Unfortunately the two outfits I bought from here both came to pieces at the seams after the first wash. Very disappointed with the quality of the sewing the dress must not have been overlocked properly at the seams for it to come apart. It literally looked shredded, when I took it out the washer.

I cant get along with new looks... never have but my honest thought on this store is its organized chaos. It's always clean and never smells. Always a staff member on the tills if you need one but I've only seen someone on the shop floor a small handful of times, but maybe I've been in at the wrong time. The girls all seem well mannered and pleasant... I guess there is something for everyone in the adult sizes if you're into new look fashion

Love the sale in here. Always lots of staff but not very warming. Be nice for them to acknowledge with a smile and hello now and then. I've shopped there for 15 years and its always been same.

Didn't have the item I saw on their webpage, as I would rather try on than take a chance on the fit, despite this the staff were friendly and helpful

Good selection of items. The fashion is a little out there for my liking in new look. They had a good sale section, and also purchased some household decor items

Wasnt a good experience at all walked all around for the inspire section to then ask where it was to be told its no longer in stores and I had to go online talk about making me feel more excluded being a plus size lady with low self esteem it's hard going shopping but do it when needed made me feel even worse than the last time I went and the plus size was next to the skinny bikinis

My daughter when shopping and didn't get a receipt, I took ñext day explains the situation and they was.more then happy to help and I was able to swap for the right size.
