The property manager Karen has great social currency! I've lived here going on 2 years and the manager beforehand left us stranded in the middle of the application process. Since Karen has acquired position she's helped with everything in regards to my needs here. Karen and her team does excellent work and go above and beyond to make the residents feel secure. I've watched them decorate the premises in accordance to whichever season was approaching and make everything festive. All in all, I enjoy my stay with a lot of thanks to the team here, I do recommend setting up a tour at LEAST to experience it for yourself.

Karen is so awesome. She’s very helpful and does her best to make sure that I am pleased with my home. She made the move in process a breeze for me. Karen kept me updated and answered emails in a timely manner. I am so happy with my apartment. The apartment is so spacious and the community is very quiet. I love it !

This is the place to be!!! Very clean and well maintained from the grounds, to the pool to the fitness center, ect... So far my experience has been nothing but positive. Karen is amazing!!!! She is a breathe of fresh air and knows what she is doing and will make you feel at ease throughout the application and move in process. She has by far one of the best attitudes and attention to all the minor details to make you feel at home. She is on point with any questions, concerns you may have. James is simple awesome and very accommodating. He is there for your maintenance needs and responds very quickly. I can tell you I have search for a place to live and this one me and my family can actually call home!!! I have even recommended this complex to my friend and there are in the process of applying themselves. I think Karen and James are a super team and work very hard to make sure you feel like you are living in an all inclusive resort. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for us!!

I am so glad to call this place my HOME! Karen is so nice. From start to finish Karen helped me with the application and made sure that I had all of my documents were in order and that my moving process was seamless. Let's not to mention James the maintenance man was super nice and extremely helpful. No matter what I need they are both always there. I love it here! If you're looking for a place to stay that is quiet and very luxurious this is the place!!

Karen has been the best property manager I have seen. Since she came every work order is done no later than the next day if not the same day. She is always listening to every issue a tenant may have and is always very kind about it. Even if there is an issue outside and maybe maintenance isn’t available she goes right out there and does it herself. We were here before Karen came and the change since she has come is amazing. My husband and I want to move and buy a house but we may have to take Karen with us! Excellent management!

I moved here from Jersey in October 2022.based on Google reviews. Apartments are very nice. The complex itself is kept very well. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, and Publix supermarket. The beach is 15 minutes away and we are surrounded by beautiful parks and walking trails. The property manager Karen is on site and does an amazing job from my original application to move in day. Never had to wait more than a day for any repairs to my apartment. She addresses any concerns immediately and her office door is open. Highly recommend Terraces on the Square.

Karen is very helpful and a great property manager but the property needs a little tender love and care. The outside doors and surrounding area walls are filthy. The pool area table and chairs need to be cleaned.

Inquired about a place in July that was needed asap for my niece, Terraces on the Square came through for her even with the crazy 3day notice! We are so thankful our call got transferred to the property manager, Karen! Karen and her staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions, she's exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and informative while maintaining a kind and friendly atmosphere. I cannot thank you enough Karen, for making my niece's move an absolute breeze and welcoming her into a new city/community. Highly recommend!!

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to have found this property! Karen Johnson property manager is very helpful with everything. I did not even see the property and upon getting ready to sign the lease I asked to see it and with no hesitation she met with me. Everything you see in picture is what you get. My view is incredible! I feel like I’m in a resort. Such a nice feeling to come home and sit in the balcony with a nice pool view. I’ve seen reviews in which phones are not picked up, but that’s because she’s running around making sure property is well kept and you can tell it is. Thank you Karen for making my family and I feel so welcome and going out of your way when I had questions!

I just recently moved into Terraces on the square! The property manger, Karen, was attentive and kind. Since living there she has made my experience seamless with providing above & beyond service with anything i need! The property is well kept, smells like a high end hotel, positive energy, && beautiful!

WE LOVE IT HERE! Apartments are very nice, its very quiet here and property is very well maintained. The property manager Karen has been amazing! We had to move ASAP from our home due to mold and she was able to get us in immediately. She is very knowledgeable about everything & answers all of our questions. Shes also incredibly prompt with anything weve asked of her. I forget the maintenance guys name but he is great as well. Theyre both very professional & respectful of our space when they had to come into our apartment! Theyre also always very friendly with our 3 year old, making it a very comfortable atmosphere. We are extremely satisfied & look forward to living here a while until we are ready to purchase a home.

Apartment is overall clean and comfortable-sized. Its location is convenient, close to many stores. Karen as manager will always go out of her way to ensure your needs are meet, she is truly committed to the residents.

Karen is the best property manger i have met! Terraces on the Square is a nice quiet complex to raise a family in. I am so thankful to have met Karen. If you are looking for somewhere to live then Terraces on the Square is where you would want to be.

There is a walkway with a gazebo, next to Terraces. Good place to see turtles,fish and occasional gators. This time there were lots of lilly pads.

I called on January 04, 2022 and spoke with Karen, Property Manager, to see if there were any availability in her property. She had one unit available and I can move by today. My lease at my other location was ending on January 09, 2022 so that was a perfect timing. The application process was great but for some reason I was having a hard time submitting my payment, but Karen came in right away to assist me with my issues and made the whole process go smoothly without any delay. Karen replies quick, either by email or by text or by phone. I love the neighbors and the community in whole. Very clean and quiet. There's even carts near the elevator to help assist with groceries, etc. Whatever your needs or wants is Karen is there quickly to help resolve. Karen made us feel comfortable and trustworthy of her. I love Karen professionalism, her smile, and her dress code is on point. So far the neighbors all said, I Love It Here!" And, "Karen is Awesome!" Thank you so much Karen for making us feel important and part of a new family.

Honestly , Being this is mine and my fiancé first time ever renting a place . I absolutely love it here , it’s a safe environment , and clean apartments, it’s just amazing here . and I can’t imagine living any where else, if it wasn’t for Karen i honestly have no idea what I’d be doing right now. She’s amazing and truly cares about everyone living here, I love that her main priority is SAFTY. And she definitely is there when you need her, I know my ac went out and the same day she came and checked it out for me.
