Had my sons birthday party here, James was our party host, he couldn't do enough for us, great communication skills and very very helpful, made our experience stress free. Everyone had a fantastic time, would strongly recommend 👌

Excellent lay-out, plenty to do for all ages, safe and great fun. The staff are brilliant with young children - explaining how to use the equipment safely and going above and beyond to be kind and patient. A special thank you to Ben. We love this place for wet weather days and days where we all need to burn off energy! Cannot recommend it highly enough. it’s also easy to park so hassle free.

James and Megan greeted us at the desk, answered all questions that we were to ask as we were newcomers to the venue. Brilliant customer service from the pair of them, couldn’t have asked for better. When we entered the venue Lofty was keen to help and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could’ve been. Overall, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

Very crowded session, long queues which resulted in missing the safety video even though we were there 20 minutes prior to the session starting. 1 person on the entrance desk. Started their session late but still had to leave the same time. The girls wanted to use the bull ride but it wasn’t manned for long which resulted then not getting a go. The session after was very quiet and barely anyone there, maybe the management of sessions should be looked at as the experience is more manageable And enjoyable if they can get to use the whole of the facilities without having to queue which results in barely using 1/4 of the park. Upstairs cafe, 1 person serving behind the desk, long queues again, with a 20 minute wait on food. 20 minutes in the queue for drinks alone. Poor quality food, poor presentation and all prepared and served with staff with hair hanging in their face, not one with tied back hair even the men. Witnessed staff scratching their hair and face then go in to prepare the food. Very poor food hygiene, the whole time I was present I felt disgusted to what I was witnessing. The children are oblivious to it all, luckily they seemed to enjoy. Definitely will not return or recommend. Over priced venue, food and drinks with poor customer service. Practically the whole building was run by in experienced school leavers.

Great fun for the kids! The adults can sit in the cafe overlooking the little cherubs burning off that energy in a safe and fun way… climbing, jumping, falling, bull riding… and now they even have laser jam!! It so much fun.. Who doesn’t like running around shooting their own kids…. So satisfying… and every shot is for the socks they keep leaving everywhere or the plates that never make it to the sink, or the spills that never get wiped up….. it’s so therapeutic. Loud music and loud kids makes for a great time out…. Book online it’s cheaper. Also fill in a waiver online before you come it will save time. They will need special socks to bounce and they do sell them at The desk. All in all it’s a great place to bring the kids.

My wife and I noticed a recent tear in one of the trampolines and immediately notified a member of staff. Not a second was wasted, the area was closed off and staff members grouped together to fix it. Very well done. If you notice anything dangerous whilst you’re there, report it immediately and it’ll be taken care of.

Such a great time - family bookings are much cheaper and a win for groups so we are very thankful for this. Very clean, so much to do and we were well and truly exhausted. The staff at jump jam trampoline park were great. From receptionist to the cafe and the ride workers (buckkng bronco and the spinner). Great parking and easy access to find with directions on Google. We will be visiting again even with the 40 minute drive from Swansea. Thanks Jump Jam. The only downfall was the several arcade games out of action. About 9 downstairs and one up that we saw. The other side of this is it made the day cheaper for us parents but we're were gutted how many were out of order.

Amazing place for all ages. Take a drink with you and put it in the locker for when you finish. Lockers take £1 coin which you get back. Highly recommended and will come back if I find myself in the area. Each time slot is 1 hour and they offer an additional hour for £4 which I highly doubt is required as you will be exhausted after a solid hour bouncing and playing dodgeball.

We are regular attendees to your establishment. Yesterday I attended with my family for the 11 o’clock session. My nephew is Autistic and 7 years old. He’s very independent and we watch him and my 12 year old daughter closely from the cafe area. At around 12 o’clock he proceeded to go over to the bucking bronco area. We thought he was watching the other children but he was in-fact in the cue to go on. When he got to the bull and was just standing there looking. Morgan got up went over to him explained to his level what to do and lo and behold he has now got up on the bull himself. He loved it. Every time we attend staff are absolutely fantastic and very inclusive to children with extra needs but this today had a major impact on my nephew. Please give Morgan the credit he deserves. He’s an absolute asset to Jump Jam and an advocate to all children with special needs. Thank you for being such an inclusive environment for us to attend. You are all amazing

Thank you for a brilliant party today for my 10 year old son and his friends - they all loved it. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and everything was set up for us, from help to collect and carry coats / shoes to the party room, to bringing us the (excellent quality) food and checking the children were all collected ok at the end. I would highly recommend the parties at Jump jam!

We celebrated our son’s birthday party in their favorite trampoline park, and I must say, the experience was elevated to an exceptional level thanks to Evan and Lily. Their enthusiasm and professionalism were evident from the moment we arrived until the end. Thanks again Evan and Lilly, and all the staff, we didn’t know their names, but they made sure each and every kids were safe and had a good time under their watch.

Myself and my son come from Newport to bring my grandson/grandsons here, this place is better than Newport and the ones in Cardiff too. We are always made welcome best staff ever and Stewart goes above and beyond he is truly is a credit to your company. I do hope Stewart gets recognition for this as I truly find your staff friendly, helpful and a pleasure to come here always clean and staff are very alert many thanks

We often visit jump jam and find it great experience for the children. This times visit was made to feel a lot better with all the staff upstairs looking less flustered and working better as a team . Rebecca was the fresh air I think they all needed to work faster and efficiently not only upstairs but the front desk . Her hard work should be rewarded. We look forward to coming again .

Shout out to two members of staff this evening that were amazing with my son, his friends and myself. They were friendly, kind, compromising, helpful and made our experience a good one! Shaun on front desk and Emily in the cafe area. They both have excellent customer service skills and should be recognised for it. Overall our experience this evening was very good. Thank you.

Went here for my grandsons 7th Birthday. Great spacious venue loads to keep the kids occupied, good cafe, food good and bacon baps were awesome. Great venue and will definitely be going back

We always have such a good time here! Spend most of it laughing. It's always clean and excellent value for money for what you can do there. I also want to say a massive thank you to all the staff, they're always extremely helpful and keep such a good eye on the children even when it's very busy. We've always been served with a smile too which is lovely. Thank you all for another great visit ☺️

Expensive, toddler sessions are reasonable but everything else is very expensive. The kids love it but don't expect it to be kind on the pocket. The staff can be a bit hit or miss, sometimes they are lovely, other times they are completely disinterested.

We visited Jump Jam today for our kids birthday party. Although my feedback is mostly positive, I think there are areas that could be improved. Positives: You can't fault the facilities and equipment at the centre, loads of variety of trampolines and activities and we particularly love the new soft play area! The kids really enjoyed their time on the park. It's nice to be able to watch the kids from the balcony and once the kids were checked in, we could chill with a cuppa. The party host, the people on the front desk were really patient, friendly and helpful, particularly when we had some snags with numbers and people arriving late. The cafe staff were lovely, super friendly and willing to help, please let all of the staff know that we said thank you. Things to improve: The party room was so, so hot! It was also on the small side. The main thing that was tricky was communication once the booking had been made. There were issues with the amount of people booked in and there was a remaining balance that we had no idea where it came from, in fairness the staff resolved this. It would have made the process easier if we'd had a reminder email or phone call a week beforehand with clear instructions of what was needed. We did receive a reminder email, but it came 15 minutes after our party started! What would be even better is an online party portal where you can add or remove guests, add names beforehand and check if waivers have been filled out before arriving. Thanks again to the staff at Jump Jam.

We had a fab time at our daughter's Laser Jam party today. The kids loved the Laser tag and enjoyed their food in the U.V room. It was the most stress free party that we've had yet! Thanks to the excellent party hosts Gracie and Evan. They made sure everyone knew what was happening and where very helpful. Thank you!

Brilliant fun. Our first time doing the Laser Jam and the kids (and I) had so much fun. The jump arena is great too. They’ve upgraded it and it has a huge soft play now as well. End of the day - two very sweaty and tired kids who loved every minute.

My boy always enjoys going and the different obstacles / games were a nice surprise for him. Shame the costs of things like food and drink is so high, it means it's not an option for a lot of people...

Granddaughter had a birthday party here all the children absolutely loved it staff were really helpful and friendly food very reasonable plenty of room for spectators to watch their children and enjoy refreshments

Been a few times always welcomed staff friendly and fun with the kids. But this visit was a different story staff on phones /smart watches (while kids are riding the bull). Paying no attention to the kids not talking to them or even smiling at them. Food was atrocious ordered a cheese burger and chips. Chips were cold and rock hard and burger was disgusting. Sadly will not be back again
