Literally
have
NEVER
had
an
experience
like
this
before:
My
family
of
five
shows
up
at
5:50pm.
We
ask
for
a
table
for
six,
as
we
have
one
more
on
the
way.
Most
of
the
restaurant
is
empty
with
the
exception
of
the
outer
perimeter
tables.
The
hostess
asked
us
to
wait
a
moment
and
disappeared
to
the
back.
When
she
came
back
she
said
“I
can
seat
you,
but
you
guys
have
to
out
of
here
by
6:30
because
we
have
reservations
for
tables
for
six
for
others.
Like,
a
lot
of
other
people.
Or
you
can
sit
outside.”
So
our
options
were
to:
A.
quickly
find
what
each
of
us
wanted
to
eat,
place
our
order,
hope
the
cooks
are
fast,
and
then
eat
our
food
while
on
a
time
limit,
or
B.
sit
outside
in
112*
heat
with
kids.
If
this
was
passed
down
to
her
by
the
manager,
he
should’ve
definitely
been
the
one
to
come
out
to
tell
us
himself.
You
don’t
send
your
young
hostess
out
to
inform
potential
guests
that
their
business
here
isn’t
really
worth
your
time
of
day.
Not
fair
to
her,
or
us.
This
was
our
first
time
here.
We
don’t
know
the
menu,
we
wanted
to
sit
and
relax.
We’ve
been
looking
for
a
place
to
go
for
Thursday
night
dinners,
as
our
kids
have
extracurriculars
that
day
which
keep
us
pretty
busy.
We
will
never
come
back
here.
What
an
absolute
joke
of
customer
service
especially
for
this
industry.
🤯🤯Unreal.
