I bought the Rossetti purse that has two pockets on each side on the outside with a little pouch connecting to the straps to carry makeup and or pins in. The inside of the purse has two cell phone pockets and a zipper pouch along with having enough room to carry other items. ❤️❤️❤️

Belk is a very nice store. Friendly staff and welcoming smiles. Clean and neat. Clothing and shoes for the whole family First time in this store. I am looking forward to visiting again.

It's what you expect out of a department store. What I did not expect was having to teach one of the only associates they had staffed how to measure me for a dress shirt and a coat. They are severely understaffed but the people who do work there have great attitudes and are willing to help.

Was surprised all the sales. Only place with a decent mens department. Casual and dressy. Bit more up to date, some name brands.

Nice clean well organized store but their prices are way too high just like Macy's .

Nice store, perhaps a better 7-16 tween section, I understand it's in the rural. The Beaufort store had much more selection but the sales were good. My tween picked up 75 bucks of clothes

Not much for up to date styles, prices arent much to write home about, and i didnt find the store real clean. Ok if you arent picky, wasted my time there.

Disappointed cash registers were closed at shoe depth. And customer service. Had to go to back in women's depth. To get rung up.

The customer service wasnt the greatest. The manager was great once he saw the cashier skipped me to help an older lady browse who came after me he cashed me out himself! The sales are great too!

They had a pretty decent selection of clothes. They seem to have gone the 'JC Penney coupons for everything route' and mark everything up to a higher price then offer a coupon to Save Big! i find it tiring and would rather just have a normal price for something that's reasonable. But, I guess we consumers have earned what we've asked for. Anyways, store was clean and the people friendly, so it was a good shopping experience overall.

Love shopping here! A traditional department store that actually still has brand cosmwtic counters. The regular prices are kind of steep, but they have big sales and coupons so often that there's rarely any reason to pay original tag price on anything. Today they had almost their whole activewear section on sale for Buy1Get2! Also, they email $10 off coupons all the time.

Store is well stocked. Has upscale clothing and have good deals if you download the app. Apply for credit for even more deals. Richard who helped me is awesome. All staff are really very pleasant.

I came to return an item in September, I was not walking good and the worker in jewlery watched as I hobbled over to customer service knowing it was closed. I went over to the worker who nastily said try over there, no one was working in that dept either so I left. I went back a month later and as waiting in line a manager was yelling at a customer at the customer service, It was my turn and now was offered one quarter of the price of my item because the machine could not find the credit card I used. Bad things happened in my life so by the time I contacted customer service on the phone they could not help me saying the time limit was over for the damaged item I received. I understand it is my fault not calling right after two bad instances but I also didnt expect a broken car or losing a few members in my family. I tried twice so they should add my return time from that point. I would never buy from them again, Bealls is one thousand times better with personal.

When you want nicer clothing get the app and then hit the store. A good selection of clearance soft lines.

Loved the selection in kids department! Buying my granddaughter boots and dresses. The customer service was superior!

Not enough staff, I was looking for a specific item & could not find anyone to ask. The make up counters were well staffed but no one in other departments. The clothing & houseware departments were not very organized.

Ordered online 2 dresses. Price was good, $80.00 for both. However, the dresses looked like 2 rags when I opened the package. They weren't in tissue paper, plastic or anything. So wrinkle d and balled up i couldn't try them on correctly. Sending them back. Disgraceful

Was looking for a dress shirt for my husband for a wedding we are going to, very nice selection, the lady in that department was awesome with helping me out!

The discount store is really good to find a deal. Worth a stop. The employees were very nice.

Always a nice selection. Beautiful fall & Christmas decorations on display. ****Edit to add**** If the customer does not want to give phone # or email for rewards take no as the answer the first time. Do not badger the customer such as....what about friend or family members info.

This store is great for buying gifts for the family or yourself. The people who work there are always ready to help you. Very clean and friendly store

My only complaint is it is so hot in this store you sweat while you shop. Otherwise the staff is super friendly and helpful and the store is nicely stocked.

The entire store is tore up. Looks like they haven't vacuumed or mopped in months. Mix matched patterns and colors all over. Made me so anxious I had to leave. I told the cashier and she replied "yeah, well". Yeah, well what? Go get a broom!
