Over the years I have bought a number of things from David's for both my wife and myself. There's a great selection of antique, modern, and custom jewelry. Gold, silver, titanium, diamonds, precious gems...you just have to go in and see for yourself. There's always something on sale and their prices are very reasonable. They can size your rings in an hour and I've never had a problem with their wonderful customer service.

Ester was the greatest help !! I selected a ring and paid most of it but my debit card wouldn’t allow such a large purchase . Ester saved the ring until the next day for me when the bank opened and shipped it to me ! The ring is gorgeous and I love it so much ! They are willing to show you jewelry via video call too if you live out of town . The service was amazing at this little store . They also sent me a scarf with the ring as a gift and a little personal note !! I will be shopping here every year !

I’m obsessed!!! Several years ago my daughter and her mother in law went to New Orleans for a business trip. She called me from David’s telling me how much I would love this store. When they returned she showed me an emerald cut VooDoo ring she purchased and I was hooked. Let’s just say I have quite the VooDoo stone collection now. They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, they acknowledge my repeated business and have called me to let me know when something new comes in they think I may like. I’m from California I've never been to Louisiana and they treat me as if I just walked through their door. They are a family owned small business, their pricing is great and the quality surpassed my expectations. I could keep going on but I will leave y’all with my google review please check them out!!!

My husband and I have visited the store in New Orleans over a year ago. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of attention we were given. From the undeniable friendliness to the level of knowledge and non-pressured approach to working with us. We left the store with our purchases feeling like old friends. I followed the team on Instagram and have been looking for the ideal Christmas present for my husband. I contacted the store through Instagram and the online team member, Vincent spent a lot of time over several days working with me, taking the time to send me photos and videos while working in my price range. What was most impressive is that he remembered us, he remembered specifics about our previous purchases which really made working with him much more special and trusted. Like I said, that was over a year ago, we really did leave as friends.

We LOVE this place. It would be impossible to recommend David's Jewelry any more than we do. All the staff were so friendly as soon as we walked in. But, GIL! Gil was so incredibly knowledgeable, hospitable and all around one of the best parts of our New Orleans trip. I fell in love with this store AND the staff! I was in NOLA for 5 days and in David’s 3-4 times. What a fabulous shop and the voodoo stones are out of this world! I bought earrings a necklace, ring, bracelet and gifts for family. I’m going back in June and I have an order for a friend! I CAN’T WAIT!!

Amazing place! Great choice of jewellery; very client-oriented, friendly and attentive staff & owners. Absolutely love my water meter necklace. The quality is great, its solid and looks amazing on. It's nice to have a piece of home with me always. The packaging with a personal note in there made me feel like I was back home for a minute. Live in GA now but New Orleans will always be home.

The best and only place I will get my jewelry! I’ve had my rings for about 2 years now and they are still perfect. They even offer cleanings for my jewelry as well. Not to mention the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and funny. I look foward to coming back!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I ordered a BEAUTIFUL ring online. It was delivered within two days, from New Orleans to Nj (I paid for express shipping). The ring comes in a gorgeous holder and they even sent me a handwritten card thanking me for my purchase, as well as a free scarf. The scarf is large and beautiful and a very soft material. They really know how to treat their customers. I had emailed them a couple questions before I decided to make my purchase and they responded to my emails quickly and in a friendly manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and the product itself.

The most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had, not just in New Orleans, but out of every vacation I’ve ever taken. Gil and his family were kind and patient, allowing myself and my two friends to make decisions without ever pushing for us to make a purchase. We all bought more than we initially intended to, but there isn’t a single regret among us. Such a perfect and lovely establishment.

After reading the glowing reviews, I skipped all of the other shops on Royal st to head straight to David’s purchase myself a belated Christmas gift. I wanted to replace something very special that I had lost and I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and service of everyone working in the store, especially Gil! He’s an absolute gem! I’d already scoped out some of their selection online, checked out the 2 rings I’d had my eye on and Gil helped me decide between them. I ended up buying the less expensive one (a beautiful morganite and rose gold piece). He was so honest and it was obvious that he cared more about which one suited me than the money which is so rare and refreshing especially for any sales-based industry. After that he happily entertained me as I browsed the rest of the things in the store that I obviously had no intention of buying. I could’ve hung out there for hours if I didn’t have somewhere else to be. Then, as if my experience wasn’t already amazing enough, as I was about to pay he told me to put one of the voodoo stone bracelets on my wrist, so I did, and he told me to keep it there. It was the kindest gesture and something I’ll never forget. I’ve already recommended the store to so many local friends and I was just there yesterday. I will definitely be back.
