Typically I love shopping at Torrid but that all changed today. I was with a friend in the dressing room area asking about how a shirt looked on, when one of the employees who wasn't currently on shift but shopping came around the corner and made a comment about my weight and how the "tire," around my stomach made the shirt look very unflattering. I've never been made to feel so small. Not only did I not even speak a word to her for this opinion to be given but she continued to talk about my figure until I immediately shut the door in her face to my changing area and continued looking through other options. I thought this closed the conversation but it didn't, she continued to whisper about me with one of the other employees at the register before I checked out. As a customer who roughly spends a minimum of $400 per visit at your store I would assume that you would hold more value and respect towards your clientele but I can tell that you don't. On top of this, before this conversation began the other employee on shift basically refused to get me a dressing room until I had asked her at least three times and then she remarked "If you insist." I didn't realize I was supposed to change in the middle of the store front. I won't be shopping at Torrid again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who prefers to shop in peace.

I like Torrid but will not be shopping at this location again. Usually everyone is very pleasant and helpful but not here! I don't appreciate being whispered about and laughed at while I shop. Especially in a place that prides itself on welcoming everyone.

I LOVE TORRID. Everytime I travel I always see where the nearest store is. Every store is a surprise because every store's inventory is different. The quality of the clothing is top notch. I have several pairs of jeans I have had for 3+ years and they still look like new. Best store EVER. I'm just sorry I can't give more stars.

Great looking clothes in larger sizes, a well maintained shop, and friendly service make Torrid a destination store for me. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the prices are a little high, but that's offset by the fact that the clearance racks in back are full of goodies.

What a great place with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Clothes that actually fit. Even though the prices are a bit expensive, they are always having some sort of special. Although I'm disappointed they don't have the darker gothy clothes, they have cute stuff!

Came here to pick up an online order of double wide shoes. The employees were so sweet and stayed open after close to check me out. They didn’t make me feel rushed and even offered suggestions on what to order. Would 100% recommend this store for inclusive sizing and a nice staff.

This review is more about the practices with customers more than this specific store. I've been a member of the rewards program for well over a decade. They are pretty pricey without a sale of coupons. But if you don't spend, spend, spend they demote you in the program, not to mention 35-40% of their clothing has skulls in it (some in tiny spaces in the fabric's design). So if you don't like that then you are more limited on what you an purchase. I called to ask why would anyone be demoted after taking years to reach a certain level??? No one has responded. It makes me not want to shop there anymore at all, if I am sorta penalized for not shopping. Sometimes I simply don't b/c I don't see anything I like or if it's not in the budget (*remember they're pricey). So I've walked away for now since customer loyalty means little. I mean I seriously know the cashiers by name but I'm reduced and down graded. I don't like it.

I love this store! Especially when Torrid cash is going on! Clothes are a great fit and very fashion forward. Staff is always helpful. They'll place an online order for you right in the store as you check out for anything unavailable in store (different styles, sizes etc).

My girlfriend loves shopping here. If you need any help especially with lingerie, bras, or jeans ask for Kenzie. She knows her stuff and her customers. She makes it a point to keep it honest and she will remember your style next time you come in and doesn't make it awkward for the men. Needless to say we call ahead to make sure she's in before we make the trip to the store.

Rachel is an awesome manager and learns her regular customers' names quickly. She is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her staff seem happy to he there, which makes every experience a great one!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I found all the items I needed and the sizes are perfect for plus size. I really have a hard time finding clothes in my size. This store is perfect for me! Love them!

I came looking for a specific item after a friend recommended them to me. I couldn't find it, but I do like what I saw here. Plenty of nice plus size clothes. The store was clean and well organized.
