Took my elderly mum to bentley walker as she wanted a new hob and cooker. We were served by Susan, mum wanted the make Neff. Susan very kindly ordered the cooker and hob for us, she called us when it was in the shop and arrange for installation and taking old applicances away. The chaps installed the cooker no problem but we had a problem with the hob we did not realise the work top was granite and it would not fit. We got the granite cut and the chaps came back and installed the hob. Such wonderful service from bentley walker nothing was too much trouble I liked that I could just telephone them and they answered the calls promptly as I had a few questions. Thank you Susan, also the chaps who installed the applicances for all your help. We will definately be using Bentley Walker for anything else we require.

Excellent customer service when I purchased tumble dryer. Given exact time of delivery and Nick and Kim arrived at the time. They were both friendly polite and totally professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They took the old dryer away and even took the door off the hinges and replaced as the doorway was too narrow. When it couldn't come down the stairs they worked out a way of lowering it over balcony into the garden. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely top-notch local business - I called to ask if Bently Walker could help solder a new USB connection on a lamp (which I didn't purchase form them) - the answer was, sure, pop it in and we'll check it out. I dropped the lamp in and before I had time to walk back home, Chris called to say he'd fixed it during his lunch break and that it was ready to go. THIS is why we MUST SUPPORT OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES. I recently bought a Zanussi washing machine from here. Very good service. It was delivered with the minimum of fuss and they checked it was working before leaving. For a small charge they take the old one away. Thoroughly recommended.

Urgently needed a new fridge freezer as ours had stopped working... called them then went to see what they had in stock, selected one and they said the would deliver it that day! Sure enough they called and said the it would be with me in 5 to 10 minutes...and it was. Old one out (£20.00) new one in. Great service and very pleasant staff in the shop. Highly recommended for all you domestic electrical products. A little more expensive than Curry's or Argos who could only offer a delivery in 5 days, no good when you have s full freezer, but it's worth the added cost for the service and delivery. Well done.
