Excellent gated community in Karamadai...very pleasant place to live... kids play area is excellent and water facilities is good with 1lakh litre capacity. Calm place for senior citizen Apte place for walking lovers. Can challenge this kind of site have never developed in Karamadai. It’s in foot hills of Nilgiris Can enjoy the breeze of Nilgiri..:)

Quiet good place but less trees. Feels very hot especially for Ooty people. They would've planted more trees before constructing the colony. Vehicle needed for who owns house there. Bit far from karamadai town and shops near by.

Gated community concept. It's a planned layout. Children's play area is available. Roads are good for walking and jogging. Though it's gated, there is no security available in the gate.
