Dr. Richman is definitely the worst doctor I have ever been to. He cared NOTHING about me at all. In fact I felt that he had hostility and animosity toward me. His treatments actually caused my condition to get worse. When it comes to medical care Dr. Richman went through the motions but it was obvious that he couldn't care less whether the treatment helped or not. When I would go in for a visit Dr. Richman would rush in to see me, talk as fast as he could, spend 5 to 10 minutes with me, did as little as possible, and wanted to rush out as fast as he could to get to the next patient. If I held him up with questions he got real annoyed. At the last visit I had with him I told him that the medication he gave me did not work and actually made things worse. He replied "OK, you have two options 'A' or 'B'. Which one do you want?". I told him I that was leaning toward option B and he said "OK" and rushed out of the room to get to the next patient. As he was leaving the room I said "What are the dangers with option B vs. A?" and he yelled something as he was rushing down the hallway. I never did find out what he said about the dangers of option B and I never got a chance to ask him about the dangers of option A.. That is what my appointments with Dr. Richman were like. I cannot think of any other doctor as bad and hostile as Dr. Richman.

I came to see Dr. Zachary at a family members recommendation. He was very dismissive from the outset, saying there was nothing he could do to help my condition. Within 5 minutes he had his foot out the door practically, then at the very last minute did a 10 second physical exam, likely just so he could successfully bill for the appointment. I left feeling unheard, disregarded. For the 10 minutes Dr. Zachary was in my exam room, I was left with an 240.35$ bill for an office visit after my insurance paid their portion. When trying to get ahold of Dr. Zachary to discuss the charge, I never received a returned phone call after 5 days.

If you don’t have insurance that covers everything at small copays (specialist visits included) you had better double and triple check your insurance coverage with this group and be sure that they understand exactly what you are coming in for and ask for what your out-of-pocket expenses are going to be up front before your visit. Also make sure you ask what can and can’t be talked about during said visit. I specifically told them (front office staff), when I called to set up the appointment that this was for a PSA screening and my insurance covers this 100% (annual preventative care) with my deductible waived and let me know if there were any out-of-pocket expenses I would be required to cover..... Fast forward to after the appointment, they say I was in for more than an annual preventative care (something was discussed outside of the acceptable topic, unaware to me) and subsequently billed my insurance company for this "extra" care I received. Now I'm on the hook for 222 dollars out of pocket. Their office manager could not care any less that I did all my due diligence to make sure the services provided were what was acceptable to my insurance provider and refuses to admit someone made a mistake and can’t somehow explain to the DR to waive the extra fees due to this. Be warned that all the other negative reviews of AUI are probably valid and have merit, I stupidly ignored them, I said well they can’t screw up billing/coding when I am being so proactive.... wow was I wrong, if you value your money and sanity... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Update, I have revised my rating to 3 from 1, they did end up crediting my account for the difference in what was supposed to be my intended services and what was given/billed so I have to give them credit for that.

Sam Watson nurse practitioner has been amazing. I have a very complicated case and he continues to do research take his time and energy and knowledge and do everything he can to help me move forward. He is kind and caring he checks in on me when I’m having treatments that are scary and I just cannot say enough about this particular person. Other than I am so grateful that a inadvertently ended up in his care

Thanks to Advanced Urology my husband got prescribed wrong antibiotic,ended up with sepsis and almost died. Now his kidney is gone because of neglegence of AUI. Called on a weekend and got to Dr.Hubsher,told him I need to speak to husbands doctor about kidney failure. Dr Hubsher stated THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY!!! I told him KIDNEY FAILURE IS AN EMERGENCY! He said if kidney is gone ,it was already gone yesterday and there is nothing to talk about. If these kind of doctors are going to be treating people,then why do people even need to go to them?! I thought doctors are there to help! Be aware!

Dr. Richman is one of the best Doctor's I have been to. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found him. He performed surgery on me in 2016 finding a rare condition I had, and it was the best thing I've ever did because it changed my life so much! Thank you Dr. Richman!

They have no desire to work with someone's prescription plan to get prescribed medication. The pratice is so large that they treat people like a number and not a person. Abysmal customerservice skills, and poor communication. You have to leave messages and maybe someone will get back to you in a day or two. Update this review much like the other negative reviews got their rubber stamp response.

Dr.Richman is one of the best doctors I have ever worked for. He is funny, smart and a all around great guy!!! Thank you so much for being such a great doctor to not only your staff but to you patients. I am so thankful to be working with you!!

Can not tell you about Doctor Richman I have heard he is good . The staff and Dr Lou and Sam are very nice and informative But maybe because he is busy I felt like Dr. Richman had not time to fully answer all questions and concerns and was in a rush. But what is terrible is trying to contact this office for anything its all automated and they will return your call only at their convenience at the end of the day . They need to hire a receptionist not everyone can wait for a answer to a question or does everyone own a computer or know how to get the new patient porthole thing. Spent 12hours in severe pain after a procedure was done by Dr. Richman . They would not call me back that early evening asking for medication to stop my suffering until the following morning, shows lack of empathy for their patient's in my opinion. Maybe they are over busy or lacking employees but it's not an acceptable excuse when a person needs some pain medication or something important.

Booked an appointment with this office due to a potentially substantial and severe set of symptoms 3 weeks ago, only to call the day before to be told my appointment was not on the books. I was suspicious when I never received a confirmation email, but just wanted to be sure. Will change review if scheduler calls back to confirm appointment otherwise given the circumstances, the negligence of the staff in regards to booking appointments is unacceptable.

I have been coming here now for 3 years. Dr Klien is wonderful. He offered to do surgery 2.5 years ago with a new device. He was up front and told me it had a 70% success rate. I decided not to have it done. Now with improvements they are seeing 97% success rate. I have now opted to have the surgery. I trust Dr. Klien as he covered every avenue and test to figure out why I have the issue I do. From physical to neurological. Very thorough. Plus the staff here has never been anything but kind and helpful.

My wife had her first appointment there . The front staff was amazing and we got there on time and waited 5 mins and got called back to see the best Dr in the field Dr Paula's vyas was kind caring he listened to me and my wife concerned about her appointment and spoke to both of us . He is the best I wanted to thank everyone there for the best first appointment at your office.

this place is great the staff is great and dr paulas vays did my wife surgery and did a great job thank you for taking care of my wife in the or he was on time and check with my wife the whole time there ..
