I just picked up the most beautiful custom ring that Jim Naylor had made for me!! When I showed Jim the antique cut diamond that my mother had left me he knew which designer would make the perfect ring. From inspiration and sketches to the finished ring, Jim's knowledge (and his own excitement about the project) made the process easy and fun!! My ring is just perfect, the proportions and beautiful details and workmanship accent the diamond perfectly! It's hard to believe it's the same stone! I can't thank him enough for his guidance and expertise! My first visit to LaBosco's involved selling a large quantity of jewelry, of varying degrees of quality. My experience at LaBosco’s Jewelry Castle was superb! For my 50th birthday, my mom gave me her diamond ring that has been in my family for well over 100 years. I was looking for a reputable jeweler for multiple services and was impressed with the online reviews of LaBosco’s. To determine if I would be comfortable and if they are a business I could trust with something so sentimental and valuable, I decided to first come in to have a delicate necklace repaired. As soon as I walked in, Lee greeted and made me feel welcome, and then gave me space to look around. He was very helpful and my jewelry repair was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Since that experience was so positive, I was excited to go back to shop for a new setting for the diamond my mom gave me and have an appraisal done. Also, I wanted to surprise her by putting another diamond in her old setting and changing her band from yellow to white gold for a new sharp look. The staff there are amazing! Lee, Jim, and Jimmy (who did the work) all were so helpful and took time to be sure they could provide exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I absolutely love my new setting and feel good about the appraisal, which allowed me to have the ring insured. My mom was over the moon delighted to have a new diamond ring that she didn’t expect when handing hers down to me. They went above and beyond to give me a great experience and I wanted to share this story with anyone looking for a great jeweler in town. Thank you LaBosco’s!

I’ve been dealing with Labosco’s since 2017. I had my wife’s custom engagement ring designed and made there thanks to Jim and Jimmy! Then I had Mike help me find some earrings for our wedding in 2018. Everyone is so friendly and they know us by name as soon as we come into the door. They really care about taking care of their customers and helping us find exactly what we want. We’ve bought multiple pieces through the years and I will not shop for jewelry anywhere else but here! They have my business for life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Went in to have my watchband sized. I met Lee who was extremely patient with me. He got the band good and snug, then I asked him to loosen it a bit. I felt silly because he had just taken 3 links out so putting one back in was no big deal to him. Lee was very knowledgeable and super nice about my crazy antics. All around he is an amazing person to have help me. So glad I went in there today.

I have been a customer of Labasco‘s for years now. Everyone is great that works there. I would like to point out that Mandy is a new employee and she was extremely helpful and such an awesome attitude. I have to say, it was really nice to see a woman working there. A big thanks to Jim Naylor for getting my timepieces up and running again. I love wearing timepieces , but like everyone else, didn’t have a need to wear them over the past two years. Therefore, I did not replace the batteries as they stop working one by one. Plus I was not happy with the business that I used in the past. My timepieces are not expensive but they are important to me. It’s important that I know and trust the person that is working on them. That is where Jim Naylor comes into the picture. Dennis was amazing in assisting me through the process of selling my scrap gold and instructing me on how to care for my jewelry. He answered all of my questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, Dan is an absolute master at what he does:) He did a repair on a piece of family heirloom jewelry that was one of my most precious possessions and did a phenomenal job on it. I sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication that he put into this repair as it was not an easy one! In sum, I wouldn’t ever consider going to any other establishment.. Absolutely love this amazing company! My husband took a family heirloom a ring, and they change it up and created this beautiful ring for me as an engagement ring about 6 years ago today! Still as beautiful as ever. I have been and got it cleaned a couple times and they are phenomenal. They even gave me this awesome cleaner for at home and I will always go back and always send people there if they are in need of jewelry!

They resized and polished my wedding band. Looked better than new! I've also bought a few pieces from them as well great prices and staff! All in house repairs done timely and professionally. Give Jimmy a call!

Everything they do is excellent! They repaired my late husbands ring in 2005 and I’ve been going back ever since! I’ve bought new jewelry, vintage pieces, and even had them replace a stone in my grandmother’s antique ring! Phenomenal service all around!

3 years ago I left a 5 star review of the extraordinary experience I had buying my wife's engagement ring from LaBosco's Jewelry Castle. I have had many prior years of great experiences with them. Today I decided it was time for my wife's ring to be upgraded. Jim Naylor gave us personal vip service the entire hour or so we sat down looking for the perfect ring. My wife decided on a magnificent .82 carat solitaire upgraded from her .50 carat previous ring. I also got a new wedding band which is amazing. It is being sized at the moment. The deal was incredible and we walked out feeling on top of the world. Dealing with Jim was the most pleasant experience we have ever had while buying jewelry.
