UPDATE-
7/2022:
ABSOLUTELY
HORRIBLE
‼️
The
food
was
awful
and
for
their
small
bowl
we
paid
$30
for
two,
not
including
drinks
(TOTAL
WASTE).
The
customer
service
was
slothful
and
they
acted
like
it
wasn’t
a
big
deal,
even
the
African
American
Male
Manager.
With
his
authority,
he
has
to
understand
you
must
‘lead
by
example’.
The
tables
and
floors
needed
to
be
cleaned
and
even
the
food
selection
looked
old
and
full
of
water,
that
had
been
soaking
for
days.
Chan’s
Mongolian
Grill
in
North
Richland
Hills
is
Far
better
than
this
location,
and
it’s
sad
because
in
2018/2019
I
loved
this
location.
Until
they
do
a
deep
cleaning,
fresh
food,
and
better
customer
service,
I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
YOU
EAT
HERE,
especially
since
the
prices
are
higher.
I
really
like
this
location.
It
has
a
nice
Upscale
Feel
to
it,
yet
Cozy.
There
are
plenty
of
options
to
choose
from
when
stuffing
your
bowl,
&
right
now
for
a
limited
time
only,
the
bottomless
bowls
are
back.
The
bottomless
bowls
are
when
you
can
go
back
as
much
as
you
like,
but
you
can
not
take
any
leftovers
home,
&
the
bowls
to
fill,
get
smaller
as
you
continue
to
go
for
another
round.
The
waiters/waitresses
are
very
polite
and
I
have
no
complaints
with
the
Customer
Service.
I
do
however
wish
they
kept
cleaner
bathrooms
(its
disgusting‼)
and
I
wish
they
gave
you
more
noodles
with
your
bowl
selection.
I
also
notice
that
there
aren't
any
eggs
on
the
bar
selection,
but
maybe
you
have
to
ask
for
them,
which
is
an
inconvenience
b/c
there
is
no
sign
posted
to
do
so.
Other
than
that,
I
must
say
this
location
is
worth
visiting.
No
Genghis
Grill
to
me
compares
to
Kublai
Khan
in
Southaven,
MS,
(5
stars
All
the
way),
but
this
location
has
a
nice
touch
beyond
the
cons
I
mentioned.

Bowl.
