You do not advertise ocean view then put you on 2nd floor with absolutely no view. They need to take pride and clean up this place. Room floors were very dirty, I swept and vacuumed myself. The inside of dishwasher was falling apart which to me means the dishes could not be cleaned properly with all the rust. The staff however was very kind, always smiling and welcoming

What a wonderful stay. It was the beginning of our one week vacation and everything went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were spacious and the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen, so there was ample privacy. We had a view of the pier on the beach, and watched the cruise ships go by. The hot tub & sauna were clean & set at the perfect temperatures. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough good about the cafe attached! You must try their crab cakes, they’re dairy free! The staff in the cafe quickly became friends, they were knowledgeable and familiar with local activities and fun to-dos. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The condo was clean, and the staff were friendly. A little issue with the Tiki bar and drink prep as well as slow service. The beach is gorgeous, and all the rooms appear to have a wonderful view.

It says every room has an ocean view but you can't see anything from the second floor. Nothing but vegetation and trees. The bed is horribly uncomfortable and the toilets are outdated and barely flush. I think 2 stars is very generous considering the false advertising and overpriced room. The only saving grace for this place is that it is spacious and on the beach. That's the two stars, otherwise it would be zero. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! If you're going to spend $280 a night, go to holiday Inn for a better room.

We live in the area.Sundays we enjoy the Just Be duo band. The food and drinks are very reasonable. Very friendly owner and servers. Always a great time. Our Sunday go to place!

Discovery beach is great but is showing the age and it’s in need of a big update. Front desk closes at 11pm and nobody there. Gym equipment needs to be updated and they need to change that ping pong table…just too old. Game room is in need of a change as well. Pool is nice and love the tiki hut 🛖 providing great shad. Overall a great experience as always but they need to update the resort.

We were visited as guest of owners of one of these time share condos. We had a lovely time. Very nicely takencare of property. Condo was nicely appointed with a large owners suite. Impressed with the amenties. If I had a week to enjoy in Fl would consider this location.

Close to the pier and a beautiful beach view from your window. Comfortable bedrooms and large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for making a feast. Many a Thanksgiving meal has been made here. We are timeshare owners and love it.

Had a nice view of ocean, were on 3rd floor. Met friends there, was clean but dated. Was a place to sleep. Muh! Had Beach access. Believe some rooms were being renovated.

This is our second trip to Discovery Beach Resort. We have always received 5 star service from the staff. The location is perfect for commuting to Orlando for Disney, but there are also some unique tourist attractions in Cocoa Beach. I can't wait to return again.
