Had a wonderful time last night which was our first visit to this location. Was glad that an Outback opened in Allen. The manager came by our table and talked to us for a few minutes. He seemed very nice and made us feel welcome. Our server was fantastic, she checked on us many times, kept our drinks full and the food all came out quickly and was very good. My only criticism would be how the steaks were cooked. They were not bad but all 4 of us ordered the same steak and all ordered them Medium. However they all came out with very different temperatures. One was definitely medium rare, one was spot on, and the other 2 were easily medium well. Outsides of all 4 of them were a bit over done and hard too. I feel maybe they have the grill too hot and are trying to cook them too fast when they are very busy. I would rather wait an extra 5 to 10 min to get a better cooked steak than get them fast. I'll chock the steaks up to the place being new and maybe the cook is still getting the hang of it. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant is very well designed and looks beautiful. They have plenty of staff to handle the dinner rush and everyone we met was nice and friendly. Overall, the experience was fantastic and we'll definitely be visiting frequently!

This is far the best steakhouse! I'm glad I found my new place. The staff was very friendly and fast. The food was just so good! We also met the owner and he was so nice and attentive with us. I'll be back!

The food was soo good. The steak was perfect I’ve honestly never had a steak so good. The burger was so soft and had so many great flavors. The macaroni was beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. Our waitress Danica was so sweet and attentive. The Cesar salad had the Parmesan mixed in it and then on top and I just love that effort and attention to detail especially as a cheese lover. . Julian even came by when my lettuce was forgotten and was a very nice guy and gave off a very professional energy that you could tell reflected on the restaurant. The rest of the staff was so nice and attentive. We had a great time.

We had dinner tonight at the new Outback in Allen. Even though we live in Plano, and drove past the Plano location it was well worth the drive. The restaurant had a great feeling to it, with the openness of the space. The food was really good. We had the rib-eye, baked potato, and opted for the asparagus as our second side. It was worth the slight up-charge as it was prepared deliciously. We were served bread before dinner, and it was flavorful, and hit the spot. For dessert carrot cake was our choice and was a great ending to a wonderful meal. The best part of the evening was our incredible server, Lynette! She was charming, very attentive to our requests, and most of all extremely personable. Our dealings with other staff members was just as pleasant too. We had not been to an Outback in over three years or so, but after tonight's experience we will be back soon. Be sure and ask for Lynette, you will not be disappointed.

So impressed with our entire experience at Outback Allen tonight. Kayla B was our server and she gave us the best service we have had anywhere in a long time. She was friendly, did everything right, made menu suggestions and was very attentive. The food was great & better than even expected. We had the Blooming Onion, Caesar salads, prime rib with added lobster tail and Alice Springs Chicken. Highly recommend Outback and this location. Thank you!

The new Outback is perfect! It's swanky & family friendly & happy hour perfect & delicious! I got the Boomarita margarita flight & I would highly recommend. Ricardo was the best waiter! We had amazing full service with helpful staff! Will go again soon!!

We had a great night out tonight. Our server Chris was very personable and we enjoyed his company. The bartender heard us from across the restaurant when asked specifics about my drink. The manager Chelsey was so friendly. It was like talking to a friend with her. Chelsey and Chris were so fun to talk to, we talked about kangaroos and hippos it was wonderful. Ethan, the food runner seemed happy to be there and you could tell. He didn’t just run food out, he was attentive and communicative just as if he was a server. He had a positive attitude and was very welcoming. Was overall a great experience at this location. If I could give each of these individuals 5 stars on top of these 5 stars I would. So consider this review a 25 star rating. Everyone there even outside of the people mentioned were also attentive and friendly our water glasses never went empty and honest recommendations were made and I appreciated that. Our table never became cluttered and our smiles never faltered. A++

Lynette was our waitress and she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She catered to our every want/need and went above and beyond to interact with us and make our experience at the outback steakhouse the best first time experience! Her personality was amazing and would DEFINITELY recommend!

1st time at this location to use a gift card we got for Christmas and it was all great! From the moment we walked in the greeter was so sweet and helpful to a big crowd standing around. Even managers and host were asking how we were. It made our 20 min wait go by quickly and pleasant. My boyfriend and I were really hungry so we wanted to place all our orders at once and all of it came out so fresh and perfect timing. We didn’t feel rush to enjoy each stage of our meal and once we were finished with one the next thing came. It was a nice date night on a busy Friday night and I was super impressed with the staff! Shout to our waiter Juan R who did a great job serving us! We will definitely come again!

Great experience and the service was wonderful. Danica was very attentive and our meals were excellent. There was a minor error with a gluten free meal in the kitchen, but it was quickly resolved. Also, they have an extensive gluten free menu and our celiac family members didn't have any issues.
