Always a great experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Katie and Hazel make me feel right at home. Dr. Davies is honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable. He takes time to listen, answer questions and provide recommendations without any pressure. It’s a relief to find a dentist with integrity. If you're for a dentist with a natural approach, this is it. Highly recommend.

Pros: very pleasant staff, clean, stylish office Cons: I Made an appt to get a second opinion here. They asked for insurance card I sent it over. I arrived have the consultation and upon departure they let me know they are private and don’t take insurance but are insurance friendly. I will be charged $162 for the consultation and they will reach out to my insurance to see if they can send me a check for a credit. Absolutely absurd. They and I both know that is something they should have made me aware of or not even ask me for my insurance card. I wouldn’t have selected them for the consultation if I would have been charged self pay. There’s hundreds of general dentist I could find someone who accepts my insurance. Bad business practice. Give people a choice.

The office is exceptional. Katie at the front desk goes over and beyond to get you seen as soon as possible, she is the shinning light of the office . The Dr. truly wants to preserve the teeth which is so important to me.

Dr. Davies is the best. I called his office at 2:45 on a Thursday (in May, 2023) needing some quick dental help and he got me in that afternoon knowing they were closed Friday. Professional, knowledgeable, bio safe with the latest tech. Excellent!!! And today, Katie, Hazel and the incredible hygienists were as always amazing with my routine cleaning. You’ve got to try Dallas Designer Smiles…the best!

Dr Davies is seriously a breath of fresh air! I have always had terrible experiences at dental offices, I always felt conned. And looking back I definitely was. The staff here is so nice and super knowledgeable! Dr Davies is super straight forward and fixed my tooth’s issue. I can smile again!

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic today! I was feeling some anxiety after having partially broken a tooth and dreading the thought of a root canal and pressure to undergo unnecessary dental procedures. My friend referred me to Dr. Davies and I’m so thankful to have found them! They booked me a same day appointment and had my tooth all fixed up and even replaced a mercury filling within a short time. The entire team was very warm and friendly and for probably the first time after a dental visit, I left thinking, “wow that was oddly pleasant!” Lol. I love that Dr. Davies is holistically minded and doing work to help reduce and prevent toxicity overload in his patients. You can sense that they truly care and that’s rare these days! Highly recommend!!

I just moved to this area, and went to another Dentist which is highly dysfunctional. I am glad I found Dr Jeff Davies. His office is a bit far from me. But I have great impression Of the front office staff and Dr Davies. He was able to explain In a way a layman can understand, and did not rush through the consultation. He was reasonable in his treatment plan, not like these other dentists that will excessively recommend unnecessary treatments. I think I found a good dentist and Will highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a biological dentist that performs biomimetic dentistry

My husband and I have been patients for about 2 years. We’ve always had a great experience whether it’s routine cleaning or in office procedure. The staff has always been very welcoming, patient, and focused on meeting our needs. Hazel is awesome & will make sure all of the paperwork, and insurance information is taken care of while clarifying any questions you may have. I met Dr. Davies for the first time a few weeks ago since the office has transitioned to a new dentist. He was very personable, down to earth, and detailed about my options. I felt really comfortable, and knowledgeable to make the best decision for my oral health.
