SM Kadiwa has an awesome selection of the freshest fruits and vegetables. Prices are reasonable and sometimes cheaper too. The place is well-ventilated and cool. Toilets aren’t bad, there’s plenty of running water. Parking though is limited (P20 for cars for 3hours) on the 2nd floor so you have to be early. No waiting inside, the guards manage the entrance of cars so you may wait awhile especially if you’re only going by yourself. Ground floor has Jollibee and Chowking. BDO too.

The merchants are honest and friendly. Fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables are the only places near Manila. Foreigners can't be deceived. Thank you. I hope this place develops further.

The mall is very accessible since there are plenty of jeepneys and tricycles that pass by here. I don't like that you have to pay 30 pesos per hour for parking. Like seriously? Parking should be free at least. The mall is honestly not that clean either since the basement is a wet market and the upper floor is a fruit and vegetable market. Grocery is fine.

Personally, this is the coolest SM Hypermarket I've ever visited. It's not because of the proximity wise for me but it's very accessible and unique market. Check the third floor and it has a unique way of infrastructure wherein you can buy bulk or retail fruits, too. Parking lot in the middle of the mall and accessible stores in the ground floor. Wait, there's more. You could simply visit the basement area as you can consider this as the wet and dry market portion of the said mall. Cool, right?

This place called "Kadiwa" if you are on a tight budget better go here, cheap vegetables, fruits and meats but quality. Cheap wet&dry market. They are open at 2am then will be closed at 6pm sometimes other vendors go close at 8pm.

A Great Place if you want for Whole Sale Fruits & Vegetables...

If you are looking for fresh fish, fruits and veggies, this is the best place to get them! You can also save a lot on your purchases since the prices are cheaper compared to those commodities in airconditioned supermarkets. I always get my fruits and veggies on the third floor.

Very nice 'bagsakan' market. Bought veggies and fruits at a really low price compare to other 'palengke'. Papaya for 20 pesos per kilo, peanuts at 75 per kilo, large pakwan at 350 pesos(same size at 450-500 in roadside stalls). Parking is not a problem at they have paid parking at 30 pesos per entry. No time limit. I suggest to tour the whole selling area first before making any purchase to get a really good bargain. Highly recommended!

Vast array of choices. The wet market offers the best choices of meat and seafood in the area, with affordable prices.

Very comfortable and accessible. When you go to a supermarket all I need is there.

It's quite a big hypermarket in the same building as the Kadiwa Wet and Dry Market. They have the usual range of goods, with the usual (for here) supply chain difficulties. The thing I really don't like is their insistence on putting food clearly marked "KEEP FROZEN" in the chiller cabinets and lots of defrosted goods in freezers, which means there's something wrong with the supply chain. However, these issues are apparent in all SM supermarkets. It's reassuring to know that Head Office takes food handling so seriously.

I suggest dont bring a car or motorcycle, parking inside or around It is difficult. Maybe ask your driver drop you by and pick you up when you are finished , also to avoid contributing to traffic congestion on roads around Kadiwa . There are very limited space for parking but definitely shopping for vegetable, fish or poultry products here are very nice its always fresh and new . Try even at night its a bit nicer not that congested and you'll avoid the scorching heat daylight

You can buy everything you need here, especially fresh fruits and vegetables at the 3rd floor bagsakan and at the fruit & vegetable market at the other side of the street at very affordable prices. I enjoy shopping there.

This market is known for selling the cheapest fruits, vegetables, meat and fish in Cavite. I usually go there whenever I want to eat something fresh. It's easy to get there, but the parking space is narrow.

Easily accessible from my place Brgy. San Mateo. You can find almost everything from wet market to dry market. Prices are affordable especially fruits and vegetables found at the 3rd floor. Very convenient. With access to fast food centers.

Very accessible. Parking space is great. Problem is the Hypermarket itself. Distribution of Cashier Attendants are no well organized. Senior Citizens Lane and PWD lane is not always avilable and also the Big Cart Lane. Falling in line is such a mess. Area is kind of smelly just before you go down to the stairs from the parking lot to the Main Area.

    Good place to buy groceries...

  • 1/5 Carrie Llyn B. 2 years ago on Google
A senior citizen have a special lane for senior, but they allow prestige card holder to fall in line in senior citizen lane. We have to wait and stand for too long for our turn. The prestige card holder is not senior citizen and have many groceries/items to punch in that took as 30 minutes to wait, actually we are only 6 senior in that lane. Much better to pull out the sign board SENIOR CITIZEN if you allow in that lane who are not senior.

I've said it before and I will say it again. The management needs to give extra attention regarding the cleanliness of the marketmall. Especially walls, ceiling, floors and elevator (its a must please...)

One of the Best Wet and Dry markets yet. Everything is well organized. You can haggle on stuff you wanna buy on the floor below. Fruits and veggies sold at bagsakan (top floor) are sold at cheaper prices when you buy in bulk.

  • 3/5 Gonzalo Y. 1 year ago on Google
Still inexpensive compared to supermarkets but availability of items greatly reduced, maybe due to the weather and season

  • 4/5 warren bennett p. 2 years ago on Google

  • 4/5 Israel M. 1 year ago on Google
Prices here is a little lower than in other market. There is a parking area so no worries while you are doing your shopping. The market underneath the mall is also good, they have the wet and dry market. It's a one stop shop.

  • 3/5 Leonardo M Nuestro J. 3 years ago on Google
The supermarket itself is okay and offers big space for shoppers to choose their items. Parking is quite big, too. There are some shops which are closed though. The biggest turnoff is their comfort rooms. Aside from being far (located at the basement) from the supermarket itself, they are dirty, foul-smelling, and non-maintained. Even the floor outside the se CRs are slippery. Some of the stairs are even closed to the inconvenience of the shoppers.
