Very unprofessional, very unethical and bad service! Only focus on making profit and business, not on the patients. I wish I could give no star for this! Adera Hospital do better!

I believe customer handling and a well-coming face are essential in hospitals. Starting from the reception area, laboratories, and the doctors are not well-coming. They don't even greet their patients, and nobody facilitates or answers you in the direction and ways you ask. I had a procedure, a colonoscopy. It might be a routine job for the doctor, but it was a frustrating and scary procedure for me. The doctor never speaks, encourages, or says a simple word such as "Ayzosh." I returned to his office for the result, and he told me that he would return in two minutes, return in 35 minutes, and continue his job without saying sorry. He didn't have time to listen to my whole story and was in a rush. He is a young Doctor, and I am sure he will learn that medicine is not only medical treatment but also showing respect, listening, and other emotional support. This is exceptional for the pharmacists and ultrasound section of the hospital.

I was hoping for better quality but it sucks they're acting money making machine. Even doctor don't listen to your symptoms.

Their name is Adera which means command to ones care, I'm afraid to say they are working opposite to their name. Poor service they focused on money and quantity not quality service. Ashamed of them 😢 😭 😿 😢

Don’t waste your time trying to get treatment here, nobody will attend to you for several hours and if they do it’ll only be a waste of time and money. Your only option should be to go some where else. It is quite shameful actually to not meet one person who cares in such a huge institute. They should close down the hospital, change the name then re-hire and re-orient all staff members.

You might get good doctors but the system is the worst. Good luck if you love your time wasted.

This hospital used to be good like maybe the past 8 years bit after that the management the doctors are meaning less one time the doctor changed me and my moms medicals and I was about to buy her medicine and she was about to buy my medicine after we knew this we went back and the doctor was no where to be found we waited 6 hours just to get that fixed we went home around 3 o'clock at night

Very disappointing service... over charged price... negligent professionals. No doctor wants to see you even if it's emergency!!! Avoid this scamm place at all times!!!

I have been coming to Adera for the last 9 years for myself and my family. It used to be one of the best institutions for internal medicine cases. It seems now it is losing its reputation because of the unavailability of doctors, low quality of service and poor triage system. You could wait for hours, if not days to get medical assistance. Everywhere, you see patients waiting for doctors, waiting for services while some favored patients get special expedited service (not based on their medical meed). They need to professionalize it up. For me, I am not going there anymore.
