This Hotel is located in the very busiest place of Ooty...just a walk to the Botanical Garden...the room was good and neat....the restarant down the hotel was awesome...nice tasty food..the only con is that the housekeeping....Manpower shortage in House Keeping....Cleaniness is the only concern..otherwise this a good decent hotel to stay for family members...

1. Both restaurant and also residency available. Taste is very much good. 2. Quickly serve our order. Order taking and serving food time is too less. 3. Restaurant is neat, clean and hygiene. 4. Cost of food is normal not too much high. 5. Provide hot water. 6. Lot of parking space is available so you don't want to waste your time to park your vehicle.

Just perfect. Offers vide varieties of both North Indian and south indian delicacies. Has genuinely great taste in comparison to the competitors in that area! (For North Indians specially)

I had food here along with my family while returning from the Doddabetta peak to our hotel in Ooty. They have good staff. The food was really tasty and we liked it. Not expensive, the price was reasonable when compared to other places in Ooty. It had some flower pots outside and took some photos. Liked the restaurant and would definitely recommend to others.

Nice experience and atmosphere. We nine people had lunch from there. But only less mutton in the mutton biriyani.

No proper clearing or table services. Very bad customer service and damn high cost. Taste is not on par with the cost. Don't get cheated by the building exterior . Doesn't matter how good a building looks , without proper customer service what good does that do? The barrer also is very disrespectful and ruggard.. have no decency to customers.. They bring side dish after all main dish is over..and when we say what is the use in bringing late, they mention its not their problem and will be charged anyway...

We visited this hotel during the extended weekend ,we got breakfast coupons complementary.the restaurant area is too less for the crowd the hotel has.wait for seats a long time.food would get over and wait for long time for food to get to served again.no cleaniness and no taste as well just eat coj it's complementary.for lunch too seating space again is issue,we ordered ghee rice and dal and ghobi Manchurian as all other items were over.ghee rice has no ghee but lot of oil,raita very very less quantity with no tadka 90rs,dal completely plain no taste 190rs and rice 180rs.for breakfast idly would get over by the time idly comes sambhar and chutney is over.

The restaurant's ambiance was so good but the taste of the food wasn't that good. Just an average taste. For me, personally, it's really unacceptable on the foods' price. Price was too high which cannot be accepted for it's taste. Other than this, everything was good. Friendly staff, good hospitality and so on...

One of the finest hotels in ooty... staffs of this hotel is very polite and friendly... we got morning breakfast as complimentary with 15 items in the menu... they maintain the hotel rooms very well. We got the room in very affordable price in weekend

We had lunch in this restaurant and it was very bad experience, meals very very low quality and not tasty. They didn't provide ketchup for chicken fried rice while we asked the food supplier. The food is not worthless for the bill amount and It was very bad experience with Ponmari restaurant.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have seen. posting this on 13/11/2023 ordered ghee rice and chicken dragon they dont even give raitha for ghee rice, so asked the manager he replied that if customers begged means we will provide raitha also i have cancelled all the orders and paid entire amount just a disgusting restaurant I have seen highly not recommended for the people who want to eat with self respect

Very poor management. They will tell you to wait and no proper order is maintained in calling waiting people. The staff also misbehave when questioning this unprofessional behaviour. Waited with infants for 30 min and left place due to unacceptable behaviour

Nice restaurant near Botanical Gardens. Had food twice in 2 days as we liked the food very much. Economically priced

Highly recommend to avoid this restaurant.One of the worst experiences I had. Fried rice was not served hot, when asked about it we were shocked to hear that it was prepared in morning and was served. The length of noodles was not more than 2 inches and chefs schezwan sauce was more like red chilli oil.Overheard people next table complaining that chicken was raw in both starters and biryani rice was under cooked.

Food was average. Ambience was good. But there was a huge delay as there is a shortage of staff. Waited nearly 30 minutes for the staff. Even to get the bill, pay the amount and finally getting the balance, there is a huge delay. Not recommended if you don’t want to wait.
