Very bad experience. Only doctor is good. Otherwise all the nurses and medical bill staff are treated very badly. Especially the medical billing lady who thinks she is the District Collector. Very lazy girl. Rather than waiting to see a doctor. You have to wait a long time to buy medicine from her and ask how much is the scan. If you go for stomach ache you should take minimum ₹2500.

The doctors in Nalam hospital ensure better treatment with lots of care. My second child was born in Nalam hospital under the supervision of Dr Priya ma'am. The best thing about her is she tries for a normal delivery at the maximum and does not push to a c-section unnecessarily. She addresses all the patients and their families with a sweet smile, and the nurses also turn up immediately whenever we call them. We are very well satisfied. Priya ma'am is one of the best gynaecologists in the town.

The services that I receive from Nalam hospital is excellent. Dr. Priyadarshini mam and the staff are friendly. Still the delivery date she tried for normal delivery. Finally i got normal delivery with a healthy baby. She recommend simple medication only.

Doctors are good and friendly.. But working people there are irresponsible. They won't even direct you where to go... And getting medicine from pharmacy is like getting Visa for America... The consulting is good and doctors are crisp in both time and consulting , i only expect the lobby to be big because it has more people waiting outside despite being a big place (it can handle arround 30 at a time and 50-100 come for the doctors)

Whenever we r visiting to a respective doctor the way if treating people was good and we get immediate attention and response regarding our condition/situation. And the atmosphere in the hospital was good. I had a surgery regarding my fracture done by Dr. sathiyamoorthi sir where I got a hope for a speedy recovery of my health. Very calm and composed doctor I ever saw. The way he treats the patient and co patient and explaing the things to co patient is best part. For temperature check, to keep thermometer in arm pit, the nurse is opening ladies dress in front of everyone in the main reception. Not recommended, since it's not professional at all! Imagine with what needle they will give injection! I am not asking for digital thermometer. I am saying, take patient to private room and do it!

Duty doctor going on rounds and talking to support staff caused more than 40 mins with no patients in the queue. Old man sitting in medicals need to retire.
