When my family of five want consistency in our food, we head out here, and it is always a great time here. Five years later, and I'm just realizing that I haven't done a review yet, of all the times we've dined here... so, here are some images and suggestions: It's sort of an American-Brazilian fusion with a bit of fine dinning ambience. Don't eat before you go, you'll regret it. You can order food to go, however if you're driving in, you cannot take your food home. There are rumors that it costs $500 a person to eat here and that is not true. It only costs about that and upwards for us because again, it's five of us, and we always get the experience. You can go have a very good affordable time here with other meal options, so try it out for yourself and then come tell me what you think. You work hard, spoil yourself a little... You deserve it! This place makes Cream Caramel or as it's known (Flan) the closest to home I've had in the states. The chefs definitely have very educated taste buds, that's for sure. Their cheese cake is also quite delicious. Go here.

I did the "full experience" with my family. This allowed us all you can eat meat and buffet. For the price you pay, I have had better tasting food. Mostly the chicken was dry. All other meat was fine. For the amount of people that were there the buffet was busy. Maybe two stations would be better so the line would be shorter. I didn't love it but I still enjoyed it. For 5 people it was about $365, including tip.

The opulence of the experience begins as one opens the door. Service is extraordinary, with many servers being certain that you experience everything you want. Enjoy the fabulous salad bar, delicious beverage of your choice, with clean plates as appropriate. When ready, servers bring a variety of meats served fresh from the flame, cooked to your desired wellness and delivered on skewers. If one is able to save room, the selection of desserts is impressive and difficult to pick just one. Be prepared for a grandiose meal, a feast you will remember for a lifetime.

My first visit here for a special occasion and I'm really amazed with the food. With every bite it was like a beautiful flavorful explosion in my mouth. I can't remember the last time I've experienced such perfection in the quality of my meal. I ordered the full experience and tried different meats that are brought to the table and sliced by the server. It was such a great evening together with my family. Thank you so much for all your hard work here because it definitely shows. The staff was really busy but every request made was fulfilled. This restaurant is amazing and I can't wait to come back again!

My girlfriend wanted to go here for her birthday dinner and wow she made a great choice! We got a special that came with their enormous salad bar, all vegetarian and a meal in itself, everything I tried was delicious. The main course though was servers walking around with different types of meats cooked at different temperatures offering you slices as long as your “drink coaster” is flipped from red to green. It doesn’t feel like it because you don’t get it all at once, but you can really eat a lot! They also come with sides garlic mashed potatoes and one that surprised me in a good way were the caramelized bananas. I did not expect the bananas to compliment the meats so well! This is definitely a special occasion place. We heard at least 7 different tables sing happy birthday while there (the people at the table sang not the workers) we will definitely be back for a birthday or anniversary.

My partner took me out for my birthday here, it was both of our first times. We had a reservation for 8pm several weeks in advance, and when we arrived we were told our table wasn’t ready. This is totally fine, so we go to the bar to grab a drink. Drinks were fine, especially if you grab a drink off the happy hour menu. Service was very friendly, but a tad slow due to training. All was fine and were informed our table was ready. We walked over to the host(ess) table, and was asked to stand to the side and would be taken to our table soon. 10 minutes later, we were placed in a very claustrophobic and uncomfortable spot, which made me a certain type of way for having a specially reserved table. Thankfully, we were moved somewhere more accommodating and the food, and service from everyone else involved was fantastic. I just don’t think I would return, as this was my first impression of upscale dining with a reservation far in advance, yet still feeling somewhat inadequate.

Great dining experience! Delicious food and the employees were efficient and friendly. It was my first time there and I enjoyed it very much. The meats were perfectly seasoned and grilled with various temperature options. Side note- It can be a bit loud in the dining room; it was very busy, full of people.

This place was pretty good. Not worth $62 a person tho. I ate at a Brazilian Steak House called Toucano's in Boise, ID and it was just as good for $35 a person. Some of meat we had at Fogo was dry. Mainly the pork. The salad bar had lots of options. The place was crowded and they put the tables 3 feet apart from each other. So much noise from everyone. Not a good place for a romantic dinner. They should rearrange the floor plan and add more booths.

Let me tell you that this review has nothing to do with the quality or amount of food. The food here is actually quite good. The way they treat their customers on a holiday like Valentine’s Day is completely entirely unacceptable. I made reservations here over two months ago. We have a party of 12, so make sure that they were available to seat us and have us at a table. That’s why you set up reservations in advance. The line into check in for a reservation was 40 minutes long. After we checked in for a reservation, we have waited for over 40 minutes. This is not how I expect to be treated as a customer. Yes, this is a busy day, but that is not an excuse. My family had restaurants for over 30 years I would never dream of treating are valuable customers this way. Come during the middle of the week on a non-holiday and you were likely to get a good meal and treated well. Come during a holiday, like Valentine’s Day, or any other major event, and you will be treated poorly.

This place used to be GREAT! Now they are more focused on quantity of people versus quality of service. We made reservations for 6pm, finally were seated at 630pm. The salad bar no longer includes the shrimp, they mark that up now, and when the meat comes around you have to ask what it is- not one waiter offered to share that info without asking. We also waited a long time in between meat selections coming to the table. It was never like that before. We also had to ask for our drinks that we ordered- seemed to have forgot about us. Definitely a different place now, we won’t be going back. Better off at a nice steak house where people are not crammed in and you get excellent service. It’s unfortunate, they once had a great thing going !

This was the most amazing dining experience I have ever had. The food, perfect. Everything that was brought to the table was sizzling and perfectly cooked. The service, beyond phenomenal. Austin was our favorite carver. He brought meat to the table as soon as we took our last bites. The atmosphere of this place was exquisite. I couldn’t have eaten another bite if I tried. Definitely dress up, it’s worth it

Pros: - Service. Excellent service overall. Very friendly staff that made sure we had what we needed. They ask to make sure you're getting the meats you want (if you go with the full experience) - Appetizers. The table/bar area is unique. Food options were decent and tasty. Only downside (like any buffet style) is touching tongs and then going back to your seat and eating. Not a fault of their own. - Food. Some of meats are delicious. Cons: - Atmosphere. Reminds me of a dining hall. The lights were way too bright and it was suggested they dim them for a better atmosphere (which they overheard and did!). Tables are a bit cramped and there are certain ones tucked away in corners. Not a negative for everyone but more of a family restaurant than a romantic experience. Lots of screaming kids. - Food. Some of the meats were not worth the price of admission. Many came completely full of fat and were nearly inedible. Side dishes were a bit bland. - Price. Quite expensive for what you get. Can't say the bang is worth your buck unless you are a bigger person and eat a large quantity of meat. - Service. While the service was excellent, there were quite a few times where the guys handling meats would ignore us in the corner. Other times they would ignore the red sign that means no thanks to more food and would ask if we wanted x meat. I also didn't appreciate the snarky comment from one of the staff about using the tongs next time when I didn't see them. Random observation but it seems like one of the requirements to be a waiter there is you have to have a super goofy haircut. 😂

Great place to hangout with friends. It’s all you can eat Brazilian steak with salad bar. However, It took us 1 hour to get seated. Picanha and rack of lamb were my favorite. Caipirinha cocktail was too sweet for my personal preference. Their side dishes were not impressive.

OMG!! We came here (from the Bay Area) in Scottsdale AZ for their happy hour. Their”happy hour” sign got us in! Normally, I would never come here to eat because I had a bad experience last time while visiting their San Jose, California location. So glad we came here for their happy hour, amazing menu and happy hour drinks reasonably cheap. The food was exceptional, Emma, the bartender was fantastic! Very personable, and friendly. Her recommendations on the food was spot on! Happy hour food and drink was exceptional. I’ll have to give my SJ CA location another try!

We come every anniversary. The food is amazing. We usually come during dinner, but we had a chance to beat the rush around 3. The service we received by the meat servers Patricio and Josue was exceptional. They made the Churrasco experience impecable. The only thing missing was the complimentary dessert Fogo gives during a special occasion.

Excellent.Chef Patricio was the highlight, he remembered what I liked, did not come when I did not want him and did come when I did want more food, friendly, professional and very empathetic. The food was also great! I was disappointed in the sign on the front window, they evidently do not want patrons to have the means to efficiently protect themselves, so I assume they have armed security on hand and ready. This makes it easier for patrons to not even have to think about or be prepared for potential initiators of violence. Overall, a great restaurant!

I went there to try the food and though I was not disappointed, I was also not impressed. The salad bar they have has very small limited options so pretty much the only thing you can get is either the meats that are being brought to you or the VERY small, expensive menu options. The food was good but definately NOT worth a trip over there. The environment is very loud so if you want a nice sit down place, this is NOT it. Overall it was pretty good but won't be going there anytime soon.

Absolutely spectacular!!! I ate nothing bad there. And everyone is so knowledgeable about gluten free. They were on the ball when I had any questions. Best anniversary dinner in a long time. I can't recommend it highly enough. But you better love meat.

This is truly a team effort. Being here, from the very first moment we noticed that instead of the typical battle for serving the customer the staff team here is not only cohesive but efficient in what they do. Everyone brings something to a table and they are always ready to ensure the customers’ needs are properly met. From our first few minute we were greeted by at least 7 staff members. It being our first time we were confused at first but each one was patient regardless of their busyness and was able to explain to us how ordering worked, the menu items, and how we can make the most of our time. Every member was knowledgeable in various meats and grades and truly enlightened us on so much. Now the food on the other hand, was absolutely amazing. The chefs came and explained their items and was very patient and attentive to the delivery of their meats and how we preferred them, even returning when we requested our meat to be prepared a different way. The salad bar items were beyond fresh, they were delicious and also very well prepared. The manager is extremely friendly and was willing to work with us and made efforts to make our experience more enjoyable even without a request or complaint. In some instances some of the items presented to you can feel like a car salesman trying to pitch a new car, but I can say even though we were hesitant at first it was extremely worth taking a chance on. The team was never overbearing and recommended amazing meats and great menu items such as the Wagyu options. Overall you get what you paid for truly, a good time and an amazing meal with top notch service. And speaking of service if you see Levi, make sure you are ready to receive whatever he is offering. You can truly taste the flavor, time and passion that went into his food. Even more so you get a great attitude and a friendly face. We enjoyed the conversation we had with Levi and the smile that comes around the corner. 5/5 - service 5/5 - efficiency 5/5 - quality of food 4/5 - ease of menu navigation 6/5 - Levi

We went here for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was amazing!!! The service was great, the different meats were all sooo good, and the ambiance was stunning. I also recommend the wagu beef... it is cooked in butter and finishes cooking on a salt block at your table. It melted in my mouth! 😋 It was kind of expensive, but oh so worth the price for the experience!!!

Such a wonderful experience here with our servers Parker and Samantha! We were a large group in the private room in the back. Despite our large group they kept up with the demand of our needs and I always felt taken care of. The food was fantastic and I definitely will be coming back after such a great experience.

They had a special offer for 10 cuts of meat for $40 that is 4 less than the 14 cuts offered in the $65 option. I thought they were going to cheap out...boy was I wrong. When you come here be sure to bring your apatite don't eat for 3 days lol. These servers don't play and they are generous with the portions. There was literally a line up of 5 guys all ready to serve me. A special thank you to Ashley U our server very professional And to Rachel for making our night memorable. also don't sleep on the deserts they are bomb.

Got there early so it wasn't too busy and we were seated immediately. Salad bar was fully stocked and delicious. Service was good but we were skipped with the meats at times. They were out of the candied bananas which was a bummer. Top sirloin was too dry for my liking and lacked seasoning. We never got to try the pork belly as none was brought out. Not as good as it was a few years back when I lived in the area. Overall still a pretty good experience so I will be back.

I loved the churrasco experience! The table side service and fire roasted meat were exceptional. Our favorites were the picanha and medalhoes com bacon. The side dishes and market table were delightful.

This place had some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life. All of my friends who agree. I am so full. I have never eaten so much in my life. Highly recommend this place. Also, the service was impeccable. Impressive.

Delicious food, attentive and nice servers, great salad bar. Wish the labeling was more consistent but it was fun to try new things. Appreciate that we got cheese bread, fried potenta, and garlic mashed potatoes. I believe they were complimentary but I didn't check. Front desk, 1 was short with me and rude and 1 was super kind. It was crazy busy, so I get it, but no reason to be rude. Very loud in there but again it was PACKED. Did not honor my reservation but didn't have to wait too long.

Ive been to Texas de Brazil many times and its always a great experience, so I had high hopes for Fogo de Chão. Upon arrival, the place was a bit busy, but the bar was stocked with many amazing food stuff so we were able to get started almost right away. Overall, this experience was good, but there were a few downsides such as... We hardly had any meats make it to our table. It felt as though the men with skewers were always walking around us. When we did get meats, 9/10 times they were lukewarm and needed salt. The one waiter we had was insanely busy, to the point where we felt bad asking things of him. Finally, the overall price for our meal was very high for the service we got. However, with all that said... the person I brought along for the experience enjoyed themselves and said everything tasted really good/fresh. Will definitely bring him back sometime again.

Our Anniversary dinner was perfect! We always enjoy the dinning here. Fast service and virtually no waiting to starting the food. I really like the variety of meats served. I’d recommend a reservation.

I’ve been here a few times, and I absolutely love it!!! Every single time we go it never disappoints. The food is so fresh, the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding! You have to try this place! Just remember the prices are up there, but I promise it is worth it!
