STAFFS

ACCOMMODATE
CUSTOMERS
AND
SOME
STAFFS
ARE
GRUMPY.
I
WAITED
FOR
MORE
THAN
2
HOURS
TO
BE
ASSISTED.
When
I
asked
the
new
staff,
he
asked
me
to
wait
with
frustration
because
he
was
still
assisting
other
customers
but
when
I
mentioned
that
l
want
to
buy
a
premium
mattress,
his
tone
changed
and
sounded
nice.
I
waited
and
asked
other
staff
if
he
can
assist
me
but
when
I
told
him
that
I
was
asked
to
wait,
he
told
me
the
same.
So
I
waited
again.
I
was
chilling
and
then
after
an
hour,
the
first
person
came
and
asked
me
if
I
was
already
been
assisted
but
I
told
him
not
yet
so
I
was
introduced
to
another
staff
who’s
tallest
among
all
the
staffs.
He
introduced
himself
but
to
be
completely
honest,
I
don’t
know
what’s
going
on
with
him
because
when
we
were
walking
to
the
sample
product
I
wanted
to
check,
he
asked
me
stuffs
and
whenever
I
answer
them,
he
looks
like
he
is
not
listening
then
I
will
find
out
that
he
stopped
and
talked
to
a
colleague
and
I’m
already
talking
alone.
He
doesn’t
seem
to
care
to
my
responses
when
in
fact
he
was
the
one
who
asked
them.
I
just
got
tired
and
was
really
disappointed
so
thankfully
I
bought
the
mattress
but
will
be
delivered
in
the
next
two
weeks
