days going between the pool and beach. My kids loved the pool bar fruity blended drinks. Weather was perfect in late December. Breakfast is very nice. I would say it is just a step above of the common continental. I wish the egg and sausage offerings were of better quality but many other options are available! Most of the staff goes out of their way to be friendly. Rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed the surf shop & taking the kids to the space center. We never did find a great restaurant but maybe next time !! Thanks

Staff was awesome/ huge breakfast selection included/ simple ocean front room upgrade bc it was our kids first time seeing the ocean! Cozy outdoor seating by a waterfall or pool! Poolside bar was awesome. Laundry/ice/vending all clean and accessible. Pier was super easy to get to/ beach path was super convenient. We will be planning our future stays at this same spot! (Freshly renovated)

We greatly enjoyed our stay, Andrew from the front desk was an amazing person, someone who goes above and beyond and makes the vacation that much better. Rooms were large, clean, and the ones we stayed in recently renovated. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I’m staying at this lovely hotel presently. Our room is updated and faultless. The Ocean view is amazing. The Pool area is lovely and quiet. The breakfast though is cold and not replaced when dishes are emptied, do yourself a favour and eat breakfast elsewhere. I was very disappointed to find no safe in my room or even the capability to store any valuables at the front desk so had to carry all my valuables around with me. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he wasn’t in and staff did not know when he would be in. Not very satisfactory. For this reason I would not stay at this location again.

Very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and grocery store...besides being ON THE BEACH. Everything is clean and well kept. Fantastic swimming pool and outside seating area. Basic breakfast but very good. Nice place to stay to enjoy all Cape Canaveral has to offer

Location of the hotel and the staff were good. The surprise came when we received our final bill via email when we got home. There was a fee for parking? When you google THEIR site, it says "free parking." My confirmation quote when we booked did not include a fee for parking. When I questioned the fee, the front desk sent an email that shows a page where a parking fee is optional. So I assume they chose to charge us for parking? The lot was NOT full while we were there, we had a normal size car, and we paid a higher than normal rate due to the holiday, but they CHOSE to charge a parking fee. Disappointing. Nickel and diming.

Such a great location. Staff was amazing, room was clean and nice, pool was warm, and the beach is right there. Highly recommend this place and if we ever plan to visit the area again; I will be staying here!
