Loved Puro Cigar Bar. We sat out in the open. Had drinks smoked one of the best cigars I've experienced ever.. The bar tender and the cigar tender were polite. Knowledgeable about the products they were selling and overall when I visit Phoenix again I'll be back 😁

Place was pretty cool. It's nice to smoke indoor outdoor on patios. Had a Carmel vodka drink that was delicious!

Awesome I love me a good cigar bar with a great liquor selection and great service to finding the cigar you haven’t tried yet to getting you going if your forgot your cutter and lighter. Friendly. Quick and reasonable prices. No complaints here and nothing but praise. This should be the staple for other places and need more like this around the country.

I went to secret shop an alcohol sampling. I am not a fan of cigars at all, so this was a lesson learned! Do not accept jobs that have me sitting in a cigar bar! It was nice tho! Rooftop/balcony seating (outdoors, above the street). The drink selection was limited, but could be a great date night or hangout spot.

I have to honestly admit I had a enjoyable experience visiting Puro. First off the customer service was great, nice atmosphere great place to watch sports games lots of tv's to watch. Great selection of cigars at a reasonable price you definitely should find something you like or ask for recommendations like I did because the employee in the humidor was very knowledgeable. Also the bar is freaking awesome, they seem to have everything to pair with a good cigar they even have some very expensive liquor for you big ballers. I definitely recommend this place especially if you and a buddy want to hang out and have a good smoke good drink and good food to order from downstairs at the BBQ place.

Finally made it. I showed up once when it just opened to check it out and the owners were awesome. Made it back for a Scotch and small cigar to chill the evening. Great cigar prices because of regulations and drink prices not bad either. All kinds of whiskies and beer to enjoy with an awesome balcony.

I love this place. Phenomenal choice in cigars and drink, great atmosphere and service, and overall chill environment. You might catch me smoking a stick and reading a book, while enjoying me a glass of whisky.

Decent selection, but we were brought a drink menu that was not up to date. Ordered a $30 bottle of wine we were told they didn't have it and then served a $60 bottle as it was "comparable", also not on the menu, without being told the cost. This was an overall small portion of my bill, which included $160 of scotch and $60 in cigars. Would have been nice if it was actually communicated or actually on the menu to begin with. Everything else was as expected. I paid for the wine and would have ordered it the same if I was told the actual price was going to be charged. It just doesn't seem like good business practice to offer a comparable wine that is double the price without any disclosure.

Great service, selection of sticks, and bourbon options! Love this place found it while in town for business. Highly recommend, the door man and cigar dealer are Marines and make sure you'll have a good time and your lady will feel safe and protected. Vip lounge is a great option for a more private experience.

Puro is our go to spot anytime we're out in East Valley. Great prices and selection on drinks and cigars. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking. Great food options in the area.

A great environment to relax and enjoy a delicious cigar. Awesome cigar selection and the staff is top notch. One of my favorite places in the East Valley.

Great location on the second floor balconies over looking a small section of town with several local restaurants within walking distance. Staff are attentive and they know how to make a good drink. Definitely a place to smoke a good cigar from their humidor and listen to good music.

Had a blast the music was great and the dance floor was really good! The bartenders were very attentive and the drinks were made exactly as I requested! Would give 10 stars to you if possible!

I've been traveling the US for 7 months now and this place is one of a kind. Not just a cigar lounge, but also a bar. I had a blast.

Cool setting, limited offerings on their bourbon. Maybe some signs so the patrons don't spit on the floor!! Took my wife and she was really turned off by people spitting on the floor!

This place was awesome! The wife and I had stopped by after a cocktail down the street since we had seen it was a new spot in Downtown Chandler. We were so glad that we did as it will likely become a new favorite hangout! The lounge is very comfortable and has great views of downtown from the outside balcony. The vibe was really chill and the staff were very nice. If you kept a tab open, you can bounce from grabbing a drink to the walk in humidor where they had an expert on hand to help you with picking out a great cigar to smoke. I admitted that I was a complete novice and the gentlemen that helped us was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with picking out my first cigar. He was friendly and made sure I felt great about my purchase. They also had a lot of local brews on tap to choose from at a great price. We ended up hanging here a lot longer than expected but it was for all good reasons! I do believe that if you want to grab a bit to eat, they work with the BBQ joint downstairs to accommodate. I look forward to bringing some friends and hanging out here again!

Went on a Saturday night.Wasnt too packed. DJ got there around 9pm and played good classics.. Overall, good vibe, Great Service and Cigar selection. Will be back again

Very nice place. I was worried I was going to smell like smoke once I left but didn't. Michelle, the bartender, was amazing. When I'm in Arizona again, I will definitely stop by.

Good service and atmosphere. Selection of cigars is a little limited. They don't serve food, but the BBQ place downstairs will come up and take your order and deliver upstairs. A few TVs above the bar to watch games. A fun place. Plan to park for free in the parking garage directly behind Puro. It is a good place to grab a cigar after eating or drinking elsewhere in DC.

This place is great. Waited too long to get a membership. Best office space to get work done. Everyone is attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Very welcoming.
