I had a weird experience here visiting from london, I got in okay - fine but when we left we hung about outside for a bit as we were waiting for someone, then I noticed that the door staff were being racist!

So not only do they look away when people get seriously injured in front of their entrance, they also want to manipulate public perception in favour of their brutal inhumane venue. Not a good place to be if you want to have a good time and make it home safe afterwards. The security is reluctant to intervene when guests are being harassed and viciously attacked and severely injured by criminals close by.

I'm sorry but if I could rate this a zero I would. It's very sad that people are turned down because of how they look or where they come from, and my friends were denied entry because of that very reason. I can't fathom the feeling of being discriminated against and being an American myself, I expected a lot from this beautiful city but this club was a real disappointment and I would NOT recommend anyone go here and pay money to allow this behavior to continue.

Tonight my friends and I had the worst experience here by far. We all had tickets and we were waiting in line for at least 3 hours which is to be expected knowing that the event held tonight is the last one (16+ event) and it marks the end of the summer. Throughout the waiting, the bouncers were extremely rude and aggressive. in fact, they were so aggressive that one of them pushed one girl (mind you she was underaged) she fell onto the ground and screamed and he just casually walked away. Another guy got punched in the chest by another bouncer for waiting slightly next to the line instead of in the line. On arrival my friend and I, both well dressed and with two beautiful women also very well dressed were told by a very rude blond woman at the door wearing glasses "this club is only for people from Berlin" I looked round at the que of people waiting to go in and saw a line 15-16 kids in trainers and baseball caps. My partner and I went to the Avenue because it was very close by to the Radisson we were staying in. Being from London we dressed quite fancy for a night out and got there for 11pm. Bouncers were happy to let us in by the server guy refused us entry which really baffled us because a) there was no one in the club b) the bouncers gave us way and c) the guy was super rude with a serious attitude problem. All this for a dingy looking club in run down Berlin. Having read the reviews now I realise we weren’t let in for being not the right look whatever that is. Didn’t dent our night too much since we spent our money elsewhere and had a great time. The guy with the tattoo on his forearm served us “two doubles” with zero alcohol in it. I literally watched him not put any alcohol in it. I paid €16 for cranberry juice. The other bartender was trying to rip us off thinking we didn’t know about the half off drinks for ladies before 01:30 and tried charging us full price for both. These guys should be fired for ripping people off like that. Don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll just get ripped off.

My friends (6) and I had the worst experience here. 28.10.2023 was Halloween party-Horror Family, we all booked tickets one month before the event. We came from different cities (2-5 hours with train) to attend this event. We came one hour early and wait another one hour to go in but unfortunately they didn’t let us in. the bouncers were extremely rude, racist and aggressive, he picked two from us without no clue and refused to let them in, he didn’t even check our tickets or identifies, we ask him several time to give us a reason but he didn’t, we tried to find a solution but he refused to speak with us and pushed us on the side. There was just too many people for the space that the Club could provide so at one point we were just trying to not to get hit in the face by others while dancing. The music was also very bad. At 12 we’ve been told to go upstairs to see the fireworks. It was ok at the beginning but after 5 mins someone threw those small fireworks under our feet!!! My friends and I got burned, our dresses are ruined and I still have a burn on my hand. The security guards are there to check the guests and see if they have something with them, that shouldn’t be brought to the club but apparently they were just making a “show of checking the guests”. Das Team hat uns versichert, dass wir die Tickets erstattet bekommen, wenn wir uns an den Kontakt wenden. Es ist ziemlich schade, aber in Ordnung, wenn es die Rückerstattung gibt. Das Eventmanagement hätte anders planen müssen.

1 Stern ist schon zu viel. Super unfreundliche Türsteher, ohne Grund! Am 10.11.23 hatten meine Freunde und ich online Karten für eine Afterparty gekauft, standen mehr als zwei Stunden in der Schlange, und trotzdem wurden wir nicht eingelassen. Die Türsteher waren super unfreundlich und haben uns keinen Grund genannt. Sie meinten sogar, dass sie nicht verpflichtet seien, uns eine Erklärung zu geben. Das war echt frustrierend und verwirrend, vor allem, weil wir keinen offensichtlichen Grund sahen. Es schien, auch als wären zu viele Karten verkauft worden, da die Schlange schon extreeem lang war. Wir haben mehr als zwei Stunden umsonst gewartet.... Wir waren eine Gruppe von drei Mädchen und drei Jungs. Alle aus Südamerika, können aber auch alle Deutsch ;)
