Valentino has always been one of my favourite luxury brand due to their Candystud series and then the Roman Stud series. Checked out this Valentino Bicester Village outlet when I noticed they carried some of the models I like. Although I didn't make any purchase in the end, I must admit that the dicounted price was very attractive and the SA who served us that afternoon on 4.9.23 was very friendly and helpful. Too bad I forgot his name, but I do remember he is from Hong Kong. I did notice that they have quite a good selection on various popular series and I do recommend this Valentino in Bicester Village.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping here this morning. Rimants was my SA. He was super friendly and helpful. He also gave me the store website so I can shop online in the future since I’m not living in the UK. There was a sale today in the store, additional 40% off.

Fabulous experience in store. Staff were incredible. The sizes lacked a little but it's a popular time of year to go shopping at bicester village. (December) I managed to pick up a pair of rock studs almost 300 quid cheaper than normal! Absolute bargain and plenty of range in store for fashionistas!

Sold us a belt to big. Lied about getting it altered at a Valentino boutique. Valentino boutique said that isn't true. They just wanted to make a sale.

Hello! I visited this store yesterday. Excited about getting my first designer bag from my favorite brand (quite a special moment for me) I entered the store, was trying to find rockstud bag but couldn’t. I asked someone if the staff for help and she guided me to the bag and get it to try on. I made a decision for the bag. She was constantly chatting with her colleagues and me trying to let her know I want the bag. After 3 times she got it and proceed to the till. In the till we did all the procedures and at the time to pay, I was about to tap my card and other guy from the staff rudely points the card reader several times like “here here here” and I was about to tap? So I don’t get his reaction. Quite bad experience for a “luxury” brand. Was expecting other treatment. Before the visit, I had a meeting with bicester’s managers who pointed out they didn’t want the customers to get “the outlet” experience but to get the same experience as you get in a proper flagship. My experience was quite outlet orientated and felt I was buying a zara bag. I would only come back cause price is great.

I love Valentino products but the experience of this store is very sub standard especially across Bicester Village. I was literally ignored when I visited yesterday and only when I raised my voice did someone attend to me (I was exchanging a purchase so had a Valentino carrier bag) and then she accused me of being pregnant because I have a slight paunch. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in any store and jumped up people there need to get some training on how to communicate and do their jobs.

I really enjoyed my experience in this store. Lita was very efficient and professional and helped me select and purchase a perfect bag. I am absolutely in love with it!
