Nice to see the renovated hotel recalling the good old days of two decades back where it was the original building with traditional ambiance,bit darky and not much of interior decorations too! Taste was excellent and varieties of meats were huge and even unheard of by then! We used to thoroughly enjoy during our regular stay at Hotel Oxford regularly.

The food was excellent here.Especially the Mutton biryani and kothipota chicken fry was very delicious with minimal oil usage .The Manager sakthi was very cordial to the customers.The bearer who served was very patient and pleasant.overall an very pleasing experience.The kitchen neatly maintained . A place worth a second visit .

Not even worth giving a star. The food taste and quality were okay though those have changed a lot. The menu is expensive compared to the quality that they have to offer. The incident behind 1 star : I ordered mutton nalli. It costed me Rs 360. They used to offer 5 pieces, now they have reduced it to 4 pieces. Even in those pieces one piece would be without meat. This is absurd. I didn't get the satisfaction even after spending Rs . 600.

The ambience was good. Staffs were very polite and responsive. This place is too croweded mostly,Plan your Visit accordingly! Food tasted awesome. Had Veg and Non veg meals and Biriyani. Everything tasted good. Price is too high but that’s how the popular restaurant works!

Food is always good. I recommend this restaurant a lot to my friends. But it is best to order delivery than visiting the restaurant for dine in. Ordering costs more. But all my dine in experiences are horrible. Staff makes it feel like we go for free food. Makes us wait for 40 mins just for dosa. Always rude to customers. Be it Erode, Chennai or Bangalore, this restaurant service is always at its worst. Constant dialogue of theirs is, wait if you want else go

all food items are over priced. there are so many good hotels in erode which offers cheaper price and best quality food. This restaurant do not have the card payment option for such a higher bill amounts. You will write the review if you plan to visit this restaurant. You may mark my words.. I request the management to kindly improve the services and reduce the pricing comparing to other good quality hotels.

Chicken pallipalayam was amazing. Mutton biriyani was not served hot. Still it was good. The gravy which they give with biriyani was good. Spacious. Neat and clean restaurant. Helpful staff.

Mostly Hindi people's working here 100 💯 no tamil peoles here in opposite to erodebusstand tamil peoples kindly not it......... Honestly they are misbehaving even complaint to the owner he didn't respond.....am adding the photos those customer shocked seen of the misbehaviour.............see one customer closed and gone.............dear owner kindly respond the customer........we paid what we had you didn't freely given.

Parking not available, we have to struggle to find a space. Items are very costlier. Food is tasty. Staffs are not friendly.

We have been to other outlets in Chennai, CBE, Trichy etc but this was just ok, may be too much expectations. We ordered Egg biriyani but there were chicken pcs in it, which we never experienced in other outlets, it is sad to know that a brand like this cant make rice separate is sad.. Other food were ok just like other outlets.

This hotel seems to be legend in olden days, now losing it's sheer. I guess because they are running into many businesses now for profit (like masala powder, franchise licensing, etc). It is sad to believe that junior kuppanna which originated from Erode is worser than other junior kuppanna franchises outside erode. Food and service is just Ok for price we pay.

I had egg biryani from here on my way back Mysuru to Kochi.. As always I love junior Kuppanna kongu style Biriyani..full of flavour,taste lingers for ages.. One concern I have is that the egg biryani had small chicken pieces so for vegetarian or eggeterians, it's bit risky as you might end up having chicken pieces unknowingly ☹️

No Cards Accepted Here. And Also No Intimation before. Printed Bill issues..., Please Don't Order Nethili Fish, It's Like a Gobi Chilli., It's worthless.., And they will give manual bill, But it's not a proper one....

No parking facility,too costly,have to wait for table min 30mins.... nothing available as they mention in front board as today's special... serving takes too long.no proper response from staffs. Card payments not accepted. U have to pay extra rupees for gravy.

Don't ever order non-veg meals they have below average rice and the curries (they provide only chicken and fish curry which is not at par compared with other high class restaurants) served with meals tastes worst. Highly not recommended for meals, biriyani is 2.5/5, if you have lot of money to throw away then u can definitely give a try.

Worst food experience.. as we had a chicken manchurian and egg noodles. I think chef need to know how to make manchurian, noodle was not cooked properly. Prices are overcharged.

I ordered nalli masala. They told 4pieces will be there. When I got the order , there was only 3 pieces and one empty bone. They said got mixed with masala. They did not agree they cheated us. All other customers were also complaining about the worst service. Management was not giving proper answer. They simply ignored customers. Also the price is high for each items compared to other Junior Kuppana branches. But items are not worth it. I simply suggest don't go here.

Food is tasty but they are charging extremely high rate I purchased chicken biryani here They give in a very small cup and only 2 small pieces of chicken For that they charged Rs. 270 Really nonsense. Even a small child can't fill his stomach from this We should Bycott those kind of people

We ordered Mutton Biriyani, prawn thokku , pallipalayam chicken. Mutton biryani was awesome with more soft pieces . The quantity of the sides should be increased for the price they charge. There was no compromise for taste . Service was slow

Still need more concentration in hospitality, waitors don't have patience to take order, not treating customers satisfiedly, nobody ter to ask wat want next ! Quantity is very less comparing to the cost provided

I had a very good non-vegetarian lunch with three varieties of gravies (mutton, chicken and fish) and special mutton curry & egg podimass. The rice quality was excellent. Very clean and hygienic. Service was also very good. Though the price is little bit on the higher side, it's worthy. Overall, it's very fine and highly recommended for families and friends.

- Nattu Koli Pichu Potta Chicken is very tasty but quantity is less for that price - Nattu Koli soup is really very good and worth it - Chapathi is okay it becomes hard after 10 mits - Service is really good and the staffs are very friendly 😊

Junior Kuppanna was once known for their taste and hospitality. But I guess those days are gone and this restaurant is living in its old fame. After being sat for a long time , came the Captain who took our order. Man I wish I would have never been to that guy’s table, he was rude when we asked about a couple of dishes which they have introduced recently. Just tolerated that rude service expecting a better food. But we were totally wrong, the Briyani was soaked in the oil. The lemon chicken had so much sourness in it unlike other places. The parotta was average and the dam fish fry was good. To management: Its not enough just to introduce Esakki parotta but please train your servers to be hospitable when asked questions.

Food is good. But need to improve service when customer came inside. Actually except order taking person all service is fast only. And also please improve the taste like before. Thanks

First food - they don't have briyani most of the time. Once they served uncooked Chapati, when i enquired the reply was you can return it if you dont want. I don't think the customers are the quality testers. Four small piece of mutton nalli is 400 rs. Service - you have to wait for 10 mins to give an order and 15 mins to get idly or Chapati or omlette. And then inappropriate responses when they have made a mistake. This is not my first time to this place. Been there many times and this time it is little worse than earlier.
