I
knew
of
and
discovered
this
place
thanks
to
my
wife,
until
then
I
would
only
go
to
Red
Lobster
for
steak.
I
am
also
picky
about
my
steak
and
how
it's
cooked.
I
like
and
prefer
blue
rare.
It's
about
as
rare
as
I
am
permitted
to
go,
but
it's
not
easy
to
cook,
timing's
tricky.
Most
places
I've
been
to
tend
to
first
not
have
that
as
an
option,
and
the
second
most
common
reason
is
it's
always
overcooked.
This
place
tends
to
make
mine
correctly.
If
for
any
reason
they
don't
or
completely
mishear
my
instructions,
they
follow
that
up
with
good
customer
service.
We're
not
perfect,
someone
for
some
reason
or
another
is
bound
to
screw
up.
For
the
record,
I
did,
for
a
specific
drink.
My
fault,
but
they
went
above
and
beyond
anyway.
They
could
have
let
it
be
when
I
admitted
it
being
my
mistake,
but
they
chose
to
go
a
different
route.
Any
time
I've
had
order
issues,
they've
done
more
than
necessary
to
ensure
my
experience
is
always
slightly
above
expectations.
Mind
you,
if
my
expectations
are
selfishly
high,
no
one
can
meet
them,
I
gotta
do
my
part
as
well.
I
want
the
biggest,
juiciest
steak.
And
I
want
it
blue
rare.
These
are
my
expectations.
They
exceed
that
effortlessly,
by
whichever
means
necessary.
Everything
else
can
be
worked
with.
All
negative
and
positive
experiences
combined,
the
positives
win.
Therefore,
I
highly
recommend
the
restaurant.
To
explain
the
pictures,
one
of
us
is
our
anniversary.
I
forgot
to
take
a
picture
at
the
restaurant
so
it's
at
home,
but
it
shows
how
well
they
make
my
steak
to
specifications,
when
cut
open.
And
the
last
is
their
special,
I
love
lobster
to
death
but
it's
not
enough
meat
for
the
price,
so
I
get
it
during
times
like
this.
