The ladies at the front desk were professional and helpful. I needed a wheelchair for the person I was bringing in and she quickly notified someone. Checking out with them was a breeze as well. The tech who called us back was infuriating. His immediate questions were, "Why did you decide to come here? Why didn't you return to the operating physician? In the future go back there." We rushed to this location because it's our closest emergency room and we felt it was an emergency. He then continues on about how they are a smaller ER and if I felt it was an emergency call 911. He goes on about how if it's serious and involves complications an ambulance would take her where she should have gone in the first place. He droned on about all of this before we could even get her settled in the room. While my mother is completely uncomfortable and groaning in pain he randomly starts discussing board games and cards. Even asking if we play spades. Repeatedly trying to force a response out of her. You weren't being helpful at all. It felt like a ridiculous conversation and you we're rude from the moment I wheeled her back. The other gentlemen who assisted in between vitals were much more pleasant. I wouldn't dare return to this location. Not for myself and surely not a loved one. I get it call 911 or drive 6 hospitals away. Somehow this ER isn't for emergencies.

DO NOT COME HERE. I came with a broken wrist. I don't have insurance so I expected a high cost, but the people in this place have no shame, ethics, or conscience. For nothing more than an x-ray and a bandage they charged me $3600. Then refused to provide an itemized copy of the bill. The specialist I went to the next day charged me $175 for the exact same treatment. It turns my stomach to think about just how evil one must be to take advantage of someone in their most helpless moment like that. I hope whoever made that decision develops some sense of right and wrong. Until then, go somewhere else.

They don’t really listen to your concerns they just make their own assumptions and send you home with nasal spray! They didn’t run any type of test I spent most of my time waiting for the discharge papers than with the provider! I Have been feeling sick for a week now and they don’t seem to care at all! The funny thing is I didn’t want to come to the doctor but I’ve been so sick my family really wanted me to go because I’m not getting any better! But to get service like this is ridiculous and pathetic! I didn’t get care but guess what they made sure to charge that insurance card! So they made money off me today but doing absolutely nothing so congratulations on getting paid for a job not done! It’s so sad too because I already hate going to the doctor or hospital because of the treatment you receive! I left still not know what is wrong with me and I’m still feeling just as sick as I was before! Never coming back here!

I usually don’t leave reviews for doctors visits, but I felt that this was necessary. I went in for a rash I was having, told the doctor I was feeling fatigued and nauseous, and I mentioned that it may have something to do with my psoriasis. My throat was feeling a bit scratchy might I add. They ran blood tests to check for my protein levels, electrolytes, and various other general health things. After waiting for about two hours, the PA Josh came in and gave me three prescriptions, two antibiotics and one anti nausea. He told me that he thinks it could be strep throat. Here is what concerns me. If you suspected that it might be strep, wouldn’t you want to run a test for it? Instead, it was more of a guessing game, And giving me prescriptions for all of the antibiotics seemed to be the easy solution. If you have a serious issue please refrain from this facility. They keep you waiting for a ridiculous amount of time and it’s hard to actually figure out an answer to what’s going on. Everyone was very polite, but I had a strange feeling the whole time I was there. Long story short I did figure out what was going on, they said they think it might be strep. A test would have been nice to give me piece of mind. That’s alright though. They are professionals after all.

My sister went here today and was treated inhumanely, whatever you do don’t go here. She was told by her urgent care to go to the ER since she was having very serious symptoms, yet when she got there they asked why she even came. They then didn’t even ask her questions about her symptoms and just wrote her off as “tired” and said the ER is a place for people that have broken something or are dying and that she was basically wasting their time. They not only put her in danger but made her feel so bad she was too uncomfortable to even go to a different ER since she was too scared to be treated that badly again, if I could I would give this place a 0. I have never once heard of such terrible treatment, this is an Emergency room, they are supposed to adhere to peoples needs, help people, and make them feel comfortable yet they do the complete opposite. I am infuriated to say the least.

Understaffed with the usual hospital balance billing BS. Wish there was a better place to go, but this is run of the mill awful American healthcare. Typical case of medical care and patient outcome suffering because of moronic and business-only mindset management. That management I fully expect to respond to this review with a copy/paste "call us!" reply. For the record: having people go farther out of their way to contact you with feedback so you can virtue signal you "care" in a review response, without doing anything meaningful to address the underlying issues, is still sucking at your job. Staff were so exhausted from being overworked that I had to constantly remind them what I was there for, what I was asking for, and what they forgot to do. For an ER you should not have to be such a strong patient advocate for yourself to get the right treatment. Strongly recommend not being there by yourself and speaking up immediately and often because you will need to.

This place has the best staff. I went in with my daughter. We both had been sick a week. The nurse was so kind to me. I really felt we were in good hands there. The doctors are quick and explain everything so well to their patients. I would give this place more than five stars if I could.

I wish the receptionist would have told me that urgent care would have been a better fit for me instead of dealing with this staff. The nurse Kathleen Joy was super passive aggressive and overall rude. She honestly was giving me “Don’t come here if you’re a minority” energy. The doctor told me I could leave because of reasons that are not her concern and she basically turned red yelling at me across the hall because she didn’t have her precious discharge papers. Very ironic that her last name is Joy. Would never come here again, sad that I chose this place to begin with.

Dr. Wilson and staff always provide excellent service and patient support! I have a big family so whether we get sick or just need a 2nd opinion, I prefer to bring them here! Been coming here a long time as the location is conveniently located close to home. Thank you all for years of kindness, and always showing extra concern. Truly appreciate you all!

I am so sick of this place and have only used it for convenience. The last two visits have been horrible. First visit my son, who has ADHD had a complete meltdown for about 20 minutes and I can see in the nurses eyes she was judging him. And then the doctor came in with a dirty look saying "is this normal behavior?" Then today I brought my youngest son in for an ear infection. I told the doctor he was tugging at both ears and pointing inside his mouth saying it hurt. Doctor mentioned doing a strep swab but when he looked in only one ear he saw it was infected he didn't even bother looking in the other ear because "it will get treated regardless" didn't even bother looking in his mouth because "antibiotics will treat strep if he has that too" What if my son had something else serious going on in his mouth or other ear? I've never encountered one nice staff member here who seems like they truly care about the patients.

Dr Wilson and Rachel provided Compassionate and efficient medical services within the 3 hour appointment. I came out with a great feeling of knowing i was on the path to recovery. With prescriptions in hand within 3 hours symptoms began to disappear. I feel better today then the previous 17 days. I was afflicted with the flu. For what more could I ask?

The Dignity Health mini hospital on Rural and Baseline that I have visited is superb ! Dr Wilson, Leanne and Aida were fast and efficient. Very nice people. The hospital itself is so clean that you feel very safe. Thank you for being there for me.

I was very pleased with Dr. Wilson he was very informative and answered all my questions! He gave me a peace of mind. After having so many concerns with my injury especially because I’m diabetic he really made me feel so much better! And my nurse was very polite and helpful. I felt like they listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions! Again amazing job! Thank you Scott and Dr. Wilson

Check in was vary easy and the front office was cordial and professional. Ruth the nurse was professional and courteous and easy talk to and was concerned about my needs. I've seen Dr.Wilson in the past. He was again professional and courteous and explained things well in layman's terms. I would consider Dr. Wilson and Ruth to be valued employees. This was a good experience.

The staff here is great. Nurse Monica and PA Miller were fabulous in my care. They took the time to explain everything that was happening, and very patient and kind to me. Minimal wait times too!

The back room staff were very knowledgeable and courteous, I could tell the were chagrined I basically cane in for constipation but it's never happened before like that and the pain was intense! They took good care of me. I did feel like the woman at the front desk didn't want me there. I explained I was in extreme pain and would like to sit down to fill out the papers. She insisted I stay by the window so she could ask some questions... I pulled up a chair because... seriously I was in pain like bent over. Only to find she had no questions for me and just wanted me to stand there in pain.... I got really bad vibes from the receptionist but the rest of the staff was amazing!

I had been putting off going to the ER after a dog bite and literally sat in the parking lot of Desert Banner Hospitals ER a good hour continplating going in. I spent most of the time online looking up other options and hospital locations when I came across Dignity Health Emergency Services only. This is not a hospital its strictly an Emergency Room only almost like the Urgent Care concept but Urgent care can't do anything Emergency. This was awesome and the staff was awesome as well... I was in less then 5 minutes from the time I got there and I was seen immediately.... Now let me just say this again..... This is an Emergency Room just like any other Emergency Room that's connected to a hospital. They have ER rooms just like any other ER the only different is its not a hospital so if you are needing to be admitted then an ambulance would take you to a regular hospital with rooms....

OK folks this is the fourth time I’ve been to this wonderful little hospital they get you in very quickly. They have a small tightknit staff that is amazing at what they do. They have incredibly great bedside manner and the place was very clean and well supplied I felt like from the first point of contact at the front desk. The girl that works there is super sweet very good at her job to the discharge point of contact was nothing short of perfect I highly recommend this hospital if you have urgent care emergency needs and don’t want to have to go through the rigmarole of waiting at length in a large ER at a hospital like Banner over on Southern or John C Lincoln, or Saint Joe’s this hospital is truly amazing and I again I highly recommend it to anybody who is in need of their services. God bless y’all stay safe.

I was in recently and received excellent care from both my RN Monica and provider Josh Miller. They were both very attentive to me and my needs and were excellent at walking me through everything that was happening and what to expect. I had to have a follow up visit and was lucky enough to get both of them again and got amazing help a second time. Thanks to my provider and RN I never felt worried or nervous about what was going to happen and was properly informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs medical attention.

The staff was Amazing. This place is truly a Gem! They are compassionate, considerate, and knowledgeable about modern-day medicine and medical practice. They get you in and feeling better expeditiously. This is not an urgent care but an emergency room without the big hospital attached and with shorter wait times. Special Thank You to Selina, Josh and Greg. Thank you so much!!

The care was very good. I did not appreciate the over an hour wait with pancreatitis and extreme pain! They kept coming in and calling back people with a sniffle or a sneeze before me. The triage was terrible! I spoke to the front desk girl several times about my urgent condition and the pain it encompasses but she seemed oblivious, or sadly just didn't care. When I FINALLY got seen the doctor and staff were very good

The administrator, nurse, and doctor were all very nice and helpful. They set clear expectations. They listened to my needs and was able to get me out within two hours. My visit included bloodwork and an ultrasound but they made everything seamless.

Entire staff from administration to the doctor were so pleasant to work with. Everyone was kind and I felt like my wife and I were heard and listened to. You can even hear what’s going on on the other side of the wall and you can hear the doctors were being genuine with every layering. Would recommend coming to this hospital if you or a loved one are sick and need medical attention.
