Me and my boyfriend came in at 7:30 PM, 30 minutes before they closed. Even though we came in really late, they stayed to help us get our dream car. They were very friendly and truly made us feel we were welcome. True dedication from this store, as they stayed until 11 PM to help us. Would highly recommend this store and will definitely be my first choice for service or car purchase matters!

This is my second purchase from Ft Myers Mitsubishi. Always great service. Traded my 2020 Outlander for a 2022 Outlander and was extremely happy with the change and improvements on the model. Jose Castillo was my salesman and he provided me with excellent service and was very polite to deal with. He always answered my calls when I had questions and concerns. Great salesman!! Alexander Pedroso was our sales associate. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had previously searched their site and saw a Jetta that was within the price range we were looking for and fit our style. He brought the car over we test drove it and started the paperwork. Once everything was completed we drove off in the car we wanted. We highly recommend Alexander!

My Fiance & I had exceptional service from Sara in the sales dept with the purchase of our 2020 Ford Ranger. We were haggling on the price and Mitsubishi was able to aquire an interest rate that made sense and suited our budget. Brand new tyers were installed on the vehicle and they kept to their word regarding any concerns we had on the vehicle. The only promise they did not keep was filling the vehicle up with a full tank as we agreed when we picked it up. Great service! The salesmen were all very welcoming before I was even able to walk in the door. I highly recommend asking for EJ. He sold me a 2022 Outlander & I'm so happy with my purchase. He was very informative on the aspects of the vehicle. We were shown 2 different options. EJ was able to tell me all the differences between the two to help me decide which option worked better for my family.

I have to leave 2 reviews on behalf of my mom. One for the salesman the other for the manager. Alfonso was so great! The ideal salesman. From the moment he helped us out we felt comfortable with him. He wasn’t pushy, and wasn’t trying to just get my mom to buy. He wanted her to choose the best option for her. We appreciate his patience throughout the entire process, and the late hours. I know it wasn’t easy. He worked extremely hard to make this sale. If it wasn’t for him and how he treated us we would’ve walked out the door within the first 10 minutes.

The bad experience we had was with Sales manager Mike. My mom found the car she wanted and we sat down to talk numbers. Mike sat with us, extremely nice by the way, and went over some numbers. While my mom was filling out the application, he grabs the keys of the vehicle that were at our table and gave them to another salesman for his customer. He reassured us that the customer was only going to take a look at it and that there were more in the back if they wanted it. First and foremost, at many dealerships I have been to when a salesman has the key to a vehicle a customer is interested in another customer can not take a look at it. That really through my mom through the roof. As we’re sitting down talking numbers and just trying to negotiate, that salesman sells the car to the customer. Which turns out that was the last one on the lot. Mike never once came over to apologize out of common courtesy. To us it was not about selling the car to a another customer. But you couldn’t, as a “manager” comes to us and explain what happened or even apologized. Goes to show they are just trying to sell and not make people happy. Like stated above if it wasn’t because Alfonso worked so hard she would’ve never walked out of there tonight with a vehicle.
