I always visit this dispensary they always have the brands and quality I’m looking for! The lounge area was amazing! We definitely will be back! (make a reservation in advance for the lounge)

I enjoy coming to this place, the staff are always friendly and practice safe social distancing! Yoj always see a line but it goes down very fast! Your service is in and out, they are expanding so I am excited to see what they add to their stock! The products are good, and as described!

I loved the whole aesthetic of the lounge, and everyone was super kind, helpful, and welcoming! I loved the free water and snacks, and I finally have a bar I can enjoy!! Great experience and I will be back again with family and friends!

Update: They updated the buildings, parking lots and exits, but still great customer service that is knowledge full regarding their large variety of products in stock. Amazing place, well organized and great customer service. Tablets to help shopping. You need state ID and CASH Only. ATM machines on premises. I use CBD ointment for pain. Enter through front doors and exit side door. You can also pre-order and special line. The only major negative is the 30% Illinois tax. Using the Illinois medical card gets you a discount.

Everyone here is on the supply, and that is just fine. What a lovely expansion. And the regal respectfulness of the medicinal area. Ooh la la. State of the art. But I'd do their backroom better because I'm insanely high functioning organized when stoned. Hmu

Wow, incredible experience. Greg helped me and was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Fast in and out, huge product selection and although taxes are high the quality was outstanding. Taxes help the state provide assistance to schools and those in need! Happy Veteran here :)

They are by far the best dispensary, and I have been all over the country. I have never had a bad product from them. I had one problem with cartridges and they corrected the problem The next day thank you so much Rise. Don’t waste your time at any other dispensary Even if you’re two hours away, it’s worth the drive

I have been here many times and I have never had a bad experience. The people checking customers in are always friendly and polite. The worker greeting us on our way has been friendly the last few times I have been here. They have greeted me before and they are always very friendly. Great selection of recreational products and pickup orders are super convenient. I have used online ordering before and my orders are ready within a few minutes and I am in and out in a few minutes, even if there is a line. Staff are always smiling and very helpful too. Plus the building was newly renovated and it is super nice on the inside. Favorite dispensary in Illinois. 10/10 highly recommend!

Russ and Merry made my experience 420 times better with their friendly and knowledgeable personalities. Will revisit in the future for sure and highly recommend going if you haven’t! The sales they have make the Illinois state tax sting a little less with the great deals they have! Not to mention the smoke lounge! They have so much going on tucked back there!!

Fix parking for customers. Figure out the brand quality control. Carts are missing oil. Has happened 3 different times from brands such as rhythm, and ozone. An air bubble is fine but not a 1/4 missing... Rise needs to contact brands and solve this as this seems to be a common occurance with various customers. When it's busy they seem to have us wait an hour or 2 in line rather than work on a better solutions to have the line move quicker. Customer service reps are very nice. Some very helpful, others have no idea and try to sell you on products they have not tried.

Very helpful, attentive, patient and understanding staff. Not gonna lie...the state sales taxes will kick your wallet across the building. And of course..limits on non state residents. LISTEN carefully to the advice of the staff. They were WONDERFUL...and they offer a senior discount😀. Will definitely shop here again. More than worth the drive.

I got kicked out again... Lol... Don't take a Posh in there. I didn't know you couldn't. But the lady who kicked us out this time just told us to put it in the car and come back in. She was very helpful. Stuff is expensive but then again they're dispensary prices. I came home with a vape and it was good. But I gotta go back to chill in the smoking lounge. That sounded cool but they were having a private party so we couldn't go in to see.

Even with a really long line on a Saturday it was quick to get in and out. We hung out in their lounge. The little room with the booths is crazy posh and you can rent pieces to use while chilling in there. Love it.

Our first go here and was easy to drive to, easy to find, clean facilitie with a nice atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff. Not what we expected at all‐way better! Now that we saw the inside, and we will try the drive-through next time. Will be going back. WISCONSIN what are you waiting for?

Proper dispensary with great new renovations! However, it is incredibly expensive - So this is a once in awhile occasion as I’ll usually utilize the local markets due to the high prices. The average item price in Illinois is currently 89% higher than the rest of the US market…Seeing more deals would be great.

I came in a few weeks ago, not really knowing what I needed. Erinn Johnson helped me get just the right things. He asked questions that helped me know what to chose and was very knowledgeable about what would work and what wouldn’t. He also explained in a way that a regular person could understand. Dropped in again yesterday with a whole Christmas List of people to shop for. Leita helped me out. She was very helpful answering all my questions and helped me find just the right thing for everyone on my list. Including myself. She’s got a very chill and helpful vibe, that makes it easy to figure out what products are going to work best. I wish I had her where I work. They both are valuable assets to any team. 10/10 would absolutely shop with them again.

Amazing establishment with great products and amazing employees, it was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back! I recommend asking for Erinn I Had plenty of questions and he was very helpful and informative! went over and beyond expectations really gave me a warm welcoming explaining how everything works also took the time to explain the points and rewards to his fullest knowledge to help me save money and get better deals for future visits!!

I've been here twice, each time there were a lot of problems. The first time I had to wait a long time for the administrator to check my documents, and after looking through my copy of my passport with a flashlight, they let me in. Today I came for the second time, and 2 overweight men, one black and the other white, were very pleased to refuse me entry, absolutely refusing to listen to me. I am a migrant, due to the nuances of my case, the migration service took my documents, but provided me with a copy with a stamp from the office, they did not provide me with any more documents, and I have no opportunity to get a local license in the next year, a driver’s license from my home country was also refused taking into account. An absolutely incompetent service that does not know the laws of its own country. The only 1 good thing here is toilet, i will miss it.

Above and beyond customer service by MERRY!!!! Coming to the dispensary for me wasn’t pleasant. I moved here from Colorado and the prices in Illinois are shocking. But Merry made the transaction easy, educational and fun!!! I’m coming back to RISE in hopes I get to see her again. Delightful passionate soul who gives A++ service and I should know. I teach customer service for a living. Thank you Merry!!!!!!

This place is Awesome! Little pricey but the staff and smoke is well worth it! Gill was fantastic and so very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave more info then I asked for! I would definitely go back to this place! 5 star for sure!

Couples date night ending at Rise. Amazing ambiance. The weed tender was excellent. Great alternative to any alcohol lounge I’ve ever been to.

Been coming here since the very beginning and I approve of the overall selection, very friendly service, and most importantly (finally), the vastly improved parking lot. I strongly advise always bringing cash in advance as their debit system is too frequently out of service and anytime I used the ATM, they only carried 50 or 100 dollar bills (in addition to the high ATM fee). Management needs to do better about that. I highly recommend the THC lounge. For a relaxed and one of a kind experience, an afternoon or weekend spent here will not disappoint. Just make sure to bring cash...

They try hard, here. One renovation after another. Great discounted sales, lately. New roll-through service for card holders is pimpin’! Check the sale items before going and complete your order online. The retail prices are steep. Medical card holders receive better service, no lines, and immediate access. Lines for rec can be long on weekends and evenings. Use Google maps app to see the quieter times.

As far as the thing they are in control of they do well. The people there are knowledgeable and friendly, the product they get has consistently gotten better, the building has a nice atmosphere, and minus the weekends during mid day it's usually pretty fast. It may be busy some days but that is part of being a store with products people want. I mean if people can camp out for days for shoes you can wait 15 20 min for some weed on a busy day
