Nice setting. Ordered and ate at the bar. Clean environment, friendly staff, great food! Ordered the 12 oz NY Steak (med/rare) with seasoned rice pilaf, grilled brussel sprouts made with honey butter, and a couple of cold ones! Kudos to the Chef for making the close to perfect steak and the best brussel sprouts I've had in a long time! Average pricing, good quality, I will definitely go back again and highly recommend trying

My wife and I went here to celebrate a milestone. We were given a gift card for this restaurant. We have a favorite nationwide steakhouse, but this place just became our new favorite place to grab a steak. The salads have a lot of substance to them. The bread and butter were amazing. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The lobster tail was on point! The loaded baked potatoes were delicious! The only thing that was better than the food was the customer service. A guy named Patrick, who just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago, was our waiter. I wish I could hire him. He is the standard for customer service in any industry. Polite. Knowledgeable. Quick. Attentive. Informative. We never had to ask for anything. He anticipated our every need. And it wasn’t just us—he delivered the same level of customer service to all his tables. I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came over to the table, I told him how amazing Patrick was, and how he made our dining experience perfect. We will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of food is outstanding.

I've eaten at Longhorn many times, but tonight the food was just so darn good I had to post about it. They were super slammed busy, so I had to eat at the bar. Nevertheless, my food came out incredible. Perfectly cooked steak. Asparagus done RIGHT (punchy, crisp, and NOT mushy). Really good iced tea (home brewed there). 5 stars. I always enjoy going there, but tonight was just next level good. Thank you Longhorn!

Our second dinner at a Longhorn Steakhouse and it was excellent! Sirloin steaks all around this time with various sides. Service was awesome as well. And the end the bill is reasonable. We will go again!

The place was clean, however I felt like it was such a nickel and dime place. If you want to substitute your salad with a different vegetable it's like $2.50 more but for the value of the salad you get fries. What grown-up, going to eat steak and lobster 🦞 wants stupid fries? Stupid substitute food for a nice upscale restaurant. Also, the portions for a $30.00 meal was ridiculously small and VERY Bland in flavor. The bread was ROCK HARD. I'm shocked, to be honest with what reviews I did see, people were obviously being nicer or had a better cook. The only real thing I appreciated was the diligence of the young man whom helped me. That's the only reason why this place got a three star. Otherwise, I'd be on my way continuing to cook at home because I'm sure to be satisfied. Not the best $50.00 buck's I've spent.

The steak here is delicious! My boyfriend got the outlaw ribeye (medium) and said it was really juicy! I got the filet which was super tender just like I like it (medium) with a side of a loaded mashed potato and a lobster tail. They do a great job with the searing on the outside of the steak so much flavor! We also tried the mac & cheese which was really cheesy and filling! They give you bread in the beginning which is really good with the butter they provide! The place is really big and we were sat down right away we went in for lunch on a Monday!

Longhorn is a chain steakhouse, whose decent food, very good staff and large portions make it a good option for a casual date night or larger family gathering. The seating, decor and quiet ambience of the restaurant is a nice reprieve from the louder music-blaring and jammed seating of its competitors (such as either of the roadhouse chains). My first entrée is always the Outlaw Ribeye, which is a 20oz bone-in ribeye steak cut. It comes with a monstrous fully loaded baked potato. Everything (steak and potatoes) are laden with butter throughout, which of course makes things tasty. The steak usually comes out hot and the potatoes likewise. Occasionally, I notice the sides can be only just warm, but when that has happened they are quick to correct things. The staff is generally very nice and helpful. This always goes a long way to making the entire experience positive. If there's ever an issue I never feel like it is going to be a struggle if I have to ask for something. Drinks are always refilled fast, and the tasty bread loaf appetizer is as plentiful as you want it to be. For a chain steakhouse, this is a bit more expensive than it's competitors, but if you want to have a nicer and quieter experience (withoutupgrading way up to something like Ruth's Chris), this is your option.

That was our first time here for my son's birthday dinner. This staff friendly and seated us right away. Our server server Cody was very attentive and helpful. Everything was delicious from the salad all the way to our dinner perfectly made to our order. We are definitely coming back and asking for Cody again.

Excellent meal!! I had the longhorn steak. The staff was attentive and prompt. I didn’t make reservations and I didn’t have a very long wait maybe 5 minutes. My baby liked all her food!! The night was a success!!

I ordered a pick up an go and upon my curbside pick up I was asked for a tip... not to be rude but if I didn't leave 1 online I'm not gonna leave 1 with you.... my order was completely wrong and under cooked so as this was my first time having food here I will not be leaving any tips in the future since this is also my last.

Our waiter was awesome! Very attentive and we never had an empty drink. The food was good as you can see from the picture. We had Salmon, the fillet and Ribeye. All of them were tasty and cooked to the desired temperature. We will be back.

This is my daughter's favorite restaurant, specifically this location. She always request this place for her birthday and we've been coming here for the last 4yrs. The food is always good. Steak is phenomenal and they always cook it right! That cake with ice cream on top drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrup? It's divine! It was gone in 2 minutes! Service is superb! We never had any issue. Will definitely come back here for years to come, it's part of our family tradition.

Such a pleasant experience here. Our server, Andre was very attentive and the manager, Michael was very friendly. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye with the Parmesan crust and it was incredibly delicious! And finally a restaurant with well seasoned Cesar salad and an ample amount of croutons. I forgot to ask our server about the type of cheese used in the stuffed mushrooms! They were super tasty. The whole family enjoyed.

I knew of and discovered this place thanks to my wife, until then I would only go to Red Lobster for steak. I am also picky about my steak and how it's cooked. I like and prefer blue rare. It's about as rare as I am permitted to go, but it's not easy to cook, timing's tricky. Most places I've been to tend to first not have that as an option, and the second most common reason is it's always overcooked. This place tends to make mine correctly. If for any reason they don't or completely mishear my instructions, they follow that up with good customer service. We're not perfect, someone for some reason or another is bound to screw up. For the record, I did, for a specific drink. My fault, but they went above and beyond anyway. They could have let it be when I admitted it being my mistake, but they chose to go a different route. Any time I've had order issues, they've done more than necessary to ensure my experience is always slightly above expectations. Mind you, if my expectations are selfishly high, no one can meet them, I gotta do my part as well. I want the biggest, juiciest steak. And I want it blue rare. These are my expectations. They exceed that effortlessly, by whichever means necessary. Everything else can be worked with. All negative and positive experiences combined, the positives win. Therefore, I highly recommend the restaurant. To explain the pictures, one of us is our anniversary. I forgot to take a picture at the restaurant so it's at home, but it shows how well they make my steak to specifications, when cut open. And the last is their special, I love lobster to death but it's not enough meat for the price, so I get it during times like this. Enjoy 🎃

This place was absolutely amazing. I ordered the burger, which was stunning. One of the best I've ever had. But the highlight of my experience was 100% the raspberry iced tea. Now, raspberry tea will very from place-to-place, and I'm always skeptical as to whether I will like it from that specific place, but this is definitely the greatest tea I've ever had. I took one sip and I could feel my eyes lighting up with joy, and my standards for all other raspberry teas as well. Overall, one of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaraunt.

This is our family’s favorite steakhouse to go to. Great service and amazing steaks and sides. I highly recommend ribeye and the Longhorn steak, they’re very juicy and flavorful. And the salads and bread here are amazing

I wanted to try this place so bad after my boyfriend bragged about it. We went tonight they said an hour and a half wait. We went to the car and waited after an hour and a half we walked up and the lady closed the door and said they were closed. I told her we were waiting for almost 2 hours they never text. She said she was the bartender and it basically wasn’t her problem. Smh never again

We came here for the first time in mid October for some appetizers and drinks. We were seated quickly and our server was Mary. We shared the chicken wrap and steakhouse wings to go with our drinks. Both the food and service were very good!

Got rid of menu items prime rib and flat iron steak, mine and my old mans favs, lol, but still love it. Great food, awesome service, full bar... Clean and sanitized, social distancing, have to wear masks anytime not at your table. No temperature checks. Dine in, to go, and pick up are available. I believe delivery is available through the food apps too, but not positive. Highly recommend. If you don't eat meat there is other options such as salads, soups, broccoli, the asparagus is bomb, potatoes loaded lol, and Mac and cheese (more but I'm sure you get the idea😁😈😋👌👌👍👍). Kids menu and crayons available with high chairs and boosters. Changing table in restrooms. Kid friendly environment, we went Tuesday 12/29/20 and our server was awesome with our daughter and the others paid attention to her too, she definitely didn't feel left out by anybody. Handicap parking and entry available, with wheelchair parking and entry, and wheelchair access in bathrooms also.

They send you a text when your table is ready instead of a standing around you can at least wait in your car which is a plus, I had a ribeye which was well seasoned and cooked as expected.

We’ve ate here a few times now. For a chain restaurant, this place has great food. Flavors are great. Today I had the salmon and it was a good size, the rice was flavorful. My husbands steak was cooked as he wished. I appreciate the consistency of knowing when we come here the food will be good. However, today my husband’s first set of silverware had two dirty forks, and in his replacement set it had one dirty fork and a dirty knife.

The food was excellent. I ordered grilled lamb chops & it was amazing. The Texas tonion, wings, & spicy chicken bites were delicious & hot when it was served to us. We had a awesome server as will.

We t there for the first time today. I had the cheeseburger it was do big that it was nearly impossible to eat. The soup was the chowder. I could see a few baby shrimp and some corn my friend had a big salad but she said the steak was tough

Had a wonderful experience last night with my girlfriend at this establishment….the steak was seasoned a little salty, but it’s juiciness and the way it was cooked was perfect and incomparable.. the mac & cheese was wonderful. The tea was perfectly sweetened and the brussels sprouts were to die for ….the only complaint I have is the potato was a little bit on the crunchy side towards the top. Looks like it had been cooked too long, but honestly compared to modern food establishments this is far from being a big concern…. As far as the atmosphere, it was wonderful perfect amount of lighting, shades and tones were great… the service was the perfect amount. The only thing that I would complain about that isn’t necessarily bad, but not my thing is having the server sit at your table to take your order. It feels a little too personal, but I get some people like that, so its just an observation… definitely I’m gonna be back in that multi grain bread as like the starting food was amazing as well

First off the best part of our visit was our waiter Patrick! Was very helpful with questions we had about the menu items, made sure to constantly check on our drinks and anything else we needed. The food was great as always but the service is what will bring us back to this location again.

Had the Porterhouse steak, it was covered in butter and the seasoning was beautiful, wife had the Outlaw Ribeye, she loved it said she could make a commercial for this place...better than Texas Roadhouse..

Great place for a great steak for the price with a peach sangria this meal was awesome! The waitress even gave us our appitizer for free as there was only a half serving of shrimp left but was still very filling.

Longhorn is an interesting place, good food, good menu, clean. If other restaurants aren’t careful, Longhorn will sneak up and overtake them. Now, the parking lot needs attention immediately. In and out burger to go interferes with Longhorns parking, you can’t get out because they block you in.

great food bad waitress, never checked up on us and was annoyed the whole time. Anytime we would ask for a refill or anything she would snap at us with saying she is going to do it. Towards the end of the meal she asked for tips from the whole table and was annoyed once she saw the amount.

We visited on 1/10/21 at 5:45pm - Our waitress, Ashley, was perfect and was one the best waitresses I’ve had. She was knowledgeable in the menu, available to all her tables and provided great customer service. The food was great, customer service was amazing; overall a great experience.

I am only rating three stars for this visit because of the service of our server, Cody. It really makes our breaks the experience of the dining out for dinner. For a place this expensive I would expect more. Other than that, the steak was delicious. I will most definitely not visit this location again.

The meat had too much pepper on the two different steaks we had. We had to scrape off the pepper and my lips are still feeling the effects.
