I’ve had so many issues with this place. Scheduling is a joke they schedule you to locations that are unbelievably far. I usually go to Tempe. Why would I drive all the way to Gilbert? The guys on the phone for scheduling are so rude every time. I’ve also had my doctor cancel my appointment 10 minutes before I was supposed to see her because she called out sick. I was already halfway there. I’ve gone in for 3 appointments now and the system is ALWAYS down. They don’t know how many weeks I am or what I’m there for. They drew my blood for the NIPT test a month later I find out they never ordered the test so I now have to wait longer for my results. Everything is so inconsistent here. I’m 17 weeks and I haven’t even heard my baby’s heartbeat.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAFETY!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. This review applies for several locations, as my daugher could not get appointments at the same location easily. My daughter has used MomDoc for a pregnancy ending in miscarriage. I would not be surprised if she files a complaint with the medical board. She has had subpar medical care, resulting in a month of major health complications requiring two hospital visits, once being admitted for two days. She is now extremely anemic with the start of sepsis because of their poor care. Every time she calls with a question, they refuse. They insist she come in for an appointment - probably so that they can get the insurance money. Even at the bedside waiting to go into surgery (finally, after a month!), the doctor told her that she would not get any questions answered without coming in. She should just go to the emergency room. I can't stress enough to stay far away from MomDoc. Your health and life may depend on it! After her surgery, the doctor admitted that if they had done this procedure after my daughter's first miscarriage, she may not have had a second one :(

I have been up to this office for all of my appointments so far but these last two appointments have been a huge headache. I am 5 months pregnant and have had my time wasted two weeks in a row. My appointment last week was cancelled at the last minute because the doctor was sick. I called the appointment line to see if I could still come for the ultrasound appointment and they said yes. When I arrived at the office the door was locked. I had a virtual appointment same day and they rescheduled my ultrasound for today. Today I arrive at the office and they said I do not have an appointment. They finally figure out that I was scheduled for an appointment at the office across town. Now why would I have an appointment scheduled in an office that I have never been to and no one tell me? I asked for a supervisor and of course no one is available. Now I have to wait another week for an ultrasound that I should have had almost two weeks ago. The line of communication between the appointment line and these offices is non existent. There is no way to speak to someone directly at the office which is even worse. I get to be inconvenienced and no one tries to squeeze me in for a sooner appointment. Instead I get the next available appointment which is next week. Great job everyone!

I have been to MomDoc several times. When I first went in for a Pap smear, my experience was good. Since then it's only continued to get worse. I've been in several times since regarding birth control and they've continued to bill my insurance incorrectly. When I've called multiple times to get it fixed, they always tell me that they send it over to the necessary department to make the correction and I should get a follow up. I've never gotten a follow up regarding the payments and they continue to send me payment reminders via text. My girlfriend recently went for an appointment and they used loaded language that made her think she was having an immediate emergency and recommended she go to the ER because they couldn't see anything so they couldn't help. We then called to ask some questions following the ER visit. The first time I called, the individual on the phone seemed uncertain of their answers which didn't make me feel confident in their assistance. I called a second time and tried a different extension to see if someone could assist me further. I sat on hold for a short time and once someone answered and said hello I asked my question and they proceeded to hang up on me. My girlfriend has a follow up appointment on Friday that she will no be going to. I will also no longer be going to MomDoc for any services and will make sure to tell anyone I know to avoid their offices as I have experience so many issues with their services as a whole.

I had my first visit today and let me just say I was extremely nervous due to the bad reviews. Let me tell you I had such a WONDERFUL experience from the moment I walked in to the minute I walked out. Brisa was friendly and kind, the PA I saw Carly was beyond kind. I’m glad I took a chance. I definitely found my new doc💛

I have medicaid and this place is way better than the other places I went to. The only complaint I have is is that they tend to reschedule appointments alot, and they do it on the morning of the appointment day. They say it's because the provider is sick. I know this happens at other locations too that my friend go too. But I do understand they have ALOT of patients and they can get you rescheduled within a day or two usually. I go to the Tempe location. The doctors are all very nice, they seem like they care. The front desk ladies and nurses are all friendly as well. The ultrasound techs are awesome! Even the ladies who draw blood are really good at what they do, normally other places can't find a vein, but they've gotten me first try all three times. I recommend MomDoc! I heard Gilbert location is good as well.

I am extremely disappointed please don’t go here for any of your health care needs I have asked for assistance ever since my very first visit one year ago, I have yet to find someone to help me. When I do speak to someone the assure me they have noted my message and will be prompt about a response and then I call back days later wondering what has happened and no one there ever seems to remember, and there is never any note I’m baffled at this. Another thing to end is that I felt rush and not given the appropriate time and respect I would have like I mean the doctor and the medical assistant were walking towards the door as I still had questions and concerns neither of them ever took a seat to give me the time. Either their turn over is so high that none can keep track or they are just that careless and irresponsible. I’m telling you you deserve better than this so please consider this before making an appointment.

Although my appointment went smoothly I wouldn’t come back to this location. I gave them my insurance information multiple times, I filled out the paperwork and was asked for it once or twice when speaking to the nurse and for some reason they kept sending me bills I wasn’t supposed to pay because I have insurance. It’s been resolved now but that just gave me the impression that they’re unorganized. Also the exam rooms could be cleaner to make patients feel more comfortable.

I've repeatedly asked them for ultrasounds for my uterine fibroids so I can have them examined and check for any changes. I have not had one in over a year. Yet they keep denying. Also, I don't really appreciate them having some girl in training perform my last women's wellness exam. I prefer someone who knows what they're doing especially because I'm paying my hard-earned money for these appointments. Until I see a change in the quality of my service my two-star rating will stay as is.

Heads-up: scent / air freshener. They use some sort of chemical smell. Just in case this is a migraine etc trigger for you. Otherwise, lovely experience so far.

Just really wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Molly the ultrasound tech. Not only is she super sweet but she was able to get the only picture of my boy’s face at 36 weeks! Every time I see her I know I’m in great hands. She’s awesome! I’m glad she is at this location.

I love how welcoming this office is! I have yet to meet anyone that was not super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. All of the physicians are really great and actually take the time to listen to you and reassure that all your concerns and questions are answered.

Went in yesterday, and I can see the huge CORPORATE red flags and I’m sure everyone else sees them also. 1) my appointment was set for 1:30, at 1:30, got a text that my appointment was at 2:30, as I was in the office. Corporate moved my appointment down, but the nurse doing the check ins was super apologetic and kind. She also did 2 reschedules while I was there, and two people walked out. I was very lucky with time so I stayed. LADIES, WHEN I SAY GO TO DR ARMSTRONG, please, please, please, go to her. She read my entire and genuinely wanted to help me. I suffer from really bad pcos, and had never had a doctor go so into detail and order so many different exams to find the root of my problems. Things I never even imagined to test, she did. I’m incredibly thankful for her, truly a life changing experience.

Unprofessional! I was told I’d be contacted with a price before sending out test that was $2000! They never contacted me and now I’m stuck with a bill for a test I wouldn’t have done if I knew the price! Was also referred to have a breast ultra sounds and they didn’t send over half they paper work they needed for my appointment! A waste of time and money! Will not be coming back to this organization, this is not the first time I’ve had problems with them! Don’t recommend

I love the ladies here, I've been coming since I found out about my pregnancy after my first positive at home test, 7 months now with them and I love each one of the ladies here. They treat me like family and always reassure me with concerns. From blood draws to sono. These ladies are my heros! Can't imagine getting through this without them! I'm gonna miss them once I deliver.

Hannah Np was Awesome!! ❤️10 stars if there was a higher rating ! Since the beginning of my appointment I felt welcomed by her ! Explained and answered all my questions ! During my procedure she made conversation to keep me distracted ! One of my best interactions and appointments! Thank you for all you and the amazing experience!

I had an appointment Saturday, they called an hour before my appointment to cancel. I rebooked for another day. I went to my appointment, I got undressed and ready for my exam and to meet the NP Hannah. I waited for an hour on the exam chair. Then they came to us to let us know the provider isn’t coming today. Tomorrow is 4th of July and it seems that the provider won’t come, but why I had to go through all of this to tell me that the provider isn’t showing up today. I’m very frustrated!

Terrible late fee policy. I ended up paying more in fees than my actual service (which I thought was covered by my insurance until just recently). They never call to let you know you have a balance, they only send text messages with an updated balance and a payment link (which I've never been able to use), so if you weren't aware what your previous balance was you'd never know you were accruing monthly late fees, and large fees at that. More than $100 was added to my bill in three months time. I called to discuss the fees and was told they're non-negotiable, can't be removed. If someone is calling to pay a bill for a medical service, and a large portion of that bill is unnecessary late fees, maybe be willing to work with them.. I understand it's ultimately the patient's responsibility to pay their bill, but the communication from this company is a huge miss that costs their patients money.

Salon-like, unprofessional atmosphere (nurses had such long finger nails, they struggled to check you in on their ipad). Doctor was friendly, but felt somewhat knowledgeable. Billing experience was also poor, as they claimed I was behind on billing, so I called only for them to figure out they just hadn't processed my insurance yet. I will not be back.

I went to momdoc during my first pregnancy and definitely had to come back when I found out I was pregnant for a second time ! I’m 35 weeks and they have always been so good to me! The nurses and medical assistants who check you in and do the initial work up have always been so nice and welcoming and every doctor I have seen so far is very nice and informative and take the time to listen and answer my questions ! They also always keep the place really clean and neat and it always smells so good in there lol ! Would 10/10 recommend mom doc Tempe !

I feel really comfortable here. When you walk in to the lobby there's ALWAYS a medical assistant to get you checked in right away. I have never had an issue or problem w/any of the staff. It's a clean place. The bathrooms are beautiful! I would highly recommend this place! For sure.
