Very lovely shop however must be the smallest in the UK but very sweet and cute, lots of good deals and offers around.

Rude staff and poor service, we went in the store today to return some trainers because they had sent the wrong size. The lady behind the till made it apparent she was in a bad mood because she was the only person working there this morning. She refused to return the trainers, she told us to get authorisation from there phone line, while we was still in store we got authorisation to return the trainers but she still refused to help, the person on there telephone line apologised for the poor service from the store and said they didn’t understand why they were being so obstructive. I was going to buy some shorts and T-Shirts while I was there but decided they can stuff it and went to sports direct, they didn’t have everything I wanted but at least the staff were friendly and helpful..

Very slow service, only two staff in the store on a bank holiday weekend, long queues and waits just to try on a shoe. Staff were friendly and helpful just couldn't keep up.

Very helpful young chap today, was happy to remove a security tag from a jacket which I didn’t purchase at JD. Rightly asked to see receipt. The jacket was brought from Moss Bros on the mainland and they forgot remove tag! No rush to return there.! Thanks again.

Not a great variety of clothes or trainers but they had what I needed. And I managed to get my converse thanks to a young man running up and down the stairs to get them for me. You were so helpful thank you.

Lovely staff, easy to take back unwanted goods for a refund and anytime I have been in this store, there are always a great bargain to be found

Had a young boy called William serve me today, he appeared to be new but he was extremely helpful and allowed me to complete my Christmas shopping with a lot less stress, will definitely be returning if I keep getting the same great customer service

Staff in here very friendly and willing to help. Staff was willing to order a specific item in for me but I wasnt staying in the area for that long.
