It was my first time ever going to a Dutch Bros and let me just say the customer service is amazinggggg! I just love the staffs energy they are all so nice they literally went through the whole menu with me and explained all the caffeine free options they had. I ended up getting a Palm Beach and it’s was so delicious and it was only $4 and some change for a Large! Starbucks could neverrrrr! This is definitely my new go to place 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

RIBA! RIBA! RIBA!!!!! She is a reason to come back, her energy, her great suggestions about the different types of blends you can have made me and my partners visit so enjoyable! The overall energy of this store is out of this world, you leave happy with a drink, smile, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

This Dutch is right by the Walmart , Came by around 5 pm no line and the guy and the window was super nice !

Best customer service ever in my life. Nice, friendly chit chat while waiting. A young man with glasses reddish hair and younger girl engaging with us like we knew them forever. Hold on to these workers they are absolutely amazing. The drinks tasted amazing.

Normally they’re on top of it. Firstly, why on Earth do you have your employees standing outside in the heat taking orders? That’s awful. Then, when that person went back in, instead of telling us to pull up, we waited while other people left, and some pulled in front of us. Only to find out, they continued to take orders around the other side of the building. Thanks for telling us so people could get in front of us.

What a disappointment! Dutch bros is a place we can always count on for a delicious beverage, kind word, and a smile. 1/3 at this location. The drink was correct and delish. The service was soooooo slow and the girl in the drive up was very unfriendly. She barely talked to take the order, wasn’t really listening, didn’t know about the discount for teachers, and then just turned around after we paid and ignored us. We love Dutch but will avoid this one for the future!

This is my go to place almost every morning. People here are always friendly. Drinks are great. However if you go in the morning and there is any type of line it takes a while and the way the drive is setup there is no way to get out of if you need to go and can't wait. They need 2 people outside during peak time also. If not they tend to not go in order of people arriving which makes it take even longer to get through the line. I dont leave alot of reviews but this morning was the 4th time this has happened to me. People are great just need more morning staff to deal with the rush.
