you
and

also
change

lights

Chakra

which
I'll

to
send
the
different
Chakra
frequently
to
the
body
the
main
purpose
of
the
meditation
is
to
learn
how
to
heal
yourself
and
let
you
know
what
you
need
to
do
to
work
on
each
Chakra
the
dojo
masters
will
tell
you
telepathic
what
you
need
to
work
on
as
I
hold
space
and
they
hold
space
while
you
work
on
your
Chakra
and
it
is
an
hour
long
meditation
I
had
the
amazing
opportunity
to
do
this
meditation
on
the
owner
of
this

and
she
is
super
sweet
and
very
nice.
