Doctor is good. Staff not so much. I went in for a second follow up and one ignored me while the other one made phone calls and made comments about customers she was trying to call. The one who ignored me greeted a patient but continued to ignore my presence. I waited for 10 minutes before I walked into the view of the staff making calls. She asked me to tell her my address and phone number in the lobby. She spoke in a condescending way. I waited 20 minutes total then left. Received a call from her with a condescending tone while I explained to her what happened. The extra comments were uncalled for. It costs nothing to be cordial with people. The doctor is good but staff may benefit from customer service and cultural sensitivity training. I left because I did not feel comfortable in the way I was treated.

I worked with Dr. Sahai with getting my gallbladder removed. During my first visit I felt Dr. Sahai really listened to my questions/concerns about deciding to get my gallbladder removed. He was very patient with me during this process and I felt gave honest and proactive feedback about my potential decision. After having some time to think, I informed Dr. Sahai I wanted to proceed with the cholecystectomy. His receptionist staff worked with me on scheduling a proper date to get my procedure done. The receptionist staff was very friendly! This made me feel more comfortable being around a positive, kind, and understanding atmosphere. Overall, my surgery went very smooth and Dr. Sahai and the nursing team were amazing! They were super quick and very patient and caring with my surgery prep. It has been about close to 4 weeks after my surgery and I am feeling great with no complications. My incisions are healing normally and I am able to proceed with doing my daily activities. Thank you Dr. Sahai and team staff you guys rock!!

Called their staff in order to set up an appointment. Once trying to give the lady my insurance information she quickly became rude saying that i obviously do not know how my insurance works and to call back when I do. pretty unprofessional

I had my port placed and doctor was great! The receptionist or intake girl was so funny and sweet (asian) which helped the process so much. The two nurses I had were also the best!!!

Colon Surgery 3-28-23 & recovery 3-31-23 went well up to the point of initial removal of Foley Cather on 4-5-23. I was advised to seek medical assistance to replace Cather if unable to Urinate within 6 hrs but no assistance where to get that. Dr was off the next day followed by holiday & 2 day weekend. The result was a visit to Banner Desert Emrg. room which resulted in UTI and Covid 19 infection and admission to Gilbert Mercy Emergency & then to their Hospital for treatment on 4-11-23. Released from there to Springdale Village Nursing Home for continued Antibiotics for UTI. Released from there @ wife insistence due to recovery slowness 4-28-23. Follow-up with Primary care then on to Urologist 5-5-23 for more trauma for final Cather removal. Now gone. Initial Cather removal may well have contributed to this Medical merry go round that I had to endure. I am now on the road to recovery.

Everyone was always courteous and friendly. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. He is great.

Dr. A Sahai is so knowledgable, patient, thorough and kind. He gets right down to business. When I was having an issue he worked me right into his busy shedule. The way my husband and i first found Dr Sahai was when my husband developed a fissure in his rectum. After many doctors failed to diagnose his problem correctly--all claimed he had hemmorhoids and prescribed meds that didn't help. Thankfully, Dr Sahai found the issue right away and fixed him right up. Our colonoscopies have been easy with Dr. Sahai. I'm grateful to have him.

Dr. Rohit Sahai was great! I felt that he really cared about my situation when I was in the hospital. Also he talked me through step by step on what he had to do before, after, and during the procedure. He also checked up on me every day to see that I was recovering well and made it an easy process when it came time to remove my stitches. Thank you so much for the care you provided.

Over all I would say I am happy with result so far. It s been 12 days after the surgery. I am still healing. No issues, no pain. The staff at the doctor's office are good. They patiently worked with me to schedule and reschedule the operation a few times. I had met the doctor once in June prior to surgery. He explained the hernia to me and the recovery process and the do s and donts after surgery. I met him again right before surgery in September and her reassured me everything will be fine. I did not have any issues after surgery except some abdominal discomfort. After around 3 days I felt normal. Thanks Sunil Annaji

I recently had two follow-up visits, one week apart. At the first visit, I was told by the doctor I needed a test that day (STAT, in fact). An office admin came out with my order for the test for the next morning at 8:00. My husband had to insist that we needed to have the test done that day. Eventually it did happen, but it took more effort and time than I would have liked. The second visit was 100% a 5-star visit. Couldn't give a 5-star review, due to the issues from the first visit.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable on the issues I was dealing with. Had a in office procedure that day, relief will be insight soon. Only hiccup is that my prescription never got over to the pharmacy. Being on a Friday afternoon is delaying it until Monday. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

I wish I could leave 100 stars! I had been in pain for weeks, then on Tuesday night, I called the “after hours” line and got a hold of Dr. Sahai. I told him about the pain I was in and he was concerned that I had an abscess. He saw me Wednesday morning at 6:00 am before the office opened and confirmed that I did have a perianal abscess. It had to be surgically removed ASAP. He scheduled a CT scan for later that day, received clearance from my cardiologist and scheduled my surgery for the next day. I came home from my surgery and I feel amazing. I cannot reiterate how grateful my wife and I are for Dr. Sahai and his entire team. They were so courteous, kind, and professional, especially in my horrible pain. Also, they made me a priority in their eyes, and that doesn’t happen much in the medical world anymore.
