I
went
to
the
kfc
Shirley

Stratford
road
store
which
I
go
regularly
every
week,
I
waited
in
the
counter
for
5
mins
then
I
was
told
by
an
assistant
that
he
is
not
allowed
to
take
any
more
orders,
when
I
asked
why?
There
was
a
lady
must
be
a
team
leader
who
said
that
till
they
finish
all
the
orders
on
the
system
then
only
she
will
take
further
orders
from
counter,
(she
mentioned
it
will
take
20-30mins)
So
I
waited
aside
to
order,
in
5
mins
there
was
an
another
customer
who
went
to
the
counter
to
order
was
taken
order
within
5
mins
and
it
was
busy
like
as
when
I
came
inside.
Why
I
was
treated
badly
here,
there
wasn’t
any
sign
to
mention
they
won’t
take
orders
from
the
counter
for
certain
period.
when
it’s
busy
if
they
won’t
take
any
order
through
counter,
What
the
people
like
me
who
want
to
order
via
counter
for
takeaway,
do
we
have
to
go
different
kfc
store?
Why
I
wasn’t
treated
like
other
customers
who
ordered
via
drive
through
or
via
Deliveroo,
are
we
also
not
important
like
other
customers
I
want
to
mention
this
here
the
lady
who
mentioned
they
won’t
be
taking
any
orders
next
20
mins
was
a
white
lady
and
the
next
customer
who
came
to
order
was
a
white
Boy.
So
is
that
because
I’m
Asian
lady
I’m
not
allowed
to
be
get
served
??(sorry
to
point
out
like
white
lady
but
that
was
I
left
when
I
was
ignored)
I
wasn’t
received
any
apology
from
them
nor
at
the
end
I
was
given
my
order
properly,
she
just
left
the
bag
not
even
saying
this
is
your
order
to
take.
I
have
attached
the
receipt
to
prove
the
timings
how
quickly
the
customer
who
came
after
was
served.
I
hope
this
complaint
is
seriously
dealt
with
an
action,
as
I
went
out
the
store
unhappy.
