We found our dog topper on the streets and were concerned with his reaction towards other animals and children. Brandy helped me build my confidence and offer was a superstar! Brandy is very professional. She confirms all of her appointments the night before and is always on time. Brandy is a great trainer that I highly recommend. The Klavons

Brandy was incredible!!! She was informative, gentle but effective and taught me how to communicate with my little guy resulting in MUCH improved behavior. We are so grateful for Brandy’s expertise and professionalism. Walks and being in the home are much calmer and quieter. I would recommend her services to anyone with an anxious dog and any owner who needs guidance and training. She made us both feel so safe!

Brandy was an amazing trainer! Laverne is a 5yr old rescue with some dog reactivity and mistrust of men. She is now much better at understanding she doesn’t have to be overly protective and in hunt mode all the time. Brandy taught me how to read Laverne’s behavior to set her up for success. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend Brandy - she is extremely personable and knowledgeable - and gets results! 🤓🐶

Brandy did an incredible job working with me and my dog Louie. Louie used to go crazy walking on the leash where he would be inconsolable. Like a kid having a tantrum. Now, he is calm and well behaved. I’m so glad that I can now enjoy walking him and he feels more comfortable with me. I had worked with another trainer in the past and working with Brandy made me realize how important is it for the trainer to be patient not only with your dog but with you as well. Brandy knew I was anxious walking Louie. She was patient with me and assured me that we would get things under control. Couldn’t be happier with her services! I hired Through The Leash after I rescued my dog 4 months ago. We had a lot of issues to work through! My trainer Brandy was great. We accomplished a lot with the exception of my dog constantly going after other dogs. Our next to last session actually ended with my dog darting off after another dog. However, I was given a certificate of completion because my trainer was leaving the company. I was told if I needed additional help to reach out to Through The Leash and they would definitely help. So here I am 6 weeks later reaching out and I was told "since she gave you the graduation certificate July 21st that indicates all goals were met." I paid over $3000 and was told the training was for the "life of your dog." They should have said "for the life of your dog or until we decide to hand you a certificate." They did offer to have me meet with another trainer, but of course I would be charged per visit.

Brandy was an absolute treasure to work with! She has such a great personality and really connected with our dogs and our needs. She has some of the best experience to bring to the table and with Through the Leash's program our dogs are well on their way to being the best dogs in town! Highly recommend Brandy!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Through The Leash, our trainer Javier was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. He was very patient and did an excellent job at explaining and teaching us all of the different techniques. Our dog, Ruffo was having some behavioral issues including resource guarding and biting the leash while on walks. After his training with Javier he is now like a different dog. He no longer resource guards or bites the leash, he is well behaved now and such a good dog. Thank you Javier and Through the Leash for your dedication and passion to dog training, you can really tell how much they care and the results speak for themselves.

We are so happy we found Through The Leash! We have a very high energy, stubborn goldendoodle that needed a lot of coaching and training. Matt came for the initial consult and was instantly a calming presence in our home and our dog Benjamin loved him! Matt gave us the tools necessary to help coach Ben into being the best dog he can be. We have seen such a significant improvement in our goldendoodles behavior and anxiety. He is the perfect little gentleman now :). I cannot thank Matt and Through The Leash enough!

We worked with Brandy over the last two months and were amazed by the transformation our dog made. He was an aggressive older dog who barked at everyone but she was able to work with him and to our pleasant surprise, he made a complete 180. She was able to pin down his underlying issues in our first visit then set up a training program that helped us tackle those specific needs. Can not say enough good things about the program, Brandy was available whenever we had questions along the way and even made adjustments when we needed in the training due to neighbor concerns. She has a patient demeanor and stays calms under the chaos of an aggressive dog. Her training technique made it easy for us as the Owners to understand why each step was being taken and why different skills were useful to teach our pup. Thankful we found the program and Brandy as having a now peaceful, easy going dog has helped create a more peaceful home for us!

We have had the best experience with Through the Leash. When we adopted two puppies from the same litter i immediately panicked and knew we needed to get some professional training.. When Matt came to us for our first session we knew we were in good hands. He has such a calm demeanor and level of patience with both humans and dogs. Our puppies responded quickly to the training he provided and he was able to break down each session so that it was less overwhelming for us humans.. The results we have seen in our dogs is worth every penny in my opinion!

We had an incredible experience with Sam as our trainer. Our dog Dale was having a lot of behavior issues that we couldn’t understand on our own, and with the correct guidance and education we got from Sam he’s like a whole new dog. She didn’t just “fix him”, she took the time to learn about us & Dale, and made a plan for us to have a better relationship with our dog. We did the behavior intervention track, and a 3 week board & train with Sam and I cannot recommend Through the Leash (especially Sam) enough. She genuinely taught us how to communicate with Dale. Communication with Through the Leash was really easy and flexible as well, always a pleasant experience. After a previous horrendous experience with another trainer, I never would have thought this was possible. I can’t wait to get started on another round of training just to see what else we can get to know about Dale!!

Matt is absolutely amazing! He is so professional, patient, and wonderful in training. We have learned so much in how to communicate with our Pomsky. She has responded so well and learned so much. I highly recommend Through the Leash and Matt.

My experience with Through The Leash was incredible. Our trainer was Brandy, she came out to do a consultation for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. My dog immediately loved her. She explained everything about the training process and how it worked, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions about how to handle our hyper puppy. She really understands dog nature and took the time to educate us. I am very pleased with Through the Leash services and Brandy’s professionalism.
