I've come to expect all hot food to be very cold, this time was no exception. My dad just picked up a cheese and onion pasty for me on his way home and there was tomato sauce in the packet and on some of the pasty. Clearly from the same tongs used to pick up pizza slices - that's not acceptable. Are staff at this store oblivious to everything? They don't follow orders correctly, items will be missing, food will be cold, one set of tongs for multiple food products... Not acceptable.

Lovely greegs in Hall Green with very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Greegs is located next to Hall Green train station and is not far from South and City college Hall Green campus. Greegs Hall Green is located on the number 6 and x20 bus route. There is inside seating available where you can sit and enjoy your food. This greegs is a little small, but sells the same cakes, sandwiches and pies like any other Greggs and axceirs card and cash payments.

The choices at the bakery have a variety of pastries cakes sandwiches baguettes and hot drinks including tea and chocolate the staff are very friendly and welcoming the prices are reasonable and affordable

Staff were extremely rude, I asked for if cheese and onion pasty was warm was told it’s just come out the oven but was not warm at all worst greggs experience I had.

We came in orderd tea and the woman that worked there didnt put the lid on right and tea spilt all over her hand we asked for tissue and the woman blanked us she didnt ask if my friend was ok A costmer kindly asked if she was ok. Thats what you call bad costmer service.

This one is ok but need more of a selection of vegetarian foods after 3pm that is hot.

Awfully assembled baguette £2.95 for 3 slices of cheese and salad could’ve at least stuffed them in the baguette properly 👎🏻

If I could give 0 then I would. I went into greggs in Hall Green and experienced the most worst customer service ever.No eye contact I was served by the supervisor. No customer service skills whatsoever. She was rude and too busy telling her colleague she had a headache and had a long journey home.When I changed my mind on what I wanted she gave me a awful look.I asked for a bag and and seemed irrrated. I will be contacting head office too. It seems she needs additional training. .

Greggs is consistently understaffed and cannot retain the workforce. This particular store runs out of stock quite often which is a supply issue that leads to abusive and confrontational customers who shout at and attack the young girls employed by the company which cannot be good for their personal wellbeing but Greggs does nothing proactively to address this issue. I guess the demanding hours and the abuse from customers is why no one wants to work here. Some staff get away with doing very little and others are doing the lions share! So on the whole, please treat the staff at this store with respect as its not their fault that the business is run the way it is.

Ordered from just eat and food was 30 minutes late and on app it was different. Taste is good but with time you guys are decreasing the quantity of wedges which is bad and unacceptable. Fill the pack properly and at least provide a dip of ketchup.

The place was dirty , although there was 3 girls working behind the til and it wasn't busy (as you can see in the photos), the girls were busy chatting to eachother. Customer service was awfully , they were literally slamming order on the counter and not even making eye contact with customers when taking orders. Especially the girl by the name Maariyah, she kept rolling her eyes when asked for something. Never eating here again!!!

Can't beat a good old cheese and onion bake! I haven't been to Greggs for years but decided to visit to fulfil a nostalgic craving for a cheese and onion bake. Pleasantly surprised at how much more Greggs now offer. Helpful staff too.

What an absolute joy it is to visit this shop. Food always fresh..quick service. Staff is attentive and respectful.

Ordered a Greggs online from this branch on 3 occasions. We are fair people so mistakes happen but on all 3 occasions our orders have been wrong. Appears the teams there have an inability to read orders and send out correctly. They couldn't offer to send out the correct order. Not a great branch. Wouldn't recommend buying from this one. Sort it out.

Had issues with my just eat order when half the order didn’t arrive, the staff went out of their way to phone me to let me know what had happened and offered a quick resolution to my issue. Amazing customer service from the staff team, really appreciated it!
