Literally all of it is ice😭. This was after 5 sips. Update: I went up to them and told them I was upset bc it was all ice and they kindly understood and gave me another drink. This time with a good amount of ice!!

My first time here was on 06/01. Cool concept each team member comes up to your vehicle to take your order. I can see each team member interacting with each other with such a good vibe. I ordered a large Nitro Cold Brew. It tastes really good, I will be back to this location or anyone lane now.

So much better than Starbucks. I drive away out of my way to come here. Great assortment of coffee and non coffee drinks. Awesome customer service. I wish I could order delivery!

First of all, how are the guests so nice here? I was in the drive through line and we were all waving eachother in and no one was being aggressive. Never been able to say that before! Coffee was delicious as always, the staff is so nice too. The person in front of me got a “pup cup” and I was so curious what it was. She ended up giving me one for my dog at home too! Left with a crush like grin and a delicious coffee!

Emily is AMAZING! She's so nice, so cool, and such a good employee! She really takes the time to talk to us and helped us navigate the slightly confusing app! I wish this was my closest location! Have always had amazing experience with Dutch Bros employees but she's top notch!

Move over Starbucks, Dutch Bros is where it's at! Large Cold Brew with sugar-free caramel, sugar-free white chocolate, 5 splendas, 3oz of half and half, soft top and sugar-free caramel drizzle.

This is a drive thru, vibe is great and sometimes the service is quick. This time (and many before) the person outside taking orders spends up to 5 min per car which makes the wait a bit long. Especially when there is only one order taker. If there are two it goes much better. When the order is taken and you wait in line for the window, why is my drink not ready when I get to the window? I get it if the car ahead of me has several drinks but when each car has just one or two, mine should be ready when I get there.

I was a little grumpy this morning, we’re visiting from out of town and I don’t know how to use the French press where we’re at. My child is also teething and has been up at 3:45 every morning since the time change. Point is I was blah - went to this Dutch Bros and left in a great mood. They were personable, friendly, knowledgeable, my drink was awesome ( hot americano - extra shot with a soft top), I got there a minute early and they were already serving and it was just an over all nice experience. I’m always impressed when fellow humans are super sweet at 5 am. Thanks lady and gent :).

One of my go to coffee place. Tried almost all variety of coffee here and i never get disappointed from here. Kicker is their best coffee. I usually prefer iced with a bit extra sweetener and there you go. Their latte is also good. Must recommend for morning coffee which will definitely provide a morning kick to your work.

We went through the driveway today and apparently, we came at an inconvenient time. The guy who took our order received a 20% tip, and didn't think to say "thank you" or even "have a good day". I was under the impression that tips were optional to the consumer, and appreciated by the service member. But no worries, that just saves money for all of your customers! I'll be sure not to tip yall. It got better at the window. The two girls at the front carried on a highschool level gossip session the entire time we were there, with the window open, handed us the drinks and says "Straws". After I realized this was a question on if we WANTED straws, we said yes please. She handed them to us without even looking at us and carried on her conversation. Then as she started to walk away from me, I loudly told everyone to have a great day, and she looked at me and turned away without a smile or a simple "you too". If this place has a manager, they need to replace him/her with one who knows how to manage. And if you don't have a staff manager, it shows. So, if you've read this far, maybe get your coffee elsewhere. Otherwise, remember not to tip! They don't care either way.
