We haven’t been to a papa Gino’s in 20 years, but the taste is still as wonderful as ever! Not to mention that the counter staff was wonderfully fun and enjoyable!

The staff are always positive, professional and kind. The food is fresh and great! Particular shout out to Candice, Joshua and Matt for their hard work and pleasant demeanor.

Their pizza, as far as I'm concerned, is one of the best👌tasting pizzas 🍕 that you can buy at a fast food pizza joint. I have consumed many pizza's in my time,and I have been going to Papa Gino's ever since the day they opened the very first Papa Gino's in New England,way back in the day in Medford Square, Medford, MA..

We ordered online 🙌 😄. I picked up in store...Candice and 3 chefs were delightful, friendly, hot food when we got home. Haven't dined it due to Covid spike...so we will wait ✋ patiently to do so...until then..we will continue to use only this Location. Thank u

For a long time Manchester was able to support 2 Papa Gino's Pizzerias. I frequented both and never noticed a lack of patronage. They both closed suddenly with no warning or explanation that I'm aware of. I sometimes drive the ~20 miles round-trip to the nearest Papa Gino's despite the glut of pizzerias in Manchester. Their pizza tastes like the real Italian pizza I remember from my childhood. It tastes like pizza from the North End of Boston. It's worth the trip. I hope Papa Gino's opens a new restaurants in Manchester. If we had no trouble supporting 2 of them not too long ago, we can surely support 1 now. It would be a goldmine of a franchise for someone.

Picked up pizza and subs after some late Sunday afternoon shopping. Amazing staff (and delicious food even after a bit of a ride home)! Papa Gino’s pizza is my favorite to begin with but add in great people who go above and beyond to accommodate the customer and you’ve got a fan in me!

Used to love this place. Went here since I was a child. It has been getting worse over time but today was the last time I'll go here. Craving this pizza, ordered it plus some other items for my group. One item came out. Other orders came out, our pizza never came out. After 45 minutes we walked up to see if it was ready and were told to have a nice day. I asked if our pizza was ready or if we could get a refund. One was ready, one was not. The staff I asked for a refund walked behind the counter and was whispering but never came back to the counter. So, we left with part of our order and left the rest behind, no refund issued. Customer service is broken here butI didn't want to cause a scene.

My name is Tom . I have been eating at the Papa Ginos in Londonderry since 1984 and have always had great food and great service here. Mangers Candice and Matt work very hard and do a great job here and they deserve my thanks and appreciation and they have earned both.
