👍👍 Ernie is both extremely knowledgable and entertaining, without any of the cheesy shtick some tour guides resort to. He separates fact from fiction during his tour, and packs a lot of great information into two hours. You’ll hear some great stories and legends, and then hear about the real historica... People often mention tour, Ernie, tours, great, group, time,

I loved Ernie's tour. It's not cheesy or theatrical, but it's still definitely fun, and I learned SO many interesting things about the city. I took the tour with Ernie years ago, and I have been recommending him to all my friends and clients who go to New Orleans. Everyone has come back thanking me. I am even putting Ernies tours on my wedding website and encouraging my guests to take this tour.

Ernie was great! Funny, professional and informative. Highly recommended. A smaller tour meant that we didn’t miss a thing. While we toured with Ernie other tour guides stopped to say hello to him and made sure to let us know he’s the best in the city. He also gave us some great food recommendations.

He separates fact from fiction during his tour, and packs a lot of great information into two hours. You’ll hear some great stories and legends, and then hear about the real historical events and people that inspired the story. I was lucky enough to have Ernie as our tour guide for a Haunted History tour a number of years back. We all enjoyed it so much that I contacted Ernie for a private tour when I returned with a different group of friends in November 2017. Extra points for making a Monty Python joke! If you’re interested in learning more details about this beautiful city, Ernie was happy to recommend some books to our group. We are looking forward to booking the new Ghost Tour or 5-in-1 on our next trip.

Ernie showed up on time at our designated spot. He was enthusiastic and friendly. We knew right away it was going to be a great tour. We didn’t pay for a private tour but it ended up just being my wife and I , so it was a private tour. He is extremely knowledgeable about the city and made the tour fun. He took us to several cemeteries and gave us plenty of opportunities to ask as many questions as possible. Would 💯 go on other tours with him and recommend him. We went on another tour the previous night with a different company and was not as good. Also got some Bonus trivia about “Easy Rider” going to be watching that soon ;) Thanks Ernie

Ernie was fantastic! Easy to book over the phone, we had a private tour with just the three of us in french quarter. Allowed us to use the bathroom and get a drink before we started. Very knowledgeable over the area, very funny, and you can tell the locals in the area love him. Had one pit stop on our tour for a refill and ended the night with laughs and ghost tales. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We've taken Ernie's tours several times. You won't find anyone with more insight and information on the Vieux Carre than Ernie. He's an absolute treasure to New Orleans, and his tour is among the "Must Do's" while you're in town. Ernie has forgotten more about New Orleans than most will ever remember. He's lived it, he's learned it, and he loves to share it. Don't miss the opportunity.

Touring with Ernie was superb! He is so animated and so knowledgeable. I loved all the cool stories he told and the extra attention he gave to our group. Highly recommend supporting a small tour business over the larger companies.

My family has been taking tours with Ernie since before he started his own company. We would always request him because he was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was a no-brainer when we found out he was in business for himself. For our tour, he went above and beyond to make sure we could see every possible available site. He answered all of our questions and even made sure to give us recommendations on where to eat and spend our time after the tour. Thank you so much, Ernie!

My husband and I did two tours with Ernie in 2015, and were happy to see that he has created his own tour company! His stories are excellent, and with his history and research background, he makes sure the stories he shares are solid before including in the tour. Strongly recommend!

I've been going to New Orleans for years and finally decided to have a large group (12) of friends join me. Contacted Ernie's tours and he was able to accommodate our large group for the haunted tour. The group was very impressed with Ernie and his storytelling/knowledge of the subject. One of the more impressive parts was when a few of the local shop owners came out to greet Ernie like he was part of the family and all said we had picked the best guide. I'd highly recommend next time in Nola take time to look him up and take a tour!

Ernie was great! Easy to listen to and obviously well informed. The pace was great and he even checked in about potty breaks and drink refills! We were on a private ghost tour and it was the perfect way to experience this side of the French Quarter.

Ernie kept us engaged and thoroughly entertained the entire tour. Extremely knowledgeable of New Orleans and all it's history. We were lucky to have him to ourselves. We would strongly suggest you take any of his tours if you want to know anything about the area. Thank you for a great tour, the Cooper's.

Nice mix of wit and information. I found Ernie entertaining and educational. If I'd had more time I think I would have enjoyed a voodoo tour as well.
