    I had a bad experience at another RA sushi restaurant, so the manager gave me some coupons for the chain. I understand places are understaffed, but our dinner was a disappointment, and before discount it was $150 including three drinks. The rolls were a mess, the tempura I ordered came out in a roll that was stone cold when I was expecting a hot appetizer and we had to ask for place settings, soy sauce and none of the food was better than mediocre. They seem to have put all of their energy into the atmosphere and not much into everything else. There are many cheaper and better places to go for sushi and Japanese food.

    This is regarding Hibachi Ko, a sister company of RA that uses RA's kitchen and employees. I ordered two "servings" of chicken fried rice and three "cans" of soda through DoorDash. Two servings cost around $10, and the bowl you get for a single serving is comically tiny. I paid $10 for what equated to not even a bowl of fried rice, and it isn't even good rice. The rice is greasy and the chicken is tough; I got physically sick just trying to eat one "serving." The "cans" aren't even cans at all! I got three cups with ice. I can't fridge that for later. RA's decision to partner with a scummy business might not completely reflect on them, but its poorly cooked food does.

    The food was terrible, and the sushi rolls were loosely wrapped. The seaweed salad made up for it. The wait staff was terrible. It took at LEAST 30 minutes to be acknowledged. It took so long to get the food that it wasn't worth it. The miso soup was cold, and the sushi looked like it had a bite taken out of it. My mom and I ate the rest of the food, and it tasted rotten.

    Showed up at happy hour and we got to order whatever we wanted and it was affordable. The sushi was so delicious, we enjoyed the crunchy calamari rolls. Will return

    This place is terrible! I’ve never experienced such distasteful behavior in a business establishment such as this! Me and my husband came in for a quick lunch and we’re treated like trash.I was given dirty water, there was food particles floating around in the cup luckily I didn’t drink it. My husband had to go out to our work truck to get me a bottled water. The wait staff stood around and gossiped more than worked, we sat there staring at them all, said excuse me multiple times to multiple employees and we were given dirty looks, eye rolls and then ignored. Then suddenly they would walk over to wipe down tables that were already clean and noone was using, mind you there were only 6 other tables besides ours! This is the second time we came here and the first time it was pretty bad service also. I’ll never come to this location again. I felt very discriminated and uncomfortable. The manager came out to speak to us before we left after we asked for him 3 times and waiting patiently, our quick lunch turned into almost an hour during this slow time of 120- 215 -it wasn’t busy at all. When the manager came he apologized and said he was going to bring our check which was only $24 I asked if we could just get our check asap because we were ready to leave he then came back and said he would cover there check, not sure why he did that it didn’t change the discriminating treatment we received. My husband and I work hard in HVAC we were a little dirty just because were in work clothes, but that shouldn’t make a difference it doesn’t give anyone the right to mistreat us we work hard and make good money, and we’re good tippers too! I’ll never be back here and I’ll make sure to tell everyone what happened a this location! Wish I could give a negative 5 stars! I even have a video of the staff and the behavior, wish I could post it 🤷🏼‍♀️ they couldn’t pay me to come back here!

    Great experience and great food! The spicy chili garlic ramen was delicious and had lots of flavor, the tea was the perfect temperature, cream cheese wontons were delicious and just the right balance, fried zucchini was crispy and great paired with their spicy mayo (make sure to come before 7pm... this is now a happy hour item), and the server was very attentive. Special thanks to the Manager David for ensuring we had a 5-star experience and for making sure we'll be repeat guests.

    Beware! I watched the chefs behind the sushi counter handle everything they touched bare handed including "ra" chicken. Didn't notice until after we ate. Hubby had an allergic reaction but the rest of us didn't get sick thank gawd. Food looks good but don't trust it. We watched manager, host & busser all stand around and talk when they should have been cleaning, the floors were filthy We sat where we can see into the kitchen which also had dirty floors & napkins thrown around and the bathrooms were unattended to. I don't give 1 stars unless absolutely deserved. Management needs to do better!

    I’m here from out of town and the family decided to go to Ra and I am normally not a big sushi fan. Ra exceeded my expectations and made me a sushi lover for life! The Crazy Monkey Roll is amazing and the service from this location is unmatched. The manager - I think his name was Ric - made rounds to every table to introduce himself and make sure service and food was top notch. In a world where service is dropping and cost is increasing, this was truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ric and team for making me a believer in quality service again. Wish we had a Ra back home!

    My boss and coworkers decided to come here for a late lunch on a random Wednesday. There was about 19 of us so I’m definitely keeping that in mind when talking about the wait time. It wasn’t busy when we arrived - only a few parties here and there. Thankfully, the staff was quick to push some tables together outside to fit all of us. We got our drinks ordered and then ordered our food not long after that. The appetizers came out quick enough, but it was a long hour or so of waiting before the last person’s main dish arrived to the table. I ordered salmon nigiri and the tootsy maki. Other dishes were quicker than others, but some of my coworkers hadn’t gotten anything they ordered by the time I had finished BOTH of my items. I must say, for how much some of the speciality rolls are, I wasn’t blown away by the food I got. The salmon nigiri tasted good enough, but the tootsy maki was just… kinda there. I honestly felt like I was eating a regular miscellaneous fish roll. Also, my boss let me try one of his viva Las Vegas rolls and it had a lot of components and surely was a massive roll, but it didn’t have much flavor. I was expecting some kind of punch for how cool the entire display is and how many things are actually in the roll, but no. I was disappointed. My tootsy maki roll was mostly the same way. I was just eating it because I was hungry. Also, the plates they gave us for the appetizers were definitely dirty; they clearly had residue on them. I can see why this place has 3.3 stars on Yelp and only 4 stars on Google.

    i really debated on leaving this review because i used to absolutely love this place. we’d always come here to celebrate events as a family and i can say within the past few years.. it’s gone downhill:( i hate to say it but it has. one of the last times i had visited there was a hair in every single dish i was served and i honestly was in disbelief. granted, i’m a hairdresser and hair doesn’t typically bother me but in every dish.. something’s not right there. my husband took us in for our 1 year anniversary as a surprise for me because he knows i love sushi but unfortunately the service was awful. on october 15 the bar tender was our waitress and she was so consumed by the drunk men at the bar and entertaining them that she didn’t really check on us only once. not to mention, the second that the men left the bar tender completely dragged their names through the mud and said how much she wanted them to leave because they were so loud. i understand- but announcing it to the whole restaurant is not the way to go. then the hostess kept flipping off the sushi bar guy- caleb was his name? and it was just so unprofessional. it was our one year anniversary and we didn’t really feel special to be honest. they wrote happy anniversary on our dessert which was much appreciated but i just wish it was more. they were not busy either that night which if they were busy i’d give them more slack but they only had 3/4 tables. i don’t think we’ll be back. try blue wasabi instead- their food is so good!

    This place totally lived up to the hype. The servers were chill, every dish was delicious and beautifully plated, and the restaurant was gorgeous. Had a great time. Highly recommend the seared tuna sashimi and the crunchy calamari roll! Can't wait to go back and try the pineapple wontons and mocktails.

    I had the spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll. They were ok but not great. Pretty plain. I had a birthday coupon. I can’t imagine paying full price for them. Fast, quick, friendly service.

    I recently dined at Ra Sushi Bar and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, with beautiful Chinese decor that set the perfect mood for our meal. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was outstanding. The flavors were authentic and delicious, showcasing the skill of the chefs. I especially loved the Panko Chicken and California roll, which were both bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch; Leah and the manager was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was memorable. The portions were generous, making it perfect for sharing and trying a variety of dishes. Overall, Ra Sushi Bar exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a fantastic Chinese dining experience with fantastic food and excellent service, I highly recommend giving it a try.

    I was warmly welcomed as I came in the door for someone who had only been at raw sushi for 6 days I felt like this person had been doing this for years he was wonderful and helped me out with my to-go order the waitress that assisted me at my table was even better she was very patient with me as I had to run back and forth to my car several times and was very thoughtful even saving me money showing the items were on the happy hour menu and all her recommendations we're spot-on the yuzu naughty margarita single person serving was delicious and strong the flavor was unique to a lot of other drinks I've had being sweet sour and refreshing can't wait to order more so I can add more pictures and reviews will definitely be back

    Food tasted great, loved their lunch special deals. Lobster roll was awesome where I forgot to take a pic. Came in for a quick bite so got their Bento box for lunch. The Bento presentation was definitely giving off that pretty but still going in the tummy vibe. Meal came a tad longer than expected and it wasn't crowded at all... but I could've been hangry.

    Customer service will make or break any place even if the food was amazing or not... On New Year's Day 2023, we decided RA Sushi Restaurant was where we wanted to start off our year. So we made reservations for dinner. We were a pretty good-sized group and our reservations had been somewhat altered last-minute. There was a change to the section of the restaurant where we were being seated. We ended up sitting in the bar dining area, which was fine for us. It was a great location! We quickly found out there was only a single waitress working the entire area by herself, including the bar. But to make things worse for her, the kitchen was also backed up quite some time for hot entrees, and sadly, their payment system was also not cooperating. Unfortunately, I don't know/remember her name, but she was absolutely awesome!! Not once did she seem stressed, frustrated, or give off any negative vibe whatsoever!! From the beginning, she was very calm, helpful, and friendly with a great personality! The food was also amazing, everything was delicious!! Our evening turned out to be wonderful!! I will be recommending this location to everyone I know, and I will definitely be returning soon! She knows who she is, and I truly hope her value and worth at RA Sushi Restaurant is known, recognized, and appreciated!! With team members like her, success is absolute!!

    Honestly we come here a lot and this was one of the worst experiences. Steak was chewy and not properly cooked, bartender couldn't wait for us to leave it seemed! Really unfortunate as a chef I understand the busy but that was not a good experience. Also the fried rice was burnt!

    Edgar who works @radanapark is an amazing human! God bless him and whatever lucky or blessed or inspired woman get to land him one day! Momma did good! He doesn’t like to use foul language and is from Phoenix but his family originates from Spain!

    I have been to several Ra sushi and this is the 1s time here at his location. We made reservations for a birthday party and they were able to accommodate us. The appetizers came out really fast and it was delicious. The restaurant was full so the our server was handling too many tables. When we all ordered, food for 3 people came out, 15 mins later food for 3 more people came out. After 45 mins, food for the last person came out. She was not upset but the 1st 3 people were already done eating before the last person got their dish. Not sure what happened there. Other than that, the experience was good and we will return.

    This review is long overdue. We were in for a birthday in February and had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Jordan. This individual clearly Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage any caliber restaurant in which he chooses. If I were Still recruiting for a restaurant in which I was general manager in fine dining. I would have picked up this individual in a second, his attention to detail is impeccable.. He picked up garbage off the floor wiped off tables filled drinks before people even had to ask. Ryan Jordan is clearly a cut above each individual working in this restaurant. I truly hope you know what an asset you have.
