I highly recommend Zales The Diamond Store in The Mesilla Valley mall. I adore my wedding rings and I’m so grateful to the store manager Uriel for helping us find the perfect rings.

I believe the lady who helped me was named Perla. She was real responsive to all of my needs and questions and even helped me understand the cuts of certain rings because I had know clue what I was doing and helped me narrow two diamonds I will be choosing for my girlfriend! Perla was amazing I feel much better about my decision with her guidance

My kids went in to get a gift and the girl named Perla that helped them was awesome and super friendly with them. Very friendly and professional and went out of her way to help them find the perfect gift at a good a price. If you go into zales ask fo her and she'll help you find the person gift. I'll be going back soon.

As I walked into the store I was immediately greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Uriel. I was looking for a birthday gift for my mom and was indecisive in what to get her. Uriel with his experience was able to show me quite a few options that made me choose the right selection. Uriel exceeded expectations and I was able to get out of the store in a matter of minutes. Loved the wonderful customer service. The person I worked with was great (forgot his name, sorry!) But he really made us feel comfortable and let us take our time in order to browse around and pick the perfect piece. He was warm and welcoming! Very cordial, attentive, and helpful when it came to showing my wife and I around the store to help us find what we were looking for. I went in looking for a necklace I just loved that I saw online. Unfortunately it was not available in store and a very kind and friendly young lady, Andrea, helped me place the order. Andrea was very patient and helpful! Will definitely visit this location again!
