Let’s get through the worst of it first. We stayed here a good while back. This place smells of drugs. Not pot, hard drugs. There was a definite roach problem, and lucky enough roaches got in our stuff so they came back home with us and I had to get my home exterminated. In the course of a 1 week stay (we couldn’t afford to just dip and get another room), we witnessed: a woman physically abuse her small child, another woman DESTROY her room thrashing things around screaming she wanted her drugs for hours in the night, and a terribly rude front desk lady. If you are older, don’t bother. I told an elderly couple who were about to get a room to take their money elsewhere and they could thank me later. We are a young couple, so a situation like this wasn’t unbearable for us but could be for others. That all being said, you really do get what you pay for. 2 stars not 1 because honestly, for the price, the room wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. It was a decent size, was old but not disgusting, and I came prepared with linens, towels, etc. so I had no complaints or expectations there. Just be warned, this is where drug addicts go to call home and live their lives and management is well aware, so don’t expect to be met with empathy if you express concerns.

You're guaranteed roaches and bedbugs. You are not guaranteed working air conditioning, appliances, or plumbing. If you say anything to management, or think about making anything legal, there will be retaliation. The rates are different from tenant to tenant, ranging from $850/mo to $2,515/mo for the same size unit. If we had a car, we'd stay in it, over staying here.

Can not believe they can charge so much for rooms that are dirty and have dead and alive roaches. Comforter had stains and when i told the lady at fro t desk she told me there.was nothing.wrong with the room. It smelt funny and had stains on floor and on bed. Never will i stay there again. I will sleep in my vehicle.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at with terrible customer service. We called the day before and asked about early check in and they promised we could check in as soon as we got off the plane. When we tried to check in, they told us we had to wait an hour and every time we called to check if it was ready they added another hour. In total, we waited five hours for a room to be ready. When we finally got into the room, we noticed several roaches. Also, the cover blanket was covered in stains and the sheets on one of the beds had what looked like a blood stain on it. We decided to tough it out for the night because we were exhausted, but the bed was broken and slanted which made it ridiculously uncomfortable. We checked out the next day and were able to get a refund for the rest of the stay, but if I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other cheap option in the Mesa area other than this dump.

We first checked in at Miles jointly owned who booked our room to someone else so they sent us to the Colonade. The room hadn't been cleaned in God knows how long, extremely old & outdated. Front door locks completely Jerry rigged & wouldn't lock right - looked as if it had been kicked in a few times, window sliders broken & unable to lock, window treatments wouldn't cover the windows, A/C & heater didn't work, roach issues, spare mattress covered in mold & used bedding left up against the wall in other room that was supposed to be picked up by maintenance the following day which during our 2 week stay it wasn't, nor was anything fixed. My boyfriend & I both got extremely ill with respiratory infections, sinus infections & fevers for days! I asked for cleaning supplies & a transfer of rooms which didn't happen either. We decided we couldn't handle it anymore & checked out. The community was unfriendly, & the TV & Wifi both didn't work on top of everything else. I'm so surprised these 2 hotels are still up & running & that these owners are somehow in compliance!??

Be careful this place and how it's run management doesn't really seem to know the difference between vacancy and No Vacancy. I go to the office I asked for a room and she says they have no rooms she points to the sign and the sign says vacancy

Horrible service and horrible all around. I would rather sleep on the streets than come back to this place.

This is a "get what you pay for" motel. If you are in need of a cheap room for the night or looking to buy some drugs or a lady of the night, then this is a perfect place for you. Keep your doors locked, the TV up loud, and don't have anything of value within eyesight. Then you should be okay.

Location is alright, but goodness this place STINKS literally felt sick to my stomach because the stench was so strong. Staff so unwelcoming, I get it, this type of hotel I shouldn't expect anything, but I was very surprised at the disgust here.

Just leave. After seeing some man run after a woman on the second story and the woman running to her room closing the door so the man couldn't get her and the man still tried to get into the room This place shouldn't even be up and running. If you wanna take a chance with your life this might be a place for you. Other then that stay the heck away..
