    Absolutely 💯 disgusting. Waited ages for food to arrive, when it did,it was very poor,cold,hardly any filling. Pop was warm too.

    I have just had the best KFC meal I've had in probably 2 years, for the first time ever, the fries were hot AND crispy, something I've not experienced since the introduction of the new skin on fries. Whoever was in charge of cooking the fries today needs a job going round the country showing other branches how to cook fries.

    The chicken tenders were not crispy and under cooked. The wings were the same... all in all terrible food. The Hall green branch is better. The only upside was the employee's who were kind and respectful.... I'm addition I did not receive my chicken tenders.

    Went to the drive in last night on the way back from the hospital very quite but took 10 mins to get served at the drive through, got home and the receipt had the correct order on but I had no Zinger burger but three chicken strips and the hot wings where missing. Would have gone back but I couldn't drive as I had just had surgery and my friend who gave me the lift home had left.

    I'd leave no stars if I could. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Staff are slow as hell and rude too. Took me over 25 minutes from the time I ordered to getting my food. Upon getting to collection point I was then informed some of my order was not available, creating more of a wait for those behind me while I decided what else to have. Staff are very, very rude... A couple of us could hear them saying rude things about customers, over the speaker, one woman got out of her car to walk around and confront them as she heard one member of staff calling her a silly cow. This place has gone downhill and at a rapid pace. Management need sacking and all new staff needed. Regardless, I'll never go there again. To wait over 25mins at a drive-thru just to be met with rudeness and to top it all off, cold chicken when when I got home...not even hot after waiting that long! Absolute joke of a place and the staff are clowns.

    Try the spicy chicken single meal, the meat is tasteless. Very disappointed standard compared to other places in the world. I thought it should be standard in taste worldwide but very bad cook, tasteless and no more the well known yummy skin or surface. In fact, it is the same around in England. I think the KFC group England should think about to use the real recipe from headquarter or from Asia.

    Have been using for years and have finally had enough. Regularly have missing items in the meal combos. Which is a pain if you've used the drive through, and confusing if you're sitting in as you're wondering if something is missing or not. Also use the ordering screens as there you can be sure you are getting the value items instead of full price separate items on the order. Have had to deal with disappointed kids due to missing items multiple times so would not recommend it for family visits. Chicken items usually good, fries usually soggy though. All the other KFCs locally get this right...

    I went to the kfc Shirley - Stratford road store which I go regularly every week, I waited in the counter for 5 mins then I was told by an assistant that he is not allowed to take any more orders, when I asked why? There was a lady must be a team leader who said that till they finish all the orders on the system then only she will take further orders from counter, (she mentioned it will take 20-30mins) So I waited aside to order, in 5 mins there was an another customer who went to the counter to order was taken order within 5 mins and it was busy like as when I came inside. Why I was treated badly here, there wasn’t any sign to mention they won’t take orders from the counter for certain period. when it’s busy if they won’t take any order through counter, What the people like me who want to order via counter for takeaway, do we have to go different kfc store? Why I wasn’t treated like other customers who ordered via drive through or via Deliveroo, are we also not important like other customers I want to mention this here the lady who mentioned they won’t be taking any orders next 20 mins was a white lady and the next customer who came to order was a white Boy. So is that because I’m Asian lady I’m not allowed to be get served ??(sorry to point out like white lady but that was I left when I was ignored) I wasn’t received any apology from them nor at the end I was given my order properly, she just left the bag not even saying this is your order to take. I have attached the receipt to prove the timings how quickly the customer who came after was served. I hope this complaint is seriously dealt with an action, as I went out the store unhappy.

    I just got the nicest KFC meal in maybe two years. The fries were hot AND crispy for the first time ever, something I haven't had since the new skin-on fries were introduced. Whoever was in charge of preparing today's fries needs a job around the nation instructing other branches on how to prepare fries.

    I haven't been to this KFC in almost a year, partly to do with the 'Hygiene' issues that closed it twice with in a few weeks last summer but also the quality of the food. I thought I'd give them another try today, but boy, did I regret it! Went through the drive-thru and collected my order really quickly - less than two minutes. I got home, only to find that they'd given me the wrong burger. Their so-called spicy hot wings were anything but! Absolutely NO flavour whatsoever. They were overcooked, and saturated in oil. The KFC Chicken pieces weren't as bad but they were still missing a certain je ne sais quoi. I'll be making sure my hiatus lasts longer a lot longer than the previous 12 months.

    Never had an issue with this restaurant, I tend to order ahead on the app and when I arrive, the restaurant is clean, staff are friendly, they put the fast in fast food when I arrive and the food always comes out hot and well presented.

    We drove in & had a takeaway. The Fillet Tower Burger was excellent. First time I ever tasted a KFC product. I wish I had known it earlier.

    Took ages to get my order, seeing there wasnt many in the restaurant and the drive thru closed. The young lady did apologise for the delay though which is fine. Although my order was 1 chicken piece short, the meal was usual KFC standard

    They got our order wrong. Missed items of food. In the VIERTY bucket of chicken there was all chicken legs no white meat. Had it delivered with Uber eats which was fine but my husband doesn’t eat brown meat so drove to KFC. complained to manger who was probably no older than 16 told my husband “ITS THE LUCK OF THE DRAW” you should of come in” She would t refund or correct our order Her attitude was disgusting

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! worst store manager - they don't know how to speak to the customer who are seeking for help on their order. We placed a successful order with KFC website and the system didn't allowed us to check-in and when we reached store and asked for a help, the store manager rudely answered that they can't do any help on the order and to say this for them it took one hour - which resulted us wasting of time and energy and on top of the that to tolerate the attitude of the store manager. NEVER GONNA VISIT AGAIN.

    Thought I would give it a try again after a year and it being closed down. As disappointing as ever I’m afraid. Food was luke warm and I asked if this was all the fries you get with a medium. I was told yes. I counted 13!!! The chicken was really tasteless and dripping in grease. That’s me done with that KFC….

    Spoke to the manager Reece. Completely disrespectful. Has no respect for customers or the people around him I am completely dissatisfied as a customer. I have always gone to KFC every Saturday to my local area but thought I would try somewhere else to see if there’s any difference. The only difference is the level of service. Spoke to a lovely young girl at the drive through service was amazing but the manager was just completely disgusting. Something was incorrect with my order (my mistake so I went in to rectify) the manager spoke to me like absolute garbage if he speaks to customers like that how does he speak to his staff

    Really annoyed!! Figured I’d treat the family and pick up takeaway on my way home from work. Got all the way home, 1/2 hour drive down the motorway, and discovered that the sides I’d ordered and paid for were missing 😡 Tried to call the restaurant but no answer

    I waisted my time around 15:25pm in KFC Solihull on 31-07-23. I paid for 5.49pounds full menu with additional menu from the list. It was not fully served. The lady served the meal excluding a pepsi drink. I approached to know why I paid for a service which was not delivered and she rudely replied me. I don't think I will visit any KFC here in UK. I am very disappointed. Waisted time

    Today 26/07/2023 9:30pm came for dinner. One of staff indian lady she is very rude and aggressive. Food was to much oile . Next the tabil dirty bin augly enverment .Now I faced same issu with lady second time . I strongly recommended ignor thus shop . Thank you.

    Cons Generally long wait times as it is always busy with on foot customers, delivery drivers and drive thru customers at the same time. Pros food has generally been of good quality. decently priced i would say. halal

    Wow. Finding the drive through here is like a maze. There must be a better arrow or sign to show where the entrance to the parking is. Food was fast and good, but a little bit too salty.

    Access was a little confusing if your not from the area. We visited on a Tuesday evening and a few things were out of stock. Easy to order and quick turnaround. It's great there are electric car charging points.

    Lovely staff serving what you expect from KFC everywhere around the world. I keep telling myself "it's only chicken" but we all know it's not just that 😉. Great staff, super-friendly and ready to deal with my inability to make a simple order.

    This place has really gone downhill. Waited 5 minutes in a queue with only 3 people ahead, and a further 13 minutes for a twister wrap of the day, which I was told they still couldn't do yet so asked for a refund as it was taking so long. Last two visits have also taken far too long. Best bet is to visit the one in Hall Green as the staff are a lot quicker.

    The taste of the chicken is fine. However, it's their integrity that's disappointing. They promised online that they have a promoted discount on a certain day, however, when we arrived, they suddenly claimed that the discount had been cancelled without offering an explanation. That is inadequate.

    Chemical/Burnt Plastic Taste Just had a drive through. We ordered a zinger stacker box meal and a zinger tower box meal, plus a one piece snack box. We got a fillet burger instead of the zinger stacker but the worse part was that all of the chicken has a chemical taste. Burnt plastic taste. I didn’t notice so much with the burger, just thought the bread was stale and it’s the worst kfc I’ve ever eaten. The wings and chicken piece were vile and we didn’t finish them.

    Quite dirty for an eating establishment, took a while to get my order ready despite about 8 members of staff visible, food was not the best either. Had to throw 6 portions of fries in the bin as pretty unedible 🙄

    Popped in here and had a lovely snack. Service was quick. Place was clean and staff were friendly. Food was very tasty, not too keen on the chips but that's my preference. Overall very pleased I stopped there. If passing would definitely use it again.

    Met wife for lunch today. Even though there were 2 vans in front of the drive through it took ages to go through. When ordering a coffee they didn't have the ones we ordered but accepted an alternative. Only to be told when we got to the payment window that they didn't have ANY coffee.at all. Never again.

    Restaurant was flithy. Must have been a busy service but mess every where. Member of staff who serviced me was lovely, friendly and did everything well. She was also the one who was after I ordered she went to tidy the restaurant and was doing a very thorough job. Sadly don't know her name but she deserves a shout out

    It's back open, which is nice. And the food is still good. But the restaurant seems geared more to deal with delivery drivers now then physical customers. It used to take time to get your food, but it was OK - they were making it fresh or something. Now it just seems like they don't have enough staff to deal with the delivery orders, drive through orders and the instore people orders... The bad side for them is that the instore people can see they are being actively ignored. I even saw 1 person leave after standing at the till for 10 minutes waiting to buy some chicken. It will be a long time before I go back to this KFC

    Waited half an hour in drive through when there was only three cars infront of me so drove off in the end , Been here countless of times before and the food is always dry as and I've had the barbque bites before that disintegrated in my mouth like a lemon sherbert it was that powdery dry. The chips are always dry too , an around dry place so it's ironic the krushem machine never works too , stopped coming here prefer to go to dixys down the road , half the price and two times better tasting
