I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Galacia with Lisa. I had been to 21 other jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring. What I was looking for wasn’t exactly traditional. I wanted to find a Colombian Emerald in an Asscher cut that was a very specific color. I also wanted to have shield cut diamonds for the sides. I knew no one would have this in store but was hopeful someone could find it. 15 of the places flat out told me no chance. 6 other jewelers attempted to find it but nothing they sent me was even close. Everyone told me that I could have a cushion cut but not what the one I was looking for. When I came to Lisa I was getting kind of hopeless. When I showed her the picture of what I wanted she explained what an asscher cut was and why it was so difficult to find. She then assured me she could do it. About a week later she called to let me know she had some options. One of which was an old 1950’s cocktail ring with the exact cut, size, color, and grade Colombian emerald I was looking for. She then found me the shield cut side diamonds needed and helped me pick out the setting. When the ring came back it was EXACTLY like the picture of what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend anyone I could to check out their store. Phenomenal pricing, options, and service. Bea helped me choose the perfect setting and gave me lots of options for diamonds for engagement rings. She was never pushy and laid out my options very clearly. I went to 6 shops prior to finding Galicia and none of them had the options and pricing that they offer. They completed a custom ring ahead of schedule which apprised far above what I paid. I will be going to them for all of my jewelry going forward. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.

I randomly walked into Galicia Fine Jewelers and was greeted right way by a super nice lady named Kim. I had a tennis bracelet of my late mom’s I wanted sized to fit me. Kim happily assisted me and they did a great job having it ready the next day! I highly recommend this store for their cheerful customer service, friendliness and quick turn around! Galicia is the best jeweler in town, by far the best in the Quarter. They boast the most gorgeous and truly original works. They're experts with decades of experience in the industry. But more than any of that, the women running the show are really salt of the earth people. They're smart, they're tough, they're funny, and they really cared about me. And I've never gotten that anywhere else. They took the swiftest, personal care for a custom piece of a very sacred crystal my mom gave to me 12 years ago. They hit me with all the best questions, gave me every option humanly possible, and were so cool with my budget. They came in so real and loving and hard to get me what exactly what I wanted, it honestly felt like I had family in the jewelry business. And they killed it. Lisa, I can't thank you enough. As a Mom with a Daughter getting ready to graduate high school, I wanted to come up with a special and meaningful gift. After the holidays I took a pair of earrings I had made several years ago to Galicia to have the diamonds re-set into matching necklaces. Lisa met with us and took our vision and made it even more special with one set in gold and one in white gold so we can trade off and borrow from each other for years to come. She also suggested 2 different lengths on the necklaces so we could layer with other necklaces or wear as a choker. We simply could not be happier, the necklaces are STUNNING. Thank you Lisa!

My wife and I had an AMAZING experience coming to Galicia Fine Jewelers to shop for men’s wedding bands. In fact, we were immediately blown away by the couture pieces Lisa designs that I had to get one made for myself. Our experience was flawless. Lisa has a natural ability to listen to your idea, explain the parameters and limitations, provide insight and recommendations and engineer an exceptional and high-end statement piece for not just women but men too. I got an 18k yellow gold band with cognac diamonds extending 2/3 around a graduated/tapered band. It’s flashy, timeless and exactly what I envisioned. Lisa and her associate Jodi are so knowledgeable, seamless and smooth with the process that we wanted to bundle them up as our life coaches too. Big shout out to Galicia Fine Jewelers.

Galicia valued many heirloom pieces for us and were direct, upfront about what not to have sized or switched settings. They also informed us as to which pieces were Silver Plated or Manufactured Gems. After we pick up our authentic jewelry, we will look into purchasing new items from their immaculate shop.

Could not have been nicer! Had a great experience with Galicia. I just got engaged and needed to find a place to resize the ring. Many places I stopped at were rude, wanted to overcharge me, or refused to resize a ring we did not purchase from the jeweler. And, most places were quoting us 4-6 weeks before I’d have the ring back. However, we had a great experience with Kim. She helped me find my right size and had the ring back to me on 2 days!
