Every time I go, both the drive thru and inside is incredibly slow. Workers are also always very unprofessional and talk amongst each other instead of treating customers respectfully. Only go to this one if I have to

There is a woman who works the window most mornings at this location who is incredibly rude. I always try to be extra nice to her, tip her, and try to be the best possible customer in an attempt to make her job easier. In return I’ve gotten exasperated sighs, scoffs, and just plain ignored. It literally ruins my day sometimes because I can’t understand why people just can’t be nice these days. I hope she’s okay.

Had a pleasant experience today when i ordered my pumpkin latte. Jake at drive tru window was very cool. Way to go Dunkin, we need more friendly and happy faces like hes. Cheers bro 👏🏻👏🏻👍

Charlene, the manager is the most unprofessional manager I have EVER encountered! Swore at me at the drive thru when she made my iced coffee incorrectly twice and I made her make it again! During the the power outage of September of 2023 that store inside, the atmosphere was HORRIFIC for both the customers and her employees who are afraid of her! Filing frivolous harassment complaints in court if you call her out! So Charlene, here's my review of YOU, take ME to court, good luck with THAT! WORST DUNKS IN THE MERRIMACK VALLEY BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER CHARLENE! I WILL NEVER RETURN UNTIL SHE'S FIRED!

One of the young ladies that works at this location is disgustingly rude. While ordering inside, I heard her loudly complain about a customer at the drive through window… complaining about how he placed his order, how he was ugly, and that he “should actually kill himself.” This Dunkin should seriously reevaluate its staff.

I only got a coffee but the young woman was friendly and it was a very nice Dunkin! Lots of tables, lots of space

The coffee tastes burned, and the donuts are small and seem a bit stale. I know they say America runs on duncan. But this American does not run on duncan. Try to find another place to get you donuts and coffee. And they are way overpriced for everything.

Nice, newer location. Clean with newer furniture. Service was a little slow that day.

Went there at 4:20am and the front door was locked and people were in there and they were open. I could go though the drive through because I don't have a car and walked up there.

I've gotten coffee instead of chai the past two times I've ordered. I don't like coffee, so it's very disappointing. Extra star for service for that one worker that's really energetic and nice to order from.

Stopped by 30 minutes before closing, and the doors were locked while 3 employees were inside closing everthing out. Why advertise you're open until 9 but close at 8?

Somewhere along the lines they stopped heating up their snacking bacon. If it has to be heated up in order to eat that defeats the purpose of it being an on-the-go snack.

Fresh donuts even in the afternoon and plenty to choose from. Fast, accurate service!
