I had a very nice experience. They are extremely organized at this office. Dr. Johnson is AA++ and more. Straightforward and honest. Very pleasant and she explains to you and answers questions without feeling like she is rushing you. Very glad my insurance covers me here.

It was great , little wait time Lady (Angie I think) in the glass department was wonderful. Girl at reception desk was great too! The gal from OH gave me best exam ever 💕

I had my last post-op 6/9 in Cape Coral and met with employee Patrice and later Dr. Johnson. Both were really great and informative. Doctor was very thorough in her examination and explanation of her findings, and she delayed the next surgery until she felt swelling had diminished. Patricia, the surgery coordinator, was able to fit me into Dr Franz busy surgery schedule.

We just switched to Frantz after seeing another practice in the Cape for 2 years that we were “okay” with. Dr Johnson is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. I have needed vision correction for 30 years. I wore contacts for 15, then had LASIK and then my eyes changed again after 13 years of being contact/glasses free. I went to two other optometrists in the Cape to be fitted for contacts and glasses again. I had issues with the prescriptions both times and was told to just get used to them. As soon as Dr Johnson looked at my eyes, she said “Your prescription is wrong” - I hadn’t even had the chance to tell her the issues I’d been having. That impressed me immediately. Now I can see well again. She also saw all of my children and was wonderful with them as well - noticing issues in their eyes that had been diagnosed before we moved here but missed by other optometrists in the Cape. I highly recommend Dr Johnson if you are looking for a new optometrist.

I’m 46 and have always had excellent vision, now as I’ve gotten older my vision is fading. I hadn’t been to an eye Dr in 30 years. Everyone at Frantz EyeCare was pleasant to work with! Amber was a great help in choosing the right frames for me and helping to get them adjusted properly. My glasses came in quickly and I can now see! My wife, Dorayne, recently had cataracts removed from her eyes serviced by Dr. Frantz. Her eye care was thoroughly impressive and for me heartwarming to see her happy about the entire procedure. For my annual eye exam, the recollection of my wife's professional cataract removals and follow up care by Dr Franz and his staff, convinced me that I had a new Eye Care doctor. Was I disappointed at my appointment today? No one gives five stars if he/she was disappointed. Five stars! For Dr. Franz and his staff, ESPECIALLY Dr. Johnson and her assistant, Sara Z, I would give one hundred stars. Their service today for an ol' guy was admirable and highly commendable. Why? Love Dr. Johnson & her team! When you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed by Norma…who’s been a staple here for-ev-er! It’s clean, smells fresh, nicely updated and decorated tastefully. You can see they genuinely care about their profession. The eyeglass selection is modern and wearable, no flashy advertising on the frames. I found a green pair, with the help of their Optician, that I would have never picked for myself! After chatting about my vision problems, she recommended Anti-fatigue lenses with No glare to help see my phone easier. A week later, I picked them up and WOW, she was right….they are so clear! ✨ I embarrassingly wasted so much money trying to measure myself online. Save your energy folks, just go to Frantz in Cape Coral. Full disclosure, I used to work here. 🤓 & I’ve seen everything “behind the scenes” and still sing their praises! 👏🏼

Been here since 8.12 for 8.30 appointment. It is past nine. Front desk seems to think this is fine, they could be nicer but are not. Coffee is good its clean Been a patient at old office which was great on College parkway. Too busy maybe not as efficient now and time to find a new place. 35 minutes still in waiting room My time is also important, I am a CPA and this is tax season, my time is just as important.

Sara and Dr Johnson were wonderful! Sara was very thoughtful and thorough with eye exam prep!!! Has a great personality and performance!!! It was not my first rodeo with Dr. Frantz. I had Cataract surgery about a year ago in one eye. I started to have vision problems with the other eye so I went back to see Dr Frantz and had surgery on the other eye. It was so wonderful to have the other eye done and now I can finally see without blurred Vision. Dr. Frantz and all his staff are so wonderful. I had the best treatment anyone could wish for. A big Thank you to all! I highly recommend Dr. Frantz and all the hard working staff.

Had to have cataract surgery. Franz was one of the few that know about the ICL lense which I had. They talked me into the optix lense because you can see up close as well as distance. Paid over $6000 for the surgery and follow ups. Told them I can't see clear up close. Because of the surgery I had cloudiness in the eye. Charged me over $500 to fix that. Then was told that the optix lense was good for 20 inches away as "upclose". I am not happy and all I get is one excuse after another! I would recommand anyone else than Franz!!

My recent eye exam was my first visit at Frantz Eyecare. They did what, compared with other eyecare centers I have been to, seemed like a very thorough exam. Although I wasn't seen by an opthamologist, the optometrist I saw seemed very competent in identifying physical issues. In my case, she spotted a retina freckle that no one has previously mentioned. I don't know if that is because it is a new issue for me or previous examinations failed to find it.

The whole office is amazing. From the front staff to the techs to the physician, everyone took care of me in the best possible way. The office may be small compared to their other locations, but that didn’t prevent them from providing excellent service. 100% recommend!

Frantz EyeCare is top notch! Dr Johnson in the Cape Coral office took great care to properly diagnose my situation prior to cataract surgery. After Dr Frantz successfully performed the surgery in Ft Myers I had several follow up appointments near my home in Cape Coral with Dr Johnson to monitor my recovery. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional! I will soon have my other eye done with Dr Frantz and his group!

Easy to schedule. New facility is beautiful. Waiting area and rooms very nice. Every single persons I came in contact with from signing in to checking out was great. My technician was very good.
