Been here several times and it is consistently delicious. Both Japanese and Chinese dishes are amazing. Our regular picks/favs: grey goose mai tai's, scorpion bowl, Lady in red maki, blu karma maki, toro double dip maki, cupid's arrow maki, miso soup, and of course the love boats. We've never had a bad meal here. The quality and presentation are always top notch.

Updated review: 11/15/23 As much as my family loves the food, we won't be ordering anymore. I always pay with a card for delivery and give a cash tip. Today after placing an order, the owner I believe called to ask if I would be paying cash for the tip?!?! It was extremely offputing. I told her I always tip in cash. If my daughter didn't know I placed the order, I would have canceled it. It was just so rude. I found out that several other people I know have received a call with the same question asked. Gross. **************************** Absolutely LOVE Blu Karma. My fiancè and I have been ordering takeout since the pandemic. We have been impressed every time. Just last week we placed a large order for my daughter's 10th birthday. She requested sushi and that's what she got. They organized all of our choices by name and in individual containers. Amazing. You would think we had several people with the amount we got, nope...just six. 😂 We ordered online and had it delivered. Within 45 minutes it was at our door and the gentleman that delivered it was so friendly. Also, I love the individual containers of soy sauce. My daughter said she was in heaven and that "sushi is life".

So happy to have found this place! First time here and won't be the last. Service was great and food was delicious. We had sushi and if your not great with chopsticks, they provide trainers that attach to them to help make it easy to use.

We stopped in for dinner the other night, and we had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, the staff was very polite and tentative, and the prices were reasonable. I can't wait to go back for more!

For the price this place has small details that elevate the fare above Japanese restaurants of a similar level. The addition of mushrooms in the miso soup, the green onions on the maki, and the amount of pork in the fried rice are all examples that make this place an excellent value with good food.

Let me start by saying I enjoyed the food very much at Blu Karma. But the service here is absolutely horrible, specifically from the manager, the blonde haired lady at front desk. Whenever we tried making reservations for dinner, she will refuse service if we have kids. She made it clear that we can only go there with our children during lunch. My friends made a reservation for today at noon for a small gathering. This lady told us that our reservation is not at noon, is at 1pm. I double checked with my friend and confirmed the resy is at noon. We showed up at around 12:06pm, her comment was “well if your reservation is at 12, you guys are late already.” Then, she sat us down and she stared at us the whole time. Whenever one of the kids made some noises, she will give us a judgy face. She is making us very uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time we go there and receive this weird, judgmental service. This lady needs to be dropped from the manager position.

This place is a hidden gem in the north shore area! Fresh sushi and sashimi made to perfection! Katie the manager is super pleasant! If you're in the north shore area, please check them out! Space is small but they make it up with customer service and delicious food!!!

Very good food and excellent service! Moderately priced. Everything was fresh and delicious. If I'm in the area again I will definitely be back!

I joined 2 friends to attend the Music Theater in Beverly last Thursday(9/28/23),& I met them @ Blu Karma,while they were eating dinner.Lots of delicious food!!Very impressive!Friendly atmosphere!! Loved & enjoyed the eating experience!💕

Delivery time is always under a half an hour. Super yummy food, not too oily and does not leave you feeling sick as some asian food does. Love it here

Soooo. My wife and I were in the area for our honeymoon. And decided to try Blu Karma. They were packed, but got us a table. We got soup, a couple of Maki rolls and pineapple fried rice. It was INCREDIBLE, we regularly eat at different sushi places. The food here is AMAZING. We never heard of the pineapple fried rice, so we figured why not. It blew our minds. Cashews, chicken, all sorts of awesomeness. (Served in half a pineapple). It was so amazing we decided to eat there again, on our last night. AGAIN, the food was amazing. BUT the service was literally the worst we have EVER experienced ever, anywhere. It was so bad, I'm going to assume, if I live another 50 years I will never experience anything that awful. (it was just the waitress. Everyone else was super) From the minute we sat down she had a horrible attitude. We had to ask for what we wanted, never checked on us, etc. We waited 30min, after we finished to get the check. (And she was not that busy). She never cleared our table. We still tipped her 15%, on the card. We stood up and showered the chefs with praise, and tipped them with cash. I would definitely go back, but definitely make sure not to get that waitress.

Excellent all around. Would be great to keep this place a secret because it's small but they deserve the positive reviews. I hope they open a larger location near Salisbury!! Can't wait to go back again. Update from latest visit: Tried the Dragon's Eye. Added a pic. It was amazing.

The world that pops in my mind is Delicious 1st time here celebrated my birthday outside with my friends it was very beautifully decorated the mood the scene inside and out clean welcoming friendly staff the food was to die for so fresh well-made the chicken wings omg yumm the seafood salad the sushi the rice the lowmein that had zucchini cooked to perfection the mango Mai Thai 😋 this place was so worth it 👌 definitely recommend it to any and everyone will definitely go again I couldn't have had a better time and the food couldn't be anymore perfect

We ordered soft -shelled crab, sushi, chili wonton and fries rice. The foods were extremely delicious and the vibe was awesome. There’s outdoor dining options also.
