CUSTOMER
BEWARE!!!!
If
I
could
give
this
shop
zero
stars
I
would!
My
2021
Chevy
Tahoe
was
in
a
collision
back
in
July
2021
due
to
someone
running
a
red
light.
Due
to
backorder
on
parts,
the
last
of
the
parts
that
were
on
order
didn’t
get
delivered
until
December
3rd
of
2021.
All
of
December
my
truck
wasn’t
touched.
Work
started
in
early
January.
Every
time
I
called
for
an
update
Missy
would
never
know
the
status
and
always
tell
me
“let
find
out
and
I’ll
give
you
a
call
back”
98%
of
the
time
I
wouldn’t
get
a
phone
call
back.
I’d
have
to
call
back.
I
would
get
updates
and
2
to
3
weeks
later
get
the
same
update
as
before.
So
in
essence,
I
was
getting
the
run
around.
Called
today
2/24/2022
as
my
truck
is
finally
nearing
completion.
Was
told
that
it
was
sent
to
the
local
dealership
on
Tuesday
2/22/2022
for
certified
GM
mechanics
to
do
their
tests
to
make
sure
my
vehicle
was
in
top
notch
shape.
I
called
Missy
on
weds
2/23/2022
and
was
told
that
the
dealership
had
to
change
out
the
battery
to
start
tests
but
that
it
was
there.
Called
today
as
I
am
able
to
track
my
vehicle
and
it
was
showing
that
it
was
at
Chaney’s.
Missy
told
me
it
was
the
dealership
that
she
would
call
them
to
get
another
update.
I
let
it
play
out.
I,
of
course
had
to
call
her
back
as
she
never
called
me
back
with
an
update.
She
told
me
that
all
the
dealership
had
to
do
was
wheel
alignment
and
that
she
would
call
me
back
in
a
few
days
with
another
update.
I
called
the
dealership
they
supposedly
sent
it
to
and
to
my
surprise
my
truck
wasn’t
there.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
as
I
was
talking
to
the
rep
at
the
service
department
my
truck
just
so
happens
to
pull
up
at
that
exact
moment.
I
was
put
on
a
brief
hold
and
when
the
rep
comes
back
he
tell
me
he
just
received
my
truck
and
would
commence
tests
on
my
truck!
I
have
had
a
feeling
I
was
being
lied
to
in
the
past
but
now
I
have
undeniable
proof!
If
you
are
thinking
of
taking
your
vehicle
there
for
any
reason,
DONT!
