This place was nice. We were here for a wedding and stayed at the hotel for a few days. It was Easter weekend, and it wasn't slow, but it didn't seem packed. We stayed in the part of the hotel that wasn't along the beach, and the room was okay at best. At least the bugs were already dead when we found them. The furniture was nearly stable. Room coffee left a lot to be desired, and with the wedding schedule, I didn't have time for more than that, which was disappointing. The short walk to the beach was more than a little convenient, and the wedding spot was cute and cozy. Any staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We spent time in the pool toward the front and had a good time. Overall, the place is aggressively mediocre.

Magnificent view, located just off the beach, amazing amenities! Check in occurred without a hitch. Rooms are spacious and the patio view is amazing!! We spent our first day at the beach - you can rent chairs, beach toys and more! We grilled our super b the communal picnic hut. After dark, the kids enjoyed open swim in the heated pool while my wife and I relaxed in the hot tub. Great start to vacation!!

I've stayed at many timeshare locations and this is had to be the most substandard in so many ways. The walls are so paper thin you can hear the conversations in the rooms next door and the noise from people shouting outside was very annoying. And worse if you're on the first floor, the noise from the second floor was very loud and disruptive. The material on the living room and dining furniture was so filty I had to put clean towels on the cushions to sit on. The doorway between the bedroom area and walk-in closet was so narrow you barely fit your suitcase through it. The parking lot hasn't been sealed in God knows how long and major puddles throughout the entire parking lot. The only good thing is that the kitchen utensils and dishes were spotless. Never again...

The location is great and the staff is friendly. The biggest issues is this resort is much older and very outdated. The king rooms they have ocean front are very nice but the other rooms, not so much. The 2 queen beds in the 1 bedrooms are more like full beds. It's like an old motel where they took adjoining rooms and turned them into 1 bedroom units. You still have 2 doors to the unit one for the livingroom kitchen area and the other for the bedroom. The area is great and close to a lot of stuff.

The location to the beach was amazing and the staff is very nice. I was expecting more from my timeshare. The whole resort needs a major makeover outside and inside. They still use keys to get into your room! This place is good for young families not expecting too much. In addition, the shower backs up with water!

I wish I could say I had a bad experience but I didn’t. It was a TERRIBLE ONE. Sorry this hotel is sub par for the price. We stayed here to celebrate a wedding and it’s just not the place to host that kind of experience. Far overdue for any sort of updates. Manager I felt was ready to nickel and dime us for late checkout at a rate of $50 for every half our past check out. I will however say your employee MANDY was exceptional. She belongs in a High end resort. Her skill and ability may be under appreciated here. Mandy thank you for your hospitality.

Wow! I was not expecting the stay we had for the low price we paid. It exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to watch the rocket launches from KSC and Cape Canaveral The rooms were super clean especially considering the buildings age - no mildew or rust. I usually stay at Marriotts, so my standards for cleanliness are high. I really like that the floor is tile instead of carpet. It was easy to keep it clean during our stay. And the beds were very comfortable. Staff was amazing and so so nice. Beach access was super close and clean. We felt safe during the entirety of our stay. The pools were well maintained. My only complaint is that the pool snack bar is open for limited hours noon to 5pm. Wish it was open later.

More than a little dated. Oceanfront condo style rooms are much, much nicer than the motel style rooms that don't have the ocean. Beautiful spot in Cocoa Beach. Great Beach access and pools. Grills next the the pools are great for a family BBQ.

I loved my room. It was so clean, quiet and comfortable. Our family has vacationed here every year since 1989 and we have never had a bad experience.

We are at our wits end with Ocean Landings Resort and their board of Directors. We have attempted to contact them with concerns we have with the business at the resort. We signed a Warranty Deed in Texas with Resort Resources International Inc. We requested Ocean Landings release us from the agreement because of the many concerns. They have not held up their end of the agreement. When we purchased this timeshare we were under the impression that the cost would not increase. We were told that the value would keep going up. That has not been the case, the value is basically zero. We are extremely insulted that we were lied to in order for the salesperson to make a sale. We entered into this contract because it was portrayed to us as a “great investment “. We have since discovered that it is virtually impossible to get rid of. We have had many concerns that we have yet to have addressed with a resolution. Don’t fall for their tricks and fall into their timeshare trap! They’ll never let you out even if you’ve paid everything off.

Very clean, well maintained property on great location. Nice walks in either direction (beach) for restaurants and bars. Rooms are a little dated. But views are excellent. Straight on beachfront views, not the infamous side/diagonal views that are becoming so popular. Found Cocoa beach to have a small town vibe with everything you'd need. Full kitchens 2 minute drive to Publix grocery. Couple restaurants on site. Definitely get Monster Breakfast burrito at Mom & Pops (on site).

Rooms are small but tidy with well functioning amenities. The resort itself isn't too much to look at, but its location on the beach is as close as you can get, and a helpful lifeguard is stationed in the area during daylight hours.

Since the Day I made the reservation to check in Time I spoke to Bridget and she was so sweet and wonderful. Made this stay celebrating my sister's birthday weekend. Rooms were good, they are outdated but loved the little Apt. Pull out sofa bed not so well to sleep on, mattress is very thin. Loved the two pools, hot tub, grilling area, Mom and Pops restaurant on site and the beach access. Overall we had a Wonderful Stay! Thank you very much, we will surely stay again 😊

Great location, a lot of great places to eat nearby. The beach was very accessible. The room was extremely outdated and needs a renovation desperately. The staff were friendly. They definately need to lower the price point or fix the place up.

My wife's family has been coming to this location for over 30 years. What's not to love? The rooms are always clean, the staff is super friendly. The manager, Mr. Martin, is very accommodating and willing to help out at any time. I can't wait to head back in a couple of weeks. Update 11/22/23 Here for Thanksgiving. Pool is so warm! No complaints! We love this place!

Stayed in Resort in one bedroom suite A bldg for 1 week in Sept 23 . Not an oceanfront suite but beach was private access and was 2 minutes walk so no big deal . The resort is an older property but is working on upgrading as able . The parking lot was plentiful and gated . The 2 pools & courts are well maintained and had plenty of room . The suite has microwave , mini fridge as it is a mini kitchen but by main pool is there is a full kitchen and grilling eating area which I found to be more than adequate for the few meals we wanted to cook . Staff was excellent and more than happy to assist any needs . Walking distance to a Publix and a short drive to any other needs . I had never been to Cocoa Beach area before and when I first arrived to resort my thoughts were uh oh made a mistake here but after first day / night I had my mind completely changed . Resort is quiet , staff is great , beach and amenities were right on and was very pleased with my entire stay . Cost was more than reasonable and unlike many places there was gouging or additional fees added . Had the great luck also to see a launch from the cape during my week stay so plus plus on this as you could see it clearly from beach area . Overall my wife & I were very pleased with our stay here and just proves that first impression does not mean a bad stay. Just be open minded and look to have a great time. I recommend this Resort for a great experience

We traded our three bedroom, three bathroom timeshare for this AND paid $500 for the trade. It’s an absolute DUMP! We are here with our kids and there is a bed and a pullout sofa in a single motel-style room with the tiniest of “kitchens”—a microwave and apartment fridge with a sink. The shower ceiling is so low, my 6’ guys have to bend down to get their hair wet. And the bathroom is so small you can’t get in the shower if the door is open. The walls are thin, the TV is old with two remotes to operate it, there’s no room darkening so the parking lot lights come through your window at night (bring a sleep mask or it will feel like it’s morning time all night long), the bed sheets are not soft…it’s just all very disappointing. If this is the newly renovated room, I’d hate to see that second floor option we could have had instead! We don’t need anything incredibly fancy—we’re not those kind of people—but this is terrible. RCI should remove it from their timeshare exchange immediately.

This hotel is nice! It is right on the beach front. Like walking distance to the beach. It has decent size rooms if you get one that sleeps 6. The rooms while are clean, are a bit older. They look like they could use a bit of a refresh. The pool area looks pretty clean and a good amount of seating options. Eavh day of the week, they are doing different family/kid activities which is really cool to see! A personal opinion, but rooms have a small ledge before you go into the room. I think if you pained that ledge yellow/orange, it would be easier to notice. Their has been a few times I have almost fell out the door and I did once too. The different color would help make it a little easier to see where is sidewalk, and where is a ledge. Also making it a bright color would make it easier to notice at night as well. Overall, it is a good place to stay! Pretty laid back, easy going vibes. The staff has been friendly enough and the rooms have been pretty clean. Just needs some updates/touch ups and the ledge leading in/out of the room I think should be a different color. I am sure we will be back again in the future though!

This hotel caters to time shares. If you're not part of the time share, please be aware. Booking online is tricky, I understood that my card was charged for the room, it wasn't. When you check in, they ask for the physical card. I booked this for my family. If you're not there, they won't keep the original card on file. I assume this is for safety and such, but it can be an inconvenience. The front desk was happy to explain this to me when I contacted them. The hotel room is suitable for a night's stay, which is exactly what we were looking for. But I wouldn't plan an extended stay in this hotel/timeshare/resort. It has a pool and arcade and is also very close to the beach (not all rooms are right on the beach like the pictures portray).

Have been here for vacation for 11 years now, our daughter in law has been coming for about 40 years now. Been blessed to have our family of 19 at the same time for about half of the vacations now. Have met lots of wonderful people at Oceans Landings and now have an extended Florida family!

The rooms are outdated, but they are clean. The rooms needed to be dusted more thoroughly, but I'm sure they don't have time for that. The staff was amazing! We stayed for two weeks. They let us switch rooms to a higher floor with an ocean view for an extra $60 + tax. Our air conditioning went out, and they had us stay in another room for the night until they got it fixed. They had it fixed by 9 a.m. the next morning. The beach is gorgeous, and there is no trash anywhere. We were able to see the SpaceX launch from the beach! It was an unforgettable moment.

Could have been cleaner. A lot of dust in vents, louvered doors, mirrors. Loved the easy access, quiet beach location. Mom and Pops for breakfast. I have no idea why your room number is on your key. Makes no sense. If key is lost, not only $75 fee but your unit would be easily accessible to whoever finds it????? This needs a definite change ASAP for security of all involved.

I had a wonderful experience at Oceans Landing Resort. I found the staff extremely friendly, courteous and caring. It was a very enjoyable experience. I hosted a convention in the conference center and all attendees enjoyed the surroundings. Staff is Aaa+++. Will book again.

Older motel converted to a 1BR timeshare. Not luxurious, but clean, comfortable & spacious. The location is awesome and the Space Coast has something for everybody to enjoy from rocket launches, to beautiful beaches & awesome food.

We had our wedding here at Ocean Landings. What a perfect venue! Ann and the rest of the events staff were absolutely amazing!! She helped us through every step of the process! She even helped us work through a hurricane, which happened just a couple days before the wedding. The Ocean Landings events team truly went above and beyond through every step of the wedding process. They accommodated us in every way. I couldn't be any happier with the wedding venue we chose! Also, such an amazing value! Budget friendly was a bonus. Thank you times a million! You really helped make our day special!! The only thing negative I can say is that a couple of the front desk workers were not very friendly, but we all have bad days I suppose!

Now this is not the top dog of resorts, but, it was very nice. Tennis lessons, shelters with BBQ grills and tables, direct access to the beach, clean grounds, decent rooms, and a friendly atmosphere. It was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Full disclosure ….. staying here the week using a relatives (owner) week. Owner has 1 bedroom off ocean no stove top , however day of arrival we were able to upgrade to a two bedroom oceanfront with full kitchen at a supplement of $67 total per day . The two bedroom ocean fronts are Saturday to Saturday rentals only. The units are very outdated with very old stained living room rugs , very outdated furnishings throughout , stained bar chairs and the kitchen table was no better than that if a college dorm community table and chairs and the shower stall (no tubs) had only one small soap dish for all your shower needs ….. on the upside the front desk staff, view from the balcony, two pools , the beach and the fitness center were great. You could get a full work out with what was provided in the fitness center plus it had a scale, towels and tv. The convenience of the beach rental shack was great but i think over priced. We paid $15 plus tax per beach chair for a day. They do have specials for if you rent long but we did not have a set beach schedule since we had other plans while here . I personally like the linen service …. Our building had a designated day they come to your room to exchange towels and linens you need. You just gather it all in a bag , put it outside your door and in short order replacements are outside your door with whatever else you might have indicated you need on the slip provided (soap paper towels , toilet paper, tissues, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent etc.). Any other day you exchange it at laundry exchange building …. It was not a big deal for me at all. I liked it better than having someone come in with/without me present to exchange/change linens/towels and restock. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. All in all I was OK with our stay. It met my expectations based on what we paid. Utilizing the owners week and only paying the upgrade fee made it very inexpensive however this would have gotten a two star if I would have paid their asking price on the web site for a week in a two bedroom. VRBO/AirBnB looks to have several options for the same weekly rate or lower … yes there are some fees however I read in some posts that there is a activity fee at Ocean Landings.. I suppose owners do not have to pay that since we were not changed .

1 bedroom unit was large & clean. Had small kitchen with everything we needed along with 2 bathrooms. Living room furniture could use an upgrade, but perfectly usable. Property is right on the beach. Quiet place. Has 2 pools, hot tub, BBQ area & playground. Lots of restaurants closeby. Not our 1st time here and would definitely return!

Firstly, I acknowledge that I have very little experience booking with resorts, so I didn't know really what to expect. Here's what I didn't expect when booking a "suite" in a "resort": I didn't expect to be renting a room with motel style access, and at that having only the blinds close. I didn't expect to have to commit to how many pool towels I would need at check in. Nor did I expect to have to sign for, in a hostage style exchange, the crustiest two towels I have ever had the displeasure of touching. I didn't expect to get to our room to realize we hadn't been given a key, and then to have the main emphasis upon our return to the front desk be that if we lost a key, it would cost almost half a night's stay. I didn't expect to find pubic hair on the toilet and in the bathtub (before we used them). I didn't expect the trim to be falling off the doors, or the entry door to drag on the tile floors. About the the only thing I did expect was the exorbitant price (because it was there when I booked), but I kind of thought that price implied something of a premium experience... Next time, I will stay at econolodge or super 8.

Our room had a beautiful view of the rest of the resort. The rooms were clean and the staff was quick to restock anything we needed. The two pools are always clean and fun to stay in. Beautiful view of the beach and lots of fun activities in the activity center.

This place was great. The two heated pools were awesome as was the hot tub. We had an oceanfront room and we loved it. Room was clean. Private beach access was nice.

  • 5/5 Chris W. 1 year ago on Google
While the building is older it didn't stop us from having a ton of fun. Walk to the beach, rent some rackets for the court, bbq, hang by the pool. It's a family friendly place in a great location. I'd love to come back!

  • 3/5 Bruce G. 1 year ago on Google
The location of this hotel allows them to comfortably charge more than what these rooms are worth. For the amount I paid, I could have and should have stayed at the Hilton near by, where there are more amenities available. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I would not stay here a second time at that price.
